Description of Work: They were great. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. An arborist came out and we walked around the property. She went tree by tree and told us what needed to be done and the approximate cost. We were able to schedule the service for the following week. We had 5 trees trimmed and one tree removed. The crew was very good, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. They came back the next morning to grind down the stump. Great service from start to finish, I will be calling them again when the trees need more trimming.

Description of Work: They partially removed a tree that had fallen over in my yard. It went alright, but they went into my neighbor's yard without permission and freaked her out. The guys say they rang the bell and knocked on the door for several minutes with no answer before going back there to document conditions before they started work, but my neighbor disagrees. Regardless, it has created friction that I wish did not exist.

Description of Work: They trimmed three large trees and two large shrubs. Overall they did a good job leaving very little mess behind. They are a little conservative on the trimming so if you have expectations of trimming more off the tree please let them know or be around to instruct them.

Description of Work: called and made an appointment with arborist, Andy. He came at appointed time and we walked the yard together discussing what I would like done and him giving me suggestions. He then emailed me a estimate and we set up a date for the work. Workers arrived in the afternoon as scheduled and the crew leader discussed with me what I wanted. They did a great job removing all the cuttings from our roof and the yard. Did their best to keep the trimmings off the ceramic pots. My only complaint was that the person I discussed the work with (Andy) was not the person in charge of the actual job. I felt like I had to go through my desires again. ( I wanted a natural trim vs the aggressive remove everything but the outside). Would I use them again, yes with the understanding that I would like the arborist there when the work is done.

Description of Work: We had a large tree limb fall on our house, probably weighing in the thousands of pounds, and called multiple providers to have it removed. Many providers we never even heard back from and, if we did, quoted us either 3-4X the cost or said that it would take weeks to get their team out to remove the limb. Dallas Tree Surgeons responded immediately and were very quick and easy to work with and were able to get an arborist and a team out after 3 days. The team did the work very quickly (about an hour) and nothing further was damaged. Also the cost was the same if we'd just had the tree trimmed, at $275 for a large hackberry. It was a huge relief and I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Description of Work: I needed a tree trimmed back from my house. The woman who came out to give me a quote was very nice and said they could do it the following Monday. By Thursday I hadn't heard from them and I called and it turned out there was some mistake and it hadn't been put into the computer, so I was told they would come out Friday. These things happen and I was willing to overlook it since I wasn't on a timeline. When the workers came out Friday they didn't knock or anything, they just climbed up on my roof and started working on the tree. I only realized they were there because my dog was growling. I think it's weird that they wouldn't say anything or let me know so I could come out and make sure they did what I wanted. I had to ask them for a couple minor things, which they were happy to oblige. But it didn't seem like the details of what I had wanted got passed on to the with crew. I know this sounds critical, but in the end they did what I needed and they were much less than the other bids, so I would use them again depending on the price.
