They always come out right away and let you know how much it will be right off the bat. Their quotes are sometimes a 1/3rd of their competition.

They are really good. They came out and did some work on the house. When something went wrong that wasn’t their fault, they came out and fixed it without a charge. The only thing I have against them is that they do not give you a precise time. My time was 11:00-2:00 and they did come between then, but I did have to spend the whole day at home. Other than that, the workmanship is great and the pricing is good too!

Wade from Milestone installed 3 ceiling fans and showed us a couple of places where the switches weren't working and fixed those too. He was very good at showing us all the things that we need to take care of and I am very comfortable using Wade for all of our projects. He was very nice and friendly and explained everything that needed to be done in our house and gave us prices. We had used Milestone before to put in two ceiling fans and he put in light bulbs in all of the places we couldn't reach. We are so pleased with their service and how quickly it was to get someone to come out. We will always ask for Wade. He explained every thing so well and wrote it all out for us as to what we need. We are doing a little at a time but when we need anything done in the future we will always ask for Wade.

First estimate was $1500 ($700 more than another estimate given by an electrician). Then was lowered to $935 since the "new" fuse box was already there. Too high! Also charged $20 for a service call just to give an estimate. Other estimates we received were free.

Dathe first visit they did inspection and gave details of the problems in the house that is over 50 years old. they worked with our schedule on return date for 1 day repairs. They called the electric provider to set up time for electricity to be turned off and reconnected. They always wore covers on shoes while inside. They fixed the back porch steps when their work was finished at no charge and at their insistance.

I would give them a scale of B and the reason I give them that is that they have a menu pricing system. But they're very timely, the fact that scheduling them is very easy and they're very timely in terms of their flexibility in order to make appointments but for some reason they do use a kind of a menu type pricing system which in for some routine thing seems overpriced services. But they were very efficient and professional. We were pleased but we just thought that maybe we're paying an extra for the convenience in that regard in terms of schedule.

30 min. late with no apology. Their dispatch called twice but never mentioned the fact that they were going to be late. It was as if I should just accept the fact that they were late but were going to show up. Not real sure why there was a $69 "dispatch fee". I would have thought that that would be part of the repair. Electrician spent more time talking and doing paperwork than the repair job. I'm just a middle class working guy. This company is not for my class. I saw the price list for various jobs and they are way out of my league. I would suggest you get a firm price before they come out or you will be stuck paying the dispatch fee regardless of if the work is completed. I will shop around the next time. I suggest you do, too.

They were incredibly gracious, patient, and kind. I asked them if they would replace some light bulbs in the ceiling that I could not reach, and they enlightened me about the LED lights. So, while they worked on the breaker system, I went to Home Depot to purchase the LED lights for the ceiling. They installed them at no charge! I have been so happy to have the new lighting system in my den, and especially glad that I do not have to replace those bulbs for years! And my electric bill went down! I would definitely call them back if I ever needed any electrical service again!

I felt this was absurdly overpriced. This was an extremely simple job that took no more than an hour, and actually less, if you count the time I had to speak to the guy on the phone from work when they were overcharging my wife. I had this job set up with an electrician we use regularly and something came up and he could not make it. We were on a tight schedule so we had to find another electrician. Our regular electrician had quoted $70 an outlet, which I thought was high, and he was almost apologetic. I would not in my wildest imagination have thought someone would have then charged twice that per outlet to do this silly little job. Their reasoning was to show my wife a little price chart of theirs, as if that was all that was needed to justify this sort of price gouging. After their cost, and I'll be extremely generous and say their actual cost was $75, but it was really far less than that, and also be generous and say the guy worked for an hour, the price for milestone electric works out to over $350 an hour for their "service." Our attorney at work actually charges us less than that per hour. Moreover, they had baited us with a very low price offer to come out and replace an outlet, for something like $49 if I recall. Once we had wasted the time to have them come out, we find out that the price was actually almost ten times that. My wife called me at work to ask if that seemed right, and I almost sent the guy packing and planned to do it myself, but we're selling our home and had to have a licensed electrician do it per the buyer's request, and we had no more time to schedule another electrician. It's unfortunate that you just can't get reliable honest service at a fair price any longer. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience. The electrician, Chris, was thorough and very helpful. We will ask for him specifically for all our future electrical needs.

