I was very satisfied with them and have an annual service plan with this company. I am happy with their work and everything works safely and well afterward. They have always been on time and they seem to quote what they do. Their pricing is competitive and fair. They maintain 24/7 hours; I had them show up at 11 p.m. one night so they were very responsive.

Why does someone live with a light that won?t light for over 10 years? Because they believe inexperienced and misinformed electricians. We've lived without light over the kitchen sink over a decade because we were convinced the problem would require the addition of unsightly conduit and wiring run outside the house and back down to the light in the kitchen. We solved this misinformed irritation by calling Milestone Electric. Yeah, I know it sounds like a paid ad, but honestly, this isn?t. When Rodney showed up (right on time, btw), it only took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and get to work. I was hopeful, but expected the worst. I figured he would come back and say, ?Sorry, the solution is going to require running a line outside the house.? But he didn?t. He replaced the inset canister like he said he would and there was light! Very exciting after having been in the dark for SO LONG!!! We couldn?t be more please with Milestone Electric. Thanks Rodney. Thanks Milestone Electric! P.S.This still doesn?t change how we feel about your, ugh, TV commercials. Seriously, invest in a choreographer!! ;-)

They automatically come out and check everything. They charge me their rate for parts. I will continue to use them. They are really good and their price is good.

It took 4 visits to determine problem. Once the problem was determined service was great.

The estimate for the services seemed excessive, so we paid the $69 dispatch fee and got another estimate (which was free, of course). We proceeded to have the work completed by the other electrician who recommended that we NOT bury a junction box for safety reasons; he repaired the cut conduit and pulled in new wires from an existing above-ground junction box at the equipment location to an existing above-ground junction box just outside the garage, a distance of approximately 30' for a total cost of $250.00 (more work done in less than the Milestone estimated time). Milestone Electric would have made inferior repairs for more than 3 times the cost of having the work done by another licensed electrician. I would NOT recommend Milestone Electric. We would have significantly overpaid for inferior services. Please look for another recommended electrican -- charging a fee to come out to give an estimate is a red flag -- it should tell us that they don't get a high percentage of the jobs they bid on!

Replaced breaker and researched all plugs that were on same breaker as plug in bathroom and found defect and replaced all those plugs. Rodney was very good at explaining everything as he went along. Also had him replace my smoke alarms that were wired in and were not working. Thank you very much!

They fixed a plug in my bathroom that wasn't working.

The work went very well. The technician (Myles) was on time, he did the job quickly and cleaned up when he was finished. After several months all of the lighting is working fine.

Was working on a ceiling fan where the chain had broke. I am very handy but could not fix this and they advised they only work on electrical and an "appliance" person would need to fix the fan. Misleading commercial and ads and would never use them in the future. I have disconnected the fan and thrown it away and installed a new one myself. Milestone Electric...we will do it if it fits our needs, my a**! Funny thing is I had a list of electrical needs they could have worked on. Over rated and horrible commercials. Ciao!

I called and discussed the security system with milestone electric, I was told for the system that included remote controlled door locks, thermostats and lights, along with remote control of my alarm system, the cost would be $39.95 a month, plus I would have to pay for the intstallation of the door locks, thermotats, and a $99 installation fee. My appointment was Saturday (today 11/2), between 2:00 and 6:00 , the technician arrived shortly after 7:00 PM (yes, 7:00),,,and was quick to tell me the cost per month would be the $39.95 quoted PLUS an additional $5 for the each of the extra services (the base price started at $24.95 but I wanted the $39.95 system because it included the extras Obviously I quickly informed him that was not the price on his website, he ask to see it, and I showed it to him. Having obviously heard this before the salesperson (realize he was more sales person than technician), got his boss on the phone, who said "our website didn't say that there weren't any extra charges). He defended this obvious bait and switch. They should not be allowed to stay in business,, BEWARE MIlestone Electric will rip you off based on my my interaction with them,,, Andy Collins

These guys were absolutely fabulous. We had cameras installed and he took them out and gave us credit for everything. He installed outdoor cameras. I have had them out for other things and I would have them out to do anything. I would use them again.

They are outstanding. They do great work! They are squeaky clean. They wear the little slippers to keep your home clean. They look clean and are very professional. They have a high quality product and service.

Fast, efficient, courteous service from the call to request service to completion of work.

They arrived on schedule, were very professional, and did the work to our specifications. Furthermore, they did good work, and we had no problems with the new electric line.

They said it was already grounded. They were great.

