My computer kept crashing and then finally wouldn't restart. I tried everything I knew and followed some on-line instructions before calling Weaver. The technician managed to get my computer up enough to copy some of my files and then restore it to the factory default settings. He called several times to follow-up without charge. I highly recommend them.

Weaver Technologies were good. I had no problems with them. They came to the job on time and were real responsive. They did an excellent job. They were very good.

Went ok. Could not isolate the problem in 30 minutes, decided to come back later for remainder of the hour, but we never did.

Excellent. He showed up on time gave excellent advice and was very professional.

Kevin responded and worked on our Pest Control office computer which has been working much better, however he ran out of time for my home decor offce computer and had to move on to another customer. I totally understood. He said he would follow up with me to take care of me at a later date even if he had to take care of remotely. I tried calling several days later, but he was with another customer and couldnt help me at that time. He explained he would call me back. I have still not heard from him and still I'm still having issues with my computer. Little frustrating. Was effective on repair and clean up on the other computer, but not so great at follow up and responsiveness.

HE CAME ON TIME. EXAMINED THE PROBLEM. AFTER SEVERAL DIFFERENT APPROACHES, HE FIXED THE PROBLEM AND TOLD US WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM. HE PROBABLY RAN SLIGHTLY OVER THE HOUR, BUT DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE ADDIDTIONAL TIME.

My experience with Weaver Technologies could not have been any better and I highly recommend this company.

Kevin was professional and made sure to call to let me know his time of arrival.I had many issues going on and he spent several hours figuring out the problem. He recommended some other fixes which I choose to do and he came out again and implemented those. He had my system back up and running faster and I would use him again.

Immediately after explaining to Kevin what computer changes we were hoping for and problems corrected, he immediately went to work correcting each issue and implementing the changes we requested. He was very through, quick and even researched an issue of a very unique nature and drove back to our house the next day to implement the changes and make certain that we understood how to use this new application. He is very knowledgeable, personable and quite inexpensive. I have already recommended Kevin to a number of our friends and am planning on calling him back in a few days to further educate me in a specific application that I am having issues with.I highly recommend Weaver Technologies 83

Did a good job. One computer email didn't work after he left. He remotely fixed email.

II had a blui-iray player that was not hooked up to my Tivo. Kevin came and hooked it up and fixed the problem I was having with my Computer. He was right on time and got the job done quickly and perfectly.

My laptop computer seemed to be locked up. Kevin returned my call (on a Saturday) wthin a reasonable time frame and figured out that I had mistakenly turned off the button for the touch pad. He was very patient and professional with me evan though my problem was self inflicted and minor. I will definitely call Weaver Technologies again if I have a problem with my computer.

Kevin actually contacted me first. He then worked on my computer remotely and decided he needed to come to my house to work on it - to make sure all was okay. He came and worked on both my computer and my laptop - and did a super job. He was very punctual and had a great attitude. A great experience!

I took advantage of the $49 Big Deal for this on-site pc service and am pleased with the results. Kevin Weaver arrived at scheduled appointment time and upon explaining my problem he began to examine the laptop. Unable to cure the wifi problem within the allotted one hour, the prognosis seemed to be that the XP operating system needed to be re-installed. Since I didn't have a full-install disc, he offered to take the pc to his home shop to do that so I wouldn't be charged for the full 2+ hours it would take to do the re-install. The charge would only be an additional $60. As it turned out, the os did not need to be re-installed. After removing some conflicting programs, in particular, the Toshiba installed wifi program (?), that then allowed the pc to connect to the wifi router. When he returned the laptop 2-days later, it immediately recognized the Verizon wi-fi router and problem solved. The boot-up speed had also improved. Again, I am pleased with the service rendered and the expertise of Kevin's knowledge and skill. Should the need arise in the future, he will most likely be the first person I call. Thanks, Kevin.

I met with Kevin Weaver on January 1st to have him connect my new desk top computer to the internet and install all my accessories to the computer. I also wanted him to install a new virus program to the new desk top computer and a lap top computer. He arrived right on time and started working on my list. Unlike other computer help people I have had, he explained what he was doing and how he was doing it so that I might be able to do some of these things myself in the future.Because I added more things for him to do while he was here he couldn't finish them all so I made a second appointment on the 16th of Jan. to finish my list. He again was on time and finished my list of computer problems and then took on an additional job of connecting a security system to my computer. I was very pleased with him, his rate and his work. Kevin's services were very helpful in evaluating and testing my home network and in making concrete suggestions for performance improvement. Implementing his suggested changes to my wireless network resulted in significant performance improvements. Kevin is both a knowledgable and easy to work with.

I contacted weaver technologies to remove a virus on my laptop. I paid the promotional price of approximately $20 dollar. The job was done quickly and conveniently. The technician logged into my laptop remotely at a time we agreed upon. He seemed knowledgeable about the tasks to be performed and finished in a reasonble time. He gave me some recommendations to aviod similar viruses from returning. Overall I am satisfied with the service.

Initially had trouble scheduling but it was worth the wait. Work was done in reasonable time and I was very pleased with results. Kevin got here and asked what work needed to be performed and then got to work immediately. He gave me valuable pointers and information.

Turned out to be a wafer battery and 15 min. of labor. So they did an extra 30 min. of labor and got it working much faster! It's an older computer. Fantastic experience. Very helpful before they even got the computer and then super-fast turnaround and excellent result. The specialist is my new favorite person and has a permanent spot in my cell phone address book.

Jonathan Weaver was prompt and very courteous. He worked quickly and spent ample time making certain that we knew how to use the new laptop. He told us to call him if there was anything we didn't understand or that wasn't working properly. He seemed genuinely concerned about doing a thorough job. It was a very positive experience.

I purchase the coupon for the Virus Removal. I called left messages, sent emails and never received a reply. I got lucky and Jeffrey answered the telephone, we scheduled an appointment for that evening between 6 and 7 p.m., silly me I waited until 9 p.m., never received a call. This was I believe Tuesdays, September 25, 2012. I was so upset, that after all these months I finally get a hold of him and he leaves me standing again. I told Mr. Weaver about all the problems I have had getting in touch with him, he was pleasant and sorry, and however he did not call me back at our scheduled appointment. I again called and left messages. On Thursday September 27, 2012 I called from my sons phone, Mr. Weaver answered and again was so sorry but something came up that evening, and he would take care of me at that very moment. I gave Mr. Weaver access to my computer remotely, he set up a program to run, Malware software, the program ran for several hours, Mr. Weaver never called me back, never told me what was wrong, never gave me a solution, simply let my computer run and went off on his own. He is a liar!

After they picked up the computer, I heard nothing for a couple of weeks. When I called, Jonathon explained that he had been very ill. I understand that these things happen. Jonathon made things right and I have no complaint about the service. I would use them again.

They came to my home, picked up my computer and then gave me a quote and time estimate to complete the job. It went as they said that it would. Yes, I would use them again.
