Contacted the company as part of a competitive bid RFQ. The rep was very informative and gave multiple options for the project. Would definitely use vendor for the project as well as all future projects.

Their prices were a little high. We were going to have to have the breaker box replaced because it was pretty old and they were pretty high. I got somebody else for half the price for that job. Their prices are okay but I look for a bargain.

Alberto was professional and a pleasure to work with! We wanted to add a warming drawer with our kitchen remodel and 2 other electricians had wanted to just tie it into the wall outlets along the counter (where you plug in mixer, toaster, ...), which both mentioned might cause it to trip. Or we could run a new line on the outside of the house... YUCK! Alberto spent the time looked around, and found a solution. Tie into the circuit for the igniter for the range. It works and never trips. Alberto was here and working hard from 9am until a little after 8pm. The tile guys were scheduled for the next day, so we had to get the electrical done. That plug mold though nice once installed is a major pain to install, which explains part of the cost and time it took.

My bathroom and exterior receptacles quit working. I knew the problem had to be a tripped Ground Circuit Fault Interrupter, but a search of my home failed to reveal its location. When I called Arrow Electric, the lady who answered the phone conferred with an electrician and told me where to look for the unit. I found the unit and reset it successfully. When I called Arrow back, they refused to accept payment for their help, but asked that I keep them in mind for future needs. I certainly will.

Went OK. Pricing is over the top. Would not recommend.

They obviously did not need my business...never returned my call

too expensive compared to their competitor. There was a $35 estimate fee and i ended up paying $43 hidden cost...when i told them i am not going to use their services because it's way too expensive, they came back knocking at my door and asked for the estimate of the competitor so they can see if they can do the same pricing. As a consumer, this is not good business.... it means to say that they can get the price down so why did they gave me a high price in the first place...

Water heaters needed to be installed within 3 days and electical circuit had to be run and completed before water heater install. Arrow Electric was able to do the installation the day after I called and work was done within one hour. The technician was neat and efficient, polite and knowledgable. A job well done. I'll use them the next time I need an electrician.

Working with Arrow Electric was a good experience. The appointment process was efficient and easy. The electrician was punctual, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The ceiling fan worked fine!

The service was excellent. They were on time. They came in and told us what the problem was and had it fixed very quickly. Also, the prices were very competitive.

The electrician showed up on time and was very professional. He fixed our original problem and then, with our consent, checked our electrical system for problems. Those problems were pointed out and a price was quoted to fix them. When he came to do the work, he was on time and worked efficiently and professionally to complete the work. The price was exactly as quoted even though he had to do a bit more than was on the list. We were completely satisfied with the company and their work. Even though it was costly, we feel that our home is safer now.

Next time if the guy is late showing up I will assume his service is crap and call someone else.

Arrow (Alberto in particular) did a really professional job. They were the only contractor to submit a quote that included a city inspection. The other 3 companies didn't even suggest an inspection was required. The final product was very cleanly done.

I tried to reset a tripped circuit breaker on my service panel. Instead of restoring power, another circuit went out also. The breaker panel felt "spongy" and moved quite a bit when I pushed an individual breaker. I knew this was a dangerous situation. (A neighbor, who had recently replaced his panel, told me that this particular box had not been used in the US for many years.) A technician (Clint) came out and advised me to replace the panel. Clint was professional and personable. It was obvious, from watching him work, that he believed in craftsmanship. He took time to answer all of my questions. He showed me where the "bus" had partially melted and showed me where the breakers were burned. My garage around the panel was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived!

Alberto arrived on time. He asked a lot of questions about our electrical concerns and offered several options to correct these concerns. We were impressed with his professional approach and were happy with the work he did. We felt the prices charged were reasonable.

Our tech, Eric Caldwell, was extremely professional and courteous. He told us exactly what the work would cost before he started. He did the jobs quickly and very competently. It was a pleasure to do business with Arrow.

Arrow tech called 2 hours after promised arrival time to say that he would be another hour late. I cancelled the request at that time. No services preformed.

Obtained estimates from other firms, but chose Arrow as felt they assessed the current state of the wiring most accurately, and recommended rewire to correct all issues, instead of partial replacement of wiring. During work a lot of unsafe existing wiring was found within walls and attic that would not have been addressed by other contractors' proposed work. Work was done well, but could have been a little tidier. E.g. some crooked outlets, some wiring routing in attic made subsequent AC work awkward. Some decisions made without consulting us - e.g. no switch for overhead light when coming in front door - only porch light. After work was complete requested a copy of invoice marked paid several times, but never received. Overall glad we chose Arrow versus other contractors due to completeness of work performed, though service could have been a bit better.

Other than the cost, the service was well performed.

They were very good and professional. They provide a packet of information, not only about the service they are working on that day but other services that they can provide with their warranties. They were knowledgeable and thorough.

very fast - came in did the job- fixed an unknown hazard - explained everything in detail and treated me with courtesy. Will always use them in future!

I bought a new light at Lowes and called them back and they came and installed it. I liked the installer Clint. Most other companies don't understand customer service. Clint was a polished guy with a professional attitude. I'd would recommend them for sure.

They were very honest, I felt like they didn't push anything on me, and the service was great!

The service tech was very friendly and I felt very comfortable - he quickly found the problem and recommended their free safety check which I had him do. I asked some questions on the recommendations which he answered to my satisfaction and completed the plug installations quickly.
