Description of Work: Trim trees.

Description of Work: I had several trees removed and all trees in my yard trimmed. The crew came out on time and it was amazing to see them in action. There were 8 or 9 guys in the trees and on the ground at all times. It was quite an operation. They had a shredder on site and I watched (and stayed out of the way) as they professionally took care of the trees. They were respectful of my neighbors property and cleaned everything up beautifully.

Description of Work: My home has 50 year old trees. The winds were very strong on 11/29/2016 and the tree branches kept hitting up against an electrical transformer located in the back alleyway of my home. The transformer "popped" every time it was hit. It was a dangerous situation. I called a tree company I had previously used (and had paid a lot of money to) and was told, "they would have to get back to me." No response back. I checked Angie's List and got the Dallas Tree Surgeon phone # and called them. They responded and were at the house soon thereafter. Unfortunately, Dallas Tree Surgeon was unable to trim the branches that were leaning against the electrical transformer.... which I learned is an Oncor rule because of the high voltage. The Oncor Electric Company came out that night, accessed the situation and said they would have to take care of it. Even though the Dallas Tree Surgeon Company was unable to help in this particular situation, I have their number on my list the next time I need tree trimming or other tree work. They are a professional company and I understand why they constantly receive the highest rating on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Trimmed four of our live oak trees and trucked off the debris. | |This is the third time we have used Dallas Tree Surgeons. We will continue to look to them for our arboreal needs.

Description of Work: Cut down 5 trees, cleaned up, and hauled off. The crew was punctual, explained what they were going to do and asked for my input, then proceeded to climb the trees and meticulously cut limb by limb and trunk by trunk flush to the ground. They worked non stop till the job was completed and then started helping me rake leaves! Who does that?! Tree Surgeons they don't disappoint!

Description of Work: Tree health evaluation. Arborist was prompt and knowledgeable. Was promised some follow-up information and quote, which arrived after I reached out for an update. Quote was very reasonable, but ended up going with a prior company that I had used in the past. Would consider them in the future.

Description of Work: Quick to provide (a competitive) bid. Performed service within the week. Professional, friendly from office staff to service providers. Will be using them again.
