Description of Work: Love these folks! To begin, David diagnosed the problem over the phone (GFCI on outlet in kitchen had cut off a circuit) so that I could restore power to my refrigerator. Then, Eric came out days later and fixed the circuit so that the refrigerator could not be impacted by that outlet. Eric came a week later to install a new GFCI on another outlet which had been bypassed by the prior procedure and, at my request, installed a whole-house surge protector on the circuit box. Knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. The trifecta of home repair! Did I say that I love these folks?

+ 0 moreOverall, it was fairly good & reasonable - would have been less time taken to complete the tasks if electrician had been better versed on new building codes that the city of plano adopted. Initially, prefered to do all items as a project but ended up scaling back the work after finding out that the electrician was going to do it line by line according to pricing sheet instead of as a large project type bid.

+ -1 moreArrow Electric came out, and in one hour fixed all my problems. I was shocked that he was able to fix the problems and did not reccomend a more expensive project. The price was great, his work was great and he saved me a lot of money and a lot of trouble.

Description of Work: Arrow Electric did an excellent job. We had them replace some outdated outlets and wiring as well as install additional outlets in our garage. They also replaced and upgraded some of our breakers to handle our electrical needs properly without risk of fire or other hazards. We will most definitely use them again and will recommend them.
