Description of Work: Had two ceiling fans installed. They came out and did a fantastic job - assembled the fans and ensured everything was in working order including the balance of the fans before wrapping up. Would definitely use Milestone for other jobs in the future.

Description of Work: Ryan Cox and Matt hung a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, replaced three bad plugs and added gfci. They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Our AC stopped cooling a few days before we were to leave for Europe for 2 weeks. The only fix was to replace the Heating/Cooling unit. They gave us a reasonable price, but I always check with at least one other vendor before spending that amount of money. I got an unbelievable price from another contractor due to an off-season pricing. Milestone tried but couldn't get close, so we used the other vendor. Milestone is an excellent company with great employees. We will use them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for a home generator. They seem to know what they are doing and had plenty of brochures and answered any questions I had.

Description of Work: I don't recall the actuall date of service. It was a year to two years ago. They replaced our circuit board, replaced some outlets with safety outlets. We also had them come approx. 6 months to a year ago to replace our porch lights. Every time, good work.

Description of Work: Added a power outlet above fireplace, and cut an additional hole for low voltage conduit. The price seemed very reasonable. The electrician was very professional and prompt. I would definitely call Milestone out again.

Description of Work: They said they would be there on a particular day - when I called in the afternoon, they said they had no record of the appointment, and couldn't come for several more days.

Description of Work: Replaced a remote circuit card in ceiling fan. This took 15 min to do and I had already bought the $30 remote card so no parts were needed. He spent the rest of the hour or so checking out my house for electrical problems (which I did not ask for). Got charged about $281 for that 1 hr minus a $49 service call special which I had to remind him about. So that 15 min fix cost $248! My higher quality ceiling fan didn't even cost that much. Have heard from others that they are excessively expensive.

Description of Work: Installed dimmer switch,which I had already purchased, for recessed lighting. I was unable to verify power was off so leery of doing so myself. |Installed mechanical timer switch in wall panel (already purchased) for front porch, but they were unable to make it work. Technician did move switch postion so that I could try an electronic timer for the porch light that would require a cutout type light plate. He had neither on his truck.

Description of Work: They came to fix an electrical problem with the plug behind our dryer--it was only getting half power. They were fantastic. Cleaned out our breaker box while they were at it, even! Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
