The contact was very good. He was thorough, informative and polite. The workers came on time and did their thing. They were also friendly and courteous. I felt I had to be home to make sure they did what I was paying for, and I was right. The men worked on the main part of the lawn, but apparently did not intend to do the grassy space between the right and left sides of my divided driveway. They also were not going to do the foot or two of space on my neighbor's side of my driveway--all my property. When I pointed this out, they did it. Afterwards I also realized that the guy operating the aerating machine had not done the whole part of my front yard on the other side--he stopped at a fig tree, leaving undone a space of about 12 X 6 feet. I gave the contact man my review and my concerns, and he said that yes, they should always do all the areas I described, and that he would talk to them. He also offered to have them come back to do the area one of them omitted, but I declined. My yard is now amazing! A bad area in front that had gone bare because of the drought is almost totally filled in now, and my yard is greener than before. Even though we had some bumps, I will have them back to fertilize and yes, I will be at home--at least until I am comfortable with these guys. All three of the people I dealt with were very nice and eager to please, so I am happy with them.

They were fine, no problems. They did a good job.

So far everything was fine and everything was good. My grass seems to be a little bit greener after the fertilization and that kind of thing. They gave me some tips on some things also and it was a super price. It's the first time that I've ever done the aeration so I don't really know much about it.

It went all right. I had no complaints. They did a good job. They guys are very nice and very knowledgeable. I would use them again.

I purchased the "Last Chance" Lawn Fertilization & Treatment for 125.00. since my yard was bigger that the terms in the offer I paid the difference. I called them to set up the appointment, they gave me a time frame as to when they would arrive, and asked me if I wanted to pay the difference, I thought about it and agreed. They showed up on the day they said they would and it was in the morning hours. A few days later I received and invoice in the mail for the difference, paid it and that was that. Very pleased.

When we entered into the contract, NaturaLawn comes out and takes soil samples so they know what your individual lawn needs are. At each service, they fertilize, apply weed killer/prevention and various other chemical compounds to not only promote growth of my lawn, but condition the soil as well. We have the same technician every time and he's very thorough with his notes to us about what he observed, what he applied to the lawn (and why) and what we need to do to keep it up. As a result, my lawn not only looks good, but grows thick and strong, even in the hottest of Texas summers. Their customer service is fantastic. If you leave a message, they return the call promptly and are always friendly.

We took them in the middle of the year. We were basically losing our yard. We had gophers and the grass was in bold spots and I called them out and they came on out and they surveyed it, and explained to me what I was not doing right by using Scott's lawn fertilizer. He said it is a good product but when you constantly put down fertilizer, you have the tendency of making the lawn shallow to organic. It should go to bugs that are good for the grass. My yard now is much healthier. There are no bald spots and I have not had gophers or moles. They come out and if they find anything, they will let you know. I have not had done anything additional. This was what they gave and they put in on the lawn for me and it has worked out great. I have grass in the backyard and front yard looking so good. I have a contract with them for a year which is twelve applications for $274. They give a 30% off if you pay it for the whole year. Bruce is actually the one who takes the calls. He is very responsive. He spends the time to explain everything. It is just fantastic.

My lawn has never looked as good as it has since NaturaLawn has been taking care of it. Not only is the grass lush and green, but winter/spring weeds are almost never an issue. We have the same technician for every appointment - Raoul - and he is very thorough in his notes to me about what he has done, what problems he saw or didn't see as well as what I need to do to keep the lawn up until his next visit. If there are additional issues (such as brown patch or pest-related issues) he will alert me but never hard-sell me on an additional service or treatment. They use organic products that are safe for my family and pets, which I like very much. Back at the office, NaturaLawn's customer service and billing are outstanding. They are always friendly and willing to help. I wholeheartedly recommend Bruce Gardner and his NaturaLawn team for anyone wanting a beautiful, green lawn. They're the best.
