They may not always be the cheapest choice, but their prompt, courteous and professional manner makes them my choice for home repairs. Description of Work: repairmen checked outlets in hall and living room, master bedroom. there was burned neutral in one of outlets in bedroom (which he replaced). he checked all other outlets and switches on that circuit and fixed wiring. Everything went well, repairmen was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Exceeded our expectations.
Description of Work: Checked all 3 heat pumps, checked 3 air exchangers, found a faulty circuit breaker. We will arrange Milestone come out and replace. Made several recommendations to improve functions of heat pumps in writing with cost quotes. Very thorough and professional.

Description of Work: The two guys showed up on time, right when the agent told me and after I mentioned was wrong and a specific circuit going out they investigated and was able to quickly identify the problem and provide an up front honest assessment of the situation. They replaced a wall socket that was originally installed incorrectly and went to other areas of the house to make sure everything was okay. They located another problem with how the stove was plugged in and wired. They correct this as well and i also signed up for the twice yearly AC/Heating system inspection. I was very pleased with the two employees that came out as they were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I will most certainly be using this company again.
