Description of Work: Their Angie's List ad was a total 'bait and switch'! | |The ad promised $100 worth of repair work in addition to a basic inspection. I have 4 shingles that need replacement - FOUR. I was told that their minimum fee would be $320, and that with my $100 'credit', my ADDITIONAL cost would be 'only' $220. That's over $50 per shingle, not including the original $55 'deal' cost. | |When questioned about the above, the salesperson alluded to the cost of the house call - even though they were already going to be AT the house to do the inspection, so effectively, it was all a scam to collect another $200+ if they were going to do ANYTHING. | |Only good news was that when I contacted Angie's List for help, they immediately cancelled the purchase and apologized for the experience. | |So my feedback, in short, is that they are abusing Angie's List and should be dropped as a provider.

Description of Work: I don't want to be too tough on them because this is a difficult diagnosis. I have a leak in my roof that we cannot seem to find although it's letting in a LOT of water. There is no apparent place for it to be coming in. | |They came out two times and did some caulking but the problem is still not fixed. They were very professional and responsive and their cost was very reasonable for the time they spent. I used an Angie's list special for the visit and they came back the second time for no charge.
