Description of Work: came sooner than expected. The technician knew what was wrong as soon as I described the problem, had the part on the truck, repaired the refrigerator and was gone in less than an hour. |As he was leaving, he noticed that the plate around the door knob was loose, he took out his screwdriver and fixed it!
