Description of Work: Tree was splitting from storm damage but could be saved. Dallas Tree Surgeons thinned out the tree and used cable and bolt system to pull it back together. Great service.

Description of Work: They trimmed and shaped 7 trees as well as the shrubs at the front of the house. They applied a foliar treatment and a systemic treatment to two large oaks. They ground out a stump. The total cost was $745, very reasonable.

Description of Work: Dallas tree surgeons were great! I received quotes from 6 different businesses and they were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I called them as I had used them before. The first time was great! They trimmed our 2 trees in the front yard. They were punctual professional and easy to work with. I called a second time to come do some more work for us and to get an estimate. The woman on the phone looked up our account and told me it would be the same price. I told her I didn't need all of it done again and she still said it would be the same price. She didn't even offer to have someone come out for an estimate. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Tree Removal - It went very well. Some minor damage to our fence which after we got a repair estimate they promptly reimbursed. Very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Description of Work: Initially I called Dallas Tree Surgeons (DTS) to trim a tree. Amy (owner) told me that the tree was not worth trimming because it was already dead and any money I spent would be better saved to remove the tree. I confirmed this with another tree company since I had never used an arborist. A year later I called and had DTS come out and remove this 30-35 foot red oak. They removed it quickly and with no issues. The crew was great about putting the tree on the curb, which saved me money since we just had bulk trash come out to pick it up. Sidenote: When I had Amy come back to remove the tree, she noticed that I had fireblight on my bradford pear tree and recommended a course of action to prevent the tree from dying. I appreciate that she was proactive about treating the bradford tree because I didn't understand why my tree was looking "burned". They did an analysis of my property and made other recommendations; which, some I will do myself and others I will have them do. I would recommend DTS to anybody that doesn't know how or is intimidated on what to do for their trees.

Description of Work: Last week I noticed that a tree branch was hanging out of my gutter. When I pulled out my ladder I saw that the branch would be too heavy for me to lift. I knew it had to be removed quickly in case of rain, which we subsequently had. I called on Tuesday and Lindsey came out to look at my red oaks. After examining the 'offending branch' as well as the tree in general and my other red oak, she gave me 3 quotes. One to just remove the branch and prune where it had cracked; another quote to include general pruning of the whole tree; and another quote that included pruning my other red oak. I should point out that these trees are very large. All 3 quotes were reasonable and I decided to have just the one oak pruned. The work was done on Thursday, just in time to beat a heavy downpour over the weekend. This company is very professional, responsive, friendly, and is composed of (I think) 11 certified arborists, all female.

Description of Work: They trimed and fertilized all the trees in the yard. Also they treated our large crepe myrtles that were dripping on the deck. They did not try to overdo their services and were very knowledgeable about trees.
