I would give them an A for everything. They show up when they say they're gonna show up. They call you and let you know that they're gonna be there in a few minutes. They're fast and efficient. Again, he explained anything that I needed to know and didn't know. The price was good. So as far as the check goes, it's the same guy every year. I'm familiar with him, he's familiar with me.

They are polite, they are punctual, they are very informative. They are professional. You can find them. You know they are going to be there when you call them. They are stable.

Very expensive for a simple task, quick response but repair took far too long

First clue they oversell BIG time should have been: they immediately said house is old (1979) and I needed entire breaker box replaced. Their price, even back then was 4x higher than any other company but I assumed they were reputable and they promised ONLY certified/licensed electricians would be doing work. Promised would check ALL wiring in attic & that was a primary concern to me. Charged $6000.00 for this!! NEVER went in attic, one of the 2 guys working was NOT licensed & told me he hadn't passed the test. They did not label the breakers on any of the circuits and left early, in hurry as said they were going to a Ranger game. Then when the "supervisor" came to meet the inspector for the permit-he tried to hurry & change several things to inspector wouldn't find. But didn't finish. Within weeks, same GFI breaker not working right AND now the security light control burned up. THAT supvr told me shouldn't have passed. I had to stand out there in heat and assist him in properly marking all breakers...finally. I had also paid-in addition to the $6000!!! a maintenance pkg for "free" service calls. So they called constantly insisting that this pkg included a "FREE" "tuneup" on my A/C. I kept telling them my a/c was fine - they were very pushy and said they'd clean it for free. Like an idiot I feel for it. The a/c right off, before even opening, said it's old & needs replaced. Started trying to sell me a $12,999. a/c system! My current system which was 13seer, kept 1600sq ft house ice box cold had only been $2000 when I'd done years back! They guy just kept pushing new system and went as far as running credit check! When I said I only wanted it cleaned & didn't feel I needed as he could tell the house was cold. He then hit me up saying it was low on freon, supposedly 3lbs low!! So he charged me for freon and said call him on gettting new system. Within days they a/c was no longer cooling the house. I called out my a/c man, who has NEVER charged me a penny over a parts price and minimal labor....came out. He discovered that every single drop of freon had been drained from my a/c!!! And the evidence was right there on the ground. I could give even further issues, but I won't go on any further.

It was a one day thing. They left the area clean. I'm very pleased.

The first time I had Milestone come to my home, I had electrical work done and fire alarms installed. Technician was nice and I felt that he did a good job. Considering how old our house was with no electrical work done previously, I was satisfied with the work, but did feel it was a little over-priced. Recently, I paid to have the AC checked and was given a "repair/replacement" cost and found the price to be very high. I live in a 1900 square foot house and the cheapest AC they quoted was $12,049.75. They quoted duct cleaning and seal at $2,600. I don't understand why it is so much for a little house like mine. The most expensive quote was $19,864.75 for the top of the line AC. I was not happy with these quotes since this kind of money for a working middle class person is not easy to come by. The technicians were fine, but felt very overwhelmed by all the things that was "wrong" with my AC and could not comprehend how much this will all cost me. Milestone is good at being on time and sending you textes on who your techs are. But, unfortunately, this company is out of my price range and I can no longer afford them.

1. Quoted price was 3 times the average reported on your site. Quoted price was over 2 times as high as other quotes I obtained. 2. Cross selling effort based on electrical safety check was not asked for, but insisted upon. 3. Emphasized military background, but the price quoted was so high that I questioned whether they really were interested in performing this type of work.

They will be out again next week to do my smoke detectors. They will do a check and battery chenge on the smoke detectors.

I trust and use Milestone Electric and I would give them an ?A? all the way down. This is the program that I purchased, but I was amazed. I really was. It was all totaled around $8,500. Since that time that they had been out there has been no service charges. That continues to be covered. When that service contract expires, I?ll renew or whatever it takes to keep them routinely here. They have a website and a survey system that comes out each time they visit. They scrutinize their electricians or their staff that comes to the home. I did not get them through Angie?s List.

It was fine. It took longer than what I wanted it to.

They're very good. They were real good.

It turned out okay except that every time they come in you should expect some type of ginal up sale.

They did a special so it was probably like 60 bucks or something. They are convenient, for the most part they do reasonable work and they do provide decent warranties. The up selling just get's quite old.

We started with what appeared to be a minor problem turned in to be a much larger problem and we found that they're preparedness and responsiveness was not quite ready to address the larger issue discovered.

Milestone came same day that we called! No high emergency fee was charged. They repaired the problem (melted wires.) They also installed a surge protector for all of our home. They were very polite, gave clear explanations and cleaned up after making the repairs! We will definitely call them for any future electrical work.

Quickly figured out I had a bad GCFI - the power line was working hence why it tested okay and had power. The downstream line on the GCFI was bad.

The unit has been working just fine.

We’ve got a contract agreement with them for about $100 a year. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt and they recommended certain things. I’d say they are good. They seem professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Based on the type of equipment or work order you can have a better-best, a good better-best, they offer that type of service. The workmanship was good. They had to reschedule and they called well in advance so I can make arrangements.

They are professional, knowledgeable and they are nor pushy. Different technicians come out and they’ve all been polite, clean and not pushy.

I was not informed when the technician would be arriving. I was called once to be informed that he would be late and adjusting the window from 11:30 to 12:30. It was almost 1:00 before he arrived. The technician, Carlos, was excellent. Friendly and efficient.

Philip The technician was absolutely wonderful. He came in and review the area and gave it a thumbs up for us. Plus he also made recommendations for some things that we need or should get done. He also got in touch with the office to get a plumber out to fix our water heater and replace it. He went well and beyond what I would have not expected any technician to do. If I could I would give him an A++ rating. He represented his company very well and we will definitely keep them in mind of the recommendations after we get our initial repairs from the flooding done.

Jonathan Gaona arrived early and sent a message with his picture to make sure we knew he was close. He and his partners worked quickly and clean to get our outside unit replaced with new wiring, slab and plumbing. On the inside they updated the gas lines, electrical, circuit breaker, drainage lines and exhaust for the furnace. They finished up and did more work than was listed and quoted with no changes to our quote. Jonathan did a great job and checked up on all his work and then some to make sure our house and family are well taken care of.
