Double Eagle Sprinkler

Everything turned out well. The technician was very knowledgeable, understood what I wanted, and did a good job in all respects. Furthermore, he left the yard in good shape.

Repairs were needed for a real estate transaction. The servicer adjusted and replaced a number of sprinkler heads. He was late and charged way too much but they were able to come out on a very busy day and we really needed them that day, so that made it worth it.

Came out and did the service check and fixed the cut wire I knew about. They found a leak but did not fix that so I had to call them back out. They did not charge a service call for coming back out as they should have fixed it while there.

They checked and replaced many sprinkler heads within our system- We were new to the house and unsure of how sprinklers worked and they showed me how to operate the system as well as where the heads were. Great service and great help!

It went very well. I contracted for and irrigation inspection for $85. There were other firms that advertised for less, but they covered fewer zones. I appreciated that Double Eagle didn't give me a low ball quote and then surprise me with extra charges. The representative showed on time and inspected the entire system and also a damp spot in my front lawn. He found two leaks in the system and repaired them promptly. When he was leaving, I asked if there was any additional charge and to my amazement, there was none. I look forward to having Double Eagle service my irrigation system from now on.

They didn't show for appointment. When we called they rescheduled and were 30 min late. They repaired the leak in the flexible line but did not bury or move the line so the mower won't damage it again. We were not impressed. They did the minimum. Would not recommend them to others nor would we use them again. Disappointing.

The technician that came to our home was efficient and friendly. They did a great job on a VERY hot day outside, and the price was completely reasonable for all of the work that was done. If we still lived in the area, I would definitely use their services again.

I think that I ended up paying double. I think the $85 paid for him to come and then he charged me another $150 to do the stuff he did. I don’t think I got the $85 part. I paid for an hour of service and 2 sprinkler heads. My wife said that he showed up when he said he would. He scheduled the service quickly after I purchased the deal.

He went over to the hole that I had dug and did confirm that two pipes had shifted due to the settling of the soil. I asked some questions about the sprinkler system and he was able to answer them for me in an easy to understand way. He explained exactly what he was doing and how he was fixing the leak. Once that was completed, he tested the entire system and found no other leaks or issues. Kevin was very courteous and professional.

I've attempted to call and have left several messages. They have never called me back. I would like a full refund.

They did a great job of checking the system and replacing a sprinkler head.

The service turned out great. Their prices are really good. They are fast. They got it done quickly. There is nothing bad. There were no extra charges. They came out probably a week after I purchased the Big Deal.

Arrived later than scheduled appointment but this was due to another job (out of town) that took longer than expected. On arrival, service was great - supper nice, knowledgable man that did the work. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to figure out the problem with one section of our sprinkler systerm so have some more work to do... I do plan on having this company provide an estimate for additional sprinklers in the near future.

There were two young guys that came to tune up my sprinkler system in a half hour. They showed up looking unprofessional and they said that it would be more money to fully tune up my system. It is not possible to tune up a sprinkler system and this was not a good deal or purchase.

I knew my sprinkler system was not working properly. Was able to describe quickly to the Double Eagle Rep (who was four hours late, but did call) the system's deficiencies which were: 1. Discover why one station was not operational. 2. Fix one improperly rotating head. 3. Check/inspect all of the stations. He spent approximately an hour of work time on the site and inspected/fixed the sprinkler system to a very good standard. I was actually quite impressed with him until I got the bill. On top of the pre-paid tune up fee, I spent a another $100 to cover labor past 30 minutes, for some minor parts, and for some device he said he used find the lines to the inop station control box. He did not show me the device, but I keep thinking it was just a shovel?the only tool I actually saw. I feel the service I purchased was a bait and switch and was taken advantage of by the offer. I feel all of those items could have been covered by the tune up price, instead $150 bucks I ultimately threw down for the service. Having said that, my sprinkler system is fully operational now. Bottom line, happy with the service just not the price for it--did not match my expectation.

Had them look at our sprinkler system, overall had a working system but would get burned areas in the yard mid summer. They recommended better run times for better watering. With an increased water time I opted to have them replace the heads to more efficiently put water to the ground. They replaced 60 heads in about 2 hours. MP Rotators installed. Very happy with the coverage and wind resistance with the upgrade.

Stand up company! Work was good :-) When that reschedule day arrived tech was late one again. It was not a big deal except I really would have had an exceptional rating for this company had a more proactive approach with regard to communication been provided... In my opinion Robert or telephone assistant should provide additional communication and emphasis on monies (hourly rate) and overall process. Other than that happy over all.

They did an okay job. It was a little bit rushed. They came way at the end of the day and ran through it. He was not able to do one of the things. But he did do an adequate amount of work. I liked the fact that he knew what he was doing. However, it was a hot day and he had someone waiting in the car for him. He was just a little bit rushed.

Very well. The two technicians were attentive to detail and replaced only two heads...they were very quick.

So far, so good! The guy was on time and got the job done!

This was a great service prior to spring watering. Everything was checked and made to work in proper order. Adjustments, replacements etc...Very happy with the level of service and personal care. Will definitely use again. Thanks

Contacted me immediately after purchase and set up a day and time. Arrived on time. Very friendly. I would definitely use this company again. Deal cost 85 plus 145.00 in repairs which I expected.
