I had used Arrow twice before, many years ago, and found them reasonable. I cannot say that now; the service was horrible and overpriced. My appointment was from 11 to 2; the technician showed up at 4:45. Yes, he called and said he would be there after 3 but that is still very late from my original appointment time. I had a damaged breaker and failed panel section. The tech got to work and within 15 minutes the pool equipment had power and was running. He had to disconnect my spa equipment to get the main pool equipment working. I was a shocked that he did that without getting my permission/concurrence; he should have asked before doing so. Especially since he told me after the fact that the whole panel needs to be replaced (at a cost of $900+) to get all the equipment working. Their pricing is deceptive. They charge a $69.99 service charge just to show up. Then they charge a diagnostic fee based on levels not hours. Before starting work, the tech quoted me a diagnostic fee of $434 for up to two hours or what I understood to be $217 per hour. Well they don't charge by the hour, they charge by the diagnostic level. They charged me $268 for 20 minutes of work plus the service fee. Total bill of almost $350. When I called the next day to express my disappointed in the service and the deceptive pricing, the person on the phone did not seem to really care. I get the impression this company does not care about residential clients and is more geared toward commercial clients.

So very disappointed in the service you all provided last weekend. I called because a ceiling fixture in my bathroom was making a burnt smell. I also wanted you all to check and fix a can light that stopped working in my kitchen. You all charged me $396 just to CHECK what was wrong with these things. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE. For $400. I was desperate to be sure that my house wouldn't catch fire so I agreed to pay this just to make sure my family was safe. But four hundred bucks later and STILL I have a busted ceiling fixture and broken kitchen light. Terrible experience and what a monumental waste of my money. I will never use Arrow again and I will make sure people I know never use Arrow again. $400 poorer and I still need to hire someone to fix my broken lights.

Not good. I am leary of Arrow and don't trust them. I have a couple breakers intermittingly tripping. I set up an appointment. An Arrow electrician called and after I described the problem he said there was nothing he could do unless the breakers were tripping when he came out. But he agreed to come out. An hour later a different Arrow electrician came out. He visually looked at my breaker box and outside lights and looked at a hallway light. He did no diagnostic checks nor opened any of the lights. He said I needed to replace the two outdoor halogen lights with LED lights because the halogen lights were 500 watts each. He quoted $234 for each which included labor and a new light. I told him I wasn't paying that amount. He then said he'd replace both lights for $234. Going from $468 to $234 sure sounds like he quoted me a jacked up price to begin with......I asked him if replacing these 2 lights did not fix the breaker tripping problem, what would need to be done. He said he'd have to do an analysis for $238. After he left I opened my outdoor lights and the bulbs are 150 watts, not 500 watts he said they were. After he left I called Arrow's office and talked with the lady who booked the appointment. Upon explaining what Arrow's tech said and the outragous fee of $234 for each light, and if that didn't stop the breakers from tripping, and then the tech wanted to charge $238 to do an analysis, she seemed surprised he didn't do some analysis and she said that he was wrong about if the lights were replaced and breakers still tripped that he'd charge me $238 to do an analysis. She said if the breakers still tripped, the tech would not charge the $238 analysis and the tech would find and fix the problem without the $238 analysis fee. I told the Arrow phone receptionist I was now leary of Arrow and not to send the tech back. These home service companies need to realize they get one chance with customers. You blow the confidence by techs jacking prices around and giving bad information, then we won't hire them because they can't be trusted.

I was promised that an estimate would be laid out before any work. The guy started working as he please and never gave me any estimate or asked permission to start the suggested work!! I am shocked to learn that a replacement of the gfci outlet( costs $10 on amazon) and takes 5 minutes to replace would cost almost $300!!!!

Owner came on first visit, Had employees come for second and third. Kept in contact. Never asked for money til job was finished. It was unusual circumstance with three visits and he was nice enough to not charge for all the visits. Good group, will use again on new lighting in home.

