Description of Work: We had a double bi-folding to our washer/dryer area removed and replaced with a regular double door. This was the only way the area would accomodate our new washer and dryer. Dan was very professional and preformed the work in a timely manner once the doors were in that had to be ordered. I will be using him again in about 2-3 weeks to build a storage shed in my back yard. Extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism that Dan provided. I can't recommend Dan enough to anyone that is in need of carpentry related work at their home.

Description of Work: Once again Dan came through for me. He fixed a vent on my roof that was installed wrong by another contractor and then installed a new front door. The front door project was difficult since my home was built in 1945 but Dan did a fantastic job. This will be the ONLY contractor I use for all future ptojects since I know that I'm getting quality work with a high level of professionalism and knowledge.

+ 0 moreExcellent. We had a part of the attic that was difficult to get to because of loose insulation and wiring. Dan came out and installed plywood decking so that we could more easily move around. He had to make a lot of cuts, but did it. Very happy with the work.

+ 1 moreGreat! We wanted to extend the cabinet for our house and create a place where we could store a lot of our Sunday school materials. It was important that the cabinet match the existing furniture, and that the Zodiac (synthetic quartz) countertop match the existing countertop. We were extremely satisfied with the work, and noone can tell that this was a re-modeling job. As always, Mr. Fitzner shows up when he says he's going to show up, does the work in a very competent manner, and cleans up after himself.

+ 1 moreExcellent. The walls for part of our attic where we were storing stuff were leaking the insulation that had been blown in. Texas Home Ventures came out and covered the walls with plywood. The space is now a lot more usable. He also added some decking for us to increase the storage space in the attic. Dan Fitzner also added a downspout to the gutter in the front of our house to greatly improve the drainage when we had heavy rains. He was on time and cleaned up after his work as if it was his own house. A+ job.
