Description of Work: Dryer making loud noise and they replaced a part. It went excellent. The dryer has been working exceptional since the repair job executed my E&M.

Description of Work: This service did not fit my needs. They are very difficult to contact. It took about 8 calls to talk to a person. They are not suitable for emergency work.

Description of Work: Replaced water/ice dispenser on Samsung refrigerator. Provided excellent service and got problem fixed right the first time.

Description of Work: I called and made an appointment to have my refrigerator services and got a phone call from Lisa, one of their repair tech. She told me to take a picture of my refrigerator display and text her when I got home and she would call me back. As soon as she got the text she walked me through what I needed to do to reset my refrigerator. She stayed on the phone until we were sure it was working again. Will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: They came out to fix my ice maker. When they came they said I needed a new motor. I paid for the service and part of what was to be fixed. The next time they came out they said they needed another part and would be back. After that they would not return my calls.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with Lisa from E & Homes service. When we first contacted them by email they said they were backed up. However I called and they came out on Saturday to fix our refrigerator. Lisa was very knowledgable. After a few questions she brought out the right part necessary to fix the unit. Installed it quickly and even installed a new fan blade from her truck. Cost was reasonable and covered by six month warranty. I would definitely call Lisa in the future if I need any more home appliance repairs.

Description of Work: Replaced bad part in my washing machine. Eric came out, diagnosed the problem. It took a week to locate and get the part in but he came back out and installed within 30 minutes and all is back to normal.

Description of Work: I had a "gas" smell in my dryer. The repairman showed up on time. He evaluated the problem, explained what could be done and quoted a price. He handled the problem very quickly and efficiently. The overall professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: My 15 year old Kenmore electric dryer quit heating on Thurs, I called E&M that night, and Lisa came out Fri afternoon (Sears couldn't get out for five days!) She quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a relay, and we were back in business. My old dryer is running better than new. She also checked out my 15 year old Kenmore washer which has been running sluggishly, making grinding sounds, and leaking oil. She thinks it could be the transmission or possibly just a coupling and is checking on availability of parts and cost to repair. Even tho replacing the transmission would be expensive we've decided to have the washer repaired rather than replace it. We know Lisa will have it running like new and with E&M's 6 month warranty it makes sense to us to keep our old appliances for a few more years.