He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very courteous. I have had no problems since the work was done. Everyone I talked to at the company was so helpful and nice.

One star doesn't even represent how I feel about this company. I will never use this company again. While the office receptionist did a great job accommodating me with scheduling, the technician charged me a ridiculous fee for literally no work done. I asked if the $239 would include repair work, and he said yes. My pool equipment box was simply at the wrong angle which is why there was no power. He lifted the box a few inches and added one piece of electrical tape and left. Not until after the "work" was completed did he hand me a form with all the pricing for additional repairs. He admitted the wiring for my pool was not safe, but he advised me that it would cost a lot more to fix it. I absolutely cannot believe a company would charge $239 to lift a box a few inches higher. I recognize that the pricing is out of the technicians control, so I very much hope the owner can do something to compensate for this. I will also be posting a review on Yelp so that no one else makes the same mistake that I did.

Tech was incredibly professional and pleasant.

Service went well, the electrician showed up around 8:00 and worked thru until 5:00 pm to get the job completed. He carefully labeled the entire panel for each circuit breaker. Additionally he took down and remounted a garage shelf that was in the way of the installation.

What I had was a blown plug, which affected several outlets in my kitchen and I know that he knew that immediately because you could see the burn marks on it, but he said he needed to have a test, so I had to pay for a test which I think was not necessary. Then he fixed that problem. I also had some other things that I wanted him to have a look at, but he was not interested.

They were very professional. The workmanship was awesome, and they had really nice follow up, sending us a thank you card in the mail. I had one quick issue, and they came right out and fixed it all up.

The service went well. One technician came out for the job and completed the service in under an hour. He also gave recommendations for future projects. He was very professional, prompt and nice. He did the service in a timely manner and even installed a switch free of charge. I had no problem scheduling the service.

The technician was very professional and patient. I have used Arrow Electric in the past and have been satisfied with their business practices, excellent customer service and overall expertise. I plan to be a repeat customer when electric work is called for.

They were very honest and forthright. They gave us all the different options. They were really nice people. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours and they cleaned everything up.

My great experience started with the phone call. Shania was so nice and accommodating. Eddie arrived within the time frame and was great to work with. Very professional. He did an excellent job. It was obvious he really enjoys his work. And he speaks highly of the company, staff, and management/owner. I highly recommend them.

Excellent and prompt service! Called and made a request to convert wall voltage from a 30A to a 20A circuit ( my husband took out our electric range and installed a gas top that required a voltage conversation). I also wanted to get a quote on fixing the wiring to my security light attached to the outside of my garage - Arrow was able to scheduled me for the follow day! Electricians, Clint and Josh arrived promptly. They listened to my request for the voltage change and the security light rewire and stated they could do both installations easily. In addition, I asked them if they could remove an old dim garage light and install a new light panel and wall switch - which they did! Also, they fixed two sets of exposed dangling cabinet under mount light wires. Clint and Josh were professional, polite and most importantly they were extremely knowledgable! I added several other jobs for them and they managed each with dedication and skill. They were also gave me a free home safety evaluation. They recommended and explained the importance of installing a Carbon Monoxide detector since we know were using a gas stove, and highly recommend installing smoke detectors in our bedrooms. I have used many contractors over the years, and my experience with Arrow Electric was among the best!

I had a new electrical outlet installed in my laundry room. My technician was on time, courteous, professional, and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. I was pleased and plan to use this company for any electrical work I need done.

He was very professional and yet personable and he did great job. They even gave a complementary inspection.

I think I might have been able to have this work done at a little less cost but I wanted absolute top-notch quality and no corners cut. I think as panel replacements go this was not an easy one. I am very familiar with electrical wiring and practice and watched most of the work being done by the electrician Clint. He was prompt, professional, courteous, readily gave explanations when i asked a question, and the work was perfectly done with attention to detail. Thorough clean up after the job. If you need first-class work this is your guy. Highly recommend.