The original job was to add a 30 AMP circuit to provide power to our new motor home. The dispatcher I talked to on the phone was very professional, explained in detail how Milestone worked. Based on my description of the anticipated job she assured me that any equipment they would need would be one the truck. The Milestone electrician opened up the breaker panel and immediately expressed his strong reservations to adding another circuit to the existing breaker box. Over the years new circuits had been added by using split breakers. More than the manufacturer's recommendation that was stamped on the existing panel. On their recommendation I agreed to installing a new larger breaker panel. That was about 9:00 AM. When the Milestone crew left that evening about 6:00 PM the new and larger breaker box had been installed and the power had been back on for at least an hour to an hour and a half and the work area had been cleaned up. I had the opportunity to observe the work they were doing and was impressed by the neatness and professionalism in their work which, hopefully, will never be seen in the panel. The next day they spent three or four hours finishing up, carefully labeling each breaker and pulling in the new 30 AMP outdoor circuit. They hauled away all of their trash, swept the floor, and saw to it that everything was as it should be. The city inspector commented that they almost never had to call Milestone back and on the few occasions when they did, the corrections were always done right. The job turned out to be a lot bigger than I had anticipated, but the caliber of the technicians and the quality of their work has convinced me, Milestone is our "go to" company for any future electrical work.

Our electric panel fried one late afternoon in April of 2012. I called a few places to come out but chose Milestone by default. They were the only ones willing to come out that evening and replace it. I am so glad I called. They are role models for professionalism. Four technicians worked until about 2 am to get the work done before I went out of town on business. I have had no problems since. Today, they came back out for a safety check. My HVAC unit was cleaned out at no charge for the service agreement I got last April. They aren't the cheapest in town, but warranties are transferable when you sell your home, the quality is excellent. I am opting to choose them for all of my service needs.

We are remodeling our home. We had a previous electrician who left some things undone. Milestone Electric came in and corrected a lot of things and made sure they were up to code. We modernized a lot of thing in our home and they were able to step in even upgraded our electric panel. There was also a section with aluminum wiring and they even fixed that too; which was previously undiagnosed from our past electrician. They really saved the day for us. They were a bit expensive, but you get what you paid for, and you should not skimp out of a election. They fact that they were able to come in and fix EVERYTHING was quite reassuring.

They were very good, very honest and friendly and just everything their commercial says they are.

We had them come out to do an estimate for us at our home. They overcharged for the estimate an immense amount. By the time he did the estimate he could have finished the wiring job it took him so long. They charged for the estimate and upcharged for the job as well. All the wiring was already there, and the boxes attached to the wall, but they still wanted that much money to run the wires.

The two technicians were extremely professional, on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Pointed out areas of importance. The did the installation so well and offerred suggestions for placement as well as ideas for future lighting needs. They were such a nice surprise and change of the routine bad service that has been the case with other companies. After having multple bad experiences with many contractors (moved into a home recently and have had a lot of work done), we were so happy with the Milestone techs. We will only use them in the future for our electric and air needs!!

They did the work, but not before trying to upsell the company owner on every possible program they sell. He would not work until he gave her the hard sell, which upset her tremendously. Apparently he was surly too. I attributed this to the fact that my client lives in a very large and expensive home in an upscale neighborhood. I was embarrassed that I recommended this provider to company owner.

They were very profession and arrived as scheduled. They listened to what we wanted done and gave us a complete estimate for the work before they started anything. Once approved, they got right on it and completed all the tasks in a minimal amount of time.

It has taken me some to get to this review but I have got to rave about this company! The repairman (Scott?) who came out was on time professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. They repaired a small part in my heater that could have cost me thousands if I had followed other repair advice and replaced my whole central heating unit. The repairman explained exactly what the issue was and he even showed me the part and why it was being replaced. But the real bonus has nothing to do with the repair that he did. It was his willingness to help. My mother is a cancer patient and had been in the hospital. One night when she was there I locked myself out of the house. Long story short I had to break into my own house. The door where that happened had been giving me problems ever since. As the repairman was leaving he noticed the door. I told him what happened and he immediately said I have some time... I think I can fix that... REALLY!! He went to his truck got a tool out and helped me repair the door. I was on on the verge of tears. He did not have to that. It was not related to what he was hired to do. But he extended a "helping hand" that left a permanent impression! Customer Service and general kindness is a rarity these days. This company definitely has their head and heart in the right place!!

They did a great job. They are very professional, punctual, great customer service even on the coming inside, just by you got on the phone as well as technician that came out. They are good company. I would use them again in the future.
