Very good! Very professional and good service.

It was excellent, they were very good, very friendly, always tell me if there was a problem, the people for the application was very careful, they cleaned up after themselves if there was anything to clean up. They were very professional in all respect and I will not hesitate to recommend them.

They came and applied the fertilizer and treat the brown spots as agreed. I'll wait some weeks to see the results as they won't appear immediately.

I have pulled my hair out for years trying to maintain my lawn. Between bald patches, weeds and disease I was ready to use artificial grass. I have used the big companies in the past but very disappointed in the attitude of the workers and then I found NaturaLawn. They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. My lawns are now like thick, green carpets. In comparison to my neighbors. They look lush and amazing. I am on a monthly plans with this company and would recommend them to anyone who desires a 1st class lawn.

Bruce started the work with a talk and walk through of the lawn. He explained the basic elements of caring for the lawn and put his plan to work. Within several treatments, the lawn's weed count decreased dramatically and the rich green came on strong. I have worked with Bruce for several years and his treatment has led to dramatic improvements in my lawn.

It didn't. They haven't answered their phone for several days and won't return my calls requesting a quotation.

I can't say enough about them. I called them based on their approach because they are an organic based company, so I didn't want a heavily chemical lawn that the plants had become dependent on. I recommend them to everybody. I said I need the grass green. They came out and tested the soil and said they will apply a dose of nitrogen to boost it, and my lawn has been great ever since then. The street I live on has 17 houses, and I bet 4 have used them because they asked how my lawn was so green, and I told them I use Naturalawn of America. Every time I recommended them, and they chose to use them, I got a free treatment. They have a referral program, but I would not refer them if I didn't think they worked. I think they did a good job, and they were very much affordable compared to the other two major companies that I had considered. They use a granule so that after they do the treatment, you do not have a sign on your front lawn saying do not step on for 24 hours. When I see something like that, I wonder what is it that they are puting on my grass that I cannot walk on it barefooted. I have a doctor in environment and background in science and I don't want all of that stuff running into my water system. They are an organically based company. They base the cost on square footage. It is a pay as you go, you don't have to do a years worth if you want lawn service. If you are there, the guy will chat with you with what is going on, and he will tell you what to do, and they have a brochure telling you what to do with what is going on. When I have a new home I will call them to do the lawn.

Bruce came out for an assessment and measured the yard. This was followed up with an application a week later.

i wanted to get my lawn aerated.i called and was quoted 50$.i thought that was a good price.guy on the phone said they could do it early next week so i asked if monday would work and he said it depends on if they are working in that part of town.so basically i can't schedule the work to be done i just have to wait until they are out here and then they will do it.not being able to get work schedules seems ridiculous to me.

It went very well. Their stuff really works. They always call before they come out. They are very polite. There is only one person who completes the job.

We have recently purchased a house and my grass needs some care. Being not only a new house owner, but also not familiar with the grass in this area I contacted Bruce for some advice. Bruce exceeded all of my expectations and has given me so much information on the grass, soil types, how to mow the lawn, when to water etc. it has been amazing and so helpful to me...I never knew there was so much involved! Bruce then came to my house to access the grass to be able to provide a recommended course of treatments. Not only does he call to let you know the day before that he/his team are coming, he also leaves information on what he has done & tips/fact sheets too-amazing! We had our first treatment yesterday and know that it will likely take some time to nurture the grass back to its best, but are confident that with Bruce, NaturaLawn of America West Houston, and all of the tips we have the best odds to do this. It went really well. I think the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of their work. The lawn definitely looks nicer now.

That was okay. The guy came out and he was really nice. I was not happy with the speed at which they did the service though. I was looking for more individualized attention. I felt like I was one stop of many. I do have high expectations, they did do what they advertised, but they were in and out of here really fast. I used them a couple of times after that service too, but I was not seeing the lawn do what I was excepting it to do; I might have not used the fertilizer long enough for it to change anything.

The owner came by my home and inspected the property and offered suggestions on watering and care. He sent out his crew to apply the fertilizer and to take a soil sample to determine exactly how to improve the lawn. After a couple of weeks the lawn has improved and I received the soil analysis. The next treatment will use the analysis to fine tune the feeding. Great results and great customer service.

He responded promptly the next day and gave clear and concise information regarding the services that his company provides. Within (3) days after our initial request for service, the first treatment was applied. We found the technician, Ismeal, to very professional and knowledgeable. We are happy with the service Natural Lawn has provided and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good lawn services company.

We switched to NaturaLawn care because we wanted a more environmentally safe product and for our dogs' safety. We have been using NaturaLawn for about six months. They are very professional, answer questions and call the day before scheduled service so that we can I lock our gate. They have always come when scheduled. Our lawn is recovering from severe drought and within this timeframe we have seen a significant improvement in the quality of our lawn. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an friendlier environmental solution.
