Description of Work: This was a great experience. Computer fine tuned, connections replaced after the kids had stepped on and broken them. Work was done quickly and for exactly the amount we agreed on before the work was done.

Description of Work: Called the provider, he told me he was busy and would call me in an hour. I never heard from him.

Description of Work: Messages were not returned and his message service was sometimes full.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal $49 for On-site Computer or Networking Labor Services. There has been a total lack of communication with company. They have ignored multiple messages after saying they would call me back.

Description of Work: We contacted Johnathan Weaver of Weaver Technologies on May 5, 2013 because one of my computers was not working correctly. Explained the problems were having to Mr. Weaver who was as nice and friendly as he could be. He told my daughter (who made the call for me)that he would have a technician contact either my daughter or myself when they could get someone to take care of my request. It was about 10 days later when we realized that no one one ever responded to our request. My daughter called again and was told that we will hear from a technician. This is the bottom line...if this Company had made a couple of appointments and was unable to keep them due to circumstances beyond their control, I would be still willing to work with them and not file a complaint with you because things happen. However, failure to follow-up or even respond after almost 2 weeks is unacceptable. They may be a fantastic service provider to other customers but to me this is clearly poor customer service.

Description of Work: After we bought the Big Deal coupon on December 31, 2012, Weaver called to thank us. We said that we would be ready to schedule the job in March 2013, and Weaver said that was OK. In early March we called for a service appointment and were told that a technician would call us to schedule a day and time for the service. After two weeks, we had no call, so we called Weaver again and were again told that a tech would call to set up the job. After another week and a half without a call-back, we decided to hire a different company, also an Angie's list vendor. At the end of March we called Weaver to ask about a refund policy, but this time we reached phone mail rather than a live person. To date the call has not been returned. We now know that Angie's, rather than the vendor, deals with refunds, but it would have been a gesture of good faith if the vendor had returned our call to explain both their lack of response and the refund policy. We feel that this company made promises that it would not honor and that we were dealing with a company that had little commitment to customer service.

Description of Work: Cleaned up a PC that was slow and giving error messages.

Description of Work: Had trouble with Windows opening on start up, Weaver came out and fixed the problem and everything works fine now.

Description of Work: A faulty router was replaced and system was checked to verify all was operating correctly.

Description of Work: Prompt caring response and service. he was knowledgeAble and a person I will depend on going forward.

Description of Work: Johnathan was awesome!! Very professional and knowledgeable!! He fixed my sons laptop and virus removal. We will be customers for life if we have another issue. I highly recommend him for any computer need... he is the BEST!!!!!

Description of Work: Hard disk crashed. Jonathon responded same day to my request for service. He is knowledgable, well mannered, professional , works quickly and gave me the most cost effecitve options to remedy my computer problems. I am completely satisfied with his work and will use him in the future along with recommending Weaver Technologies to others. By the way, he was recommended to me by someone to whom he had provided service previously.
