I have an old pear tree that has a crack in the trunk. I asked them to come take a look. They don't charge to review a tree and make a recommendation; I appreciate that. They trimmed a lot of branches for the money to extend the life of the tree.

Did a great job. They trimmed lots of "sucker branches" from the canopy of my two fairly large (25-30') Lace Bark Elms. Cleaned up everything and left before I even knew they were here.

The fellow came out and gave me a bid. He was very professional. Also, he said that this is the wrong time of year to do some of the work. When I decide to do the work, I might consider them. The bid seemed fair, but I want to check a couple of other places.

The lady comes and does my trees and she is wonderful. She's a young girl who graduated from A&M and shes so good, she'll come out and look and tell me if something needs to be done or not. They do a very good job. I give them all A's for everything. I would absolutely use them again. She even has come out once and said that nothing needed to be done with no fee.

Went very smoothly, They sent an arborist (Hannah) who was able to provide a quote and recommendation on level of trim needed on the trees. Follow-up was fantastic and the price was reasonable. Ultimately went with another company for a bit less, but overall experience was extremely professional.

It was fine. If they can't get a big job, they aren't very interested. They are nice people. They were prompt.

Awesome! I contacted DTS and Lindsey came out the next day. She was VERY knowledgeable, thorough and professional, and the very same day I received nice,detailed estimates via email. I really appreciate the fact that Lindsey was using an iPad, taking advantage of technology to provide a seamless professional customer interaction. I had three different jobs done, each completely different from the other, so Lindsey scheduled three crews to come out three days in a row, which was perfect. The workers were prompt, professional, easy to communicate with and did EXCELLENT work and cleanup. I am so glad I contacted Dallas Tree Surgeons!! We plan to have a long-term relationship with Lindsey and the DTS team to take care of all of our tree needs!!

If I could give a grade of A+, I would. The crew of six arrived on time and quickly started and completed the work--it was like a well rehearsed play. They also cleaned up the area well. I don't like saying how much I paid, but I will say I thought it was very reasonable considering the size of the tree and that they hauled away the many cut branches. I will definitely use Dallas Tree Surgeons again and recommend them to anyone. I also used Dallas Tree Surgeons a few months ago to fertilize the two huge trees in my front yard and treat one of them for some kind of pest. It takes a while to judge the results, but I can say that the tech who did the job arrived promptly and was very professional about doing his job.

It went great. Andy came out to have a look and then sent a bid. When the guys came to do the work we didn't have to be home. They cleaned all debris and took branches with them. Will hire again.

Andy came out soon after we initially called and, after reviewing and discussing the work we needed, gave us a written quote immediately. We were able to use an Angie's List coupon and the work was scheduled for the following week. Carlos and the team arrived promptly, reviewed the scope of work with us and discussed/confirmed additional details related to specific trees/shrubs. The team performed all the work efficiently, hauled away the debris and the results are beautiful.

Hannah came out promptly and looked over my trees and gave me a verbal recommendations..which she followed up with a written proposal..I was very happy with Dallas Trees Surgeons work and price. Came out and raised the awnings on some trees in front of me house that covered the driveway. Also took care of clean up of limbs and worksite. Great job!!

6 guys came with chainsaws and cut the tree according to city regulations.

The communication and service provided was excellent. They actually were able to get to our trees earlier than expected. Our trees were long overdue for a pruning. When we drove up to our house there were tree branches everywhere. Within an hour they had the place cleaned up and our trees looked phenomenal. I will definitely use Dallas Tree Surgeons again.

Company did a very good job trimming my large live oak tree. The crew was very easy to deal with and did every thing I requested. I had four bids and this company was the lowest cost.

The day after I called, Emily came by the first thing in the morning to give an estimate. They came the next day to do the work. Everything was done to my expectations. Excellent job!

It's been a pleasure working with Dallas Tree Surgeons. Very professional and affordable. Andy the arborist was very knowledgeable and has answered multiple questions of mine post consultation. I plan on using them as needs arise.

Andy came out promptly and provided us with a very fair bid to remove a large elm tree. The work was scheduled for the following week. The crew showed up on time and did a very good job of removing the tree and cleaning up all evidence that it ever exsisted with no damage to surrounding plants. Andy was pleasant and informative. This company will be my tree service going forward.

This company was amazingly professional, courteous and fast. The tree came down and was hauled away so quickly that I received compliments from workers in the neighborhood. Once the mistletoe was removed from the tree out front it immediately came to life again. I was amazed by their service, and I will absolutely use them in the future!

They offered sensible advice on trimming back my oak tree, and were able to remove my Red Tip Photinia stump the same day they came out to do the estimate. They quoted a date to trim the oak tree, arrived on that date, and did exactly what we had agreed upon. This is the second time that I have used Dallas Tree Surgeons, and have found them to be completely reliable.

Great company. I called and they sent out someone to give an estimate, was told as long as the area was accessible I did not need to be present. Guy called and made sure he was quoting the correct thing. I received by email an official quote and he had left the trees marked. I replied and got scheduled by email. Service was performed and I was invoiced and paid online. I love the fact that I did not have to take off work to get the service done and that everything was proposed and invoiced electronically. The service was done as agreed upon. I felt the pricing was fair and would not hesitate to use them again.

Crew was great--professional, courteous and conscientious. Arborist came on the same day I requested an evaluation of my trees and was able to schedule the trimming the same day.