Anthony arrived on the time I was told he would. He checked the issue I was having and checked the unit and discovered that my main drain line was clogged. He unclogged drain and serviced the unit. He informed me that they have a Yearly Maintenance plan for $99 a year and that would give a discount on all services and that I would no longer be charged a Dispatch fee of $69 which I was given a $25 deduction because when I was asked how I heard about them I told them on Angie's List. So this dispatch fee ended up costing me $44. The only draw back on the price would have been to have this dispatch fee waived since I did sign up for the yearly maintenance plan and paid for the entire year up front. Anthony was very nice and professional. He did a great job and warned me that my AC unit may last only a couple more years due to some other issues with it. Also advised since we had converted our garage that we may want to go to a 4 ton unit if and when we decide to replace the one we have.

They were supposed to put in a new electrical box next to my new water heater. The first guy did it in such a way that the lid did not close properly. So I called the company and they sent a troubleshooter. He disconnected what the first guy did and put in a new box and the lid did not close properly on the new box either. I called them again, they sent someone out, and finally it seems to have been fixed. And they tried to sell me a new breaker box, hiring them as my AC company, and hiring them as my security company, however upon seeing the review above the company called to emphasize their 100% satisfaction guarantee and has promised to refund to me the full amount of 350.75 which I paid. based on that business like approach, this may have been an isolated case.

Expensive, but worth it. Friendly, courteous, and professional

Two previous visits were positive, but the most recent was less than professional. After replacing the switches and outlets, the technician told me I needed a new breaker box and used pressure techniques to try to cause me to decide immediately. After talking to my father-in-law, who is also an electrician, I learned that there was no need for a new box, which would have cost more than $3,000. Highly disappointed.

They were very nice and did a great job. They were on time and very professional.

Milestone was extremely responsive to an issue we were having with a sattelite company that ended up being a sattelite dish issue rather than electric. They talked with the sattelite company regarding the issue even though the sattelite (installation team) would not listen. Milestone was very helpful to respond on short notice. We had Milestone Electric come to the house to provide a proposal for some electrical work. We decided to go with another provider due to the cost. Milestone had professional marketing materials and the estimator was very nice, but we prefer a local smaller company.

They came quickly and assessed the situation and presented us with several alternatives. The electrician was patient and explained the pros and cons off each one. We ultimately settled on a long term fix that was needed and had service done to our AC units. They were not cheap but I felt there was value for the work.

I needed service 2 times. 1st to install a new outlet in the ceiling in my garage and another time to install a new ballast in the light fixture in the kitchen. I also needed to get some data from them through their web site. I sent that request as I was writing this review and got a response before I was finished here.

The electrician worked quickly, and once we saw how simple of an issue it was, he reworked his estimate to reduce our cost. The $261 total also included a service plan on our AC units. Overall, a great value!

Dustin did a great job and we were very pleased. We have used Milestone Electric a number of times and have always been satisfied even though their prices are a bit high. Dustin was professional, courteous, and efficient. In fact, I have called them to return and do further work.

We ended up not going with Milestone because of the high prices. They didnt really give me an option other than replacing the whole unit inside and out. I went with another company they did give me an option to replace just the outside unit because they said the inside one was ok but might need replacing in about 5 years.

Milestone Electric and Air were very responsive. Two gentlemen came out and they were very knowledgeable. They were outstanding, just very informative and gave us enough information to make decisions. They didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't wish to have or anything like that. They came out afterwards to make sure everything had been fine. They've been good. They have good people come out to do the work.
