He was very knowledgeable about the lawncare of our particular area. Our subdivision has a different grass then in town. He came out and did the work and gave a lot of good advice. He was very friendly.

I have used Natural Lawn of America for about 4 years. Several years ago I skipped a year and I was sorry I did that. They come out once a month and put organic fertilizers on your lawn. My lawn always looks great! They are reliable, are at my house each month and always leave me a note with an explanation of what they have done and what I need to do. The techs who come out are very knowledgeable and patient about answering questions. When you call their phone number, you get Bruce, the owner of the company. He too is very good about explaining what needs to be done and about dealing with any concerns I have.

Bruce contacted me and scheduled the lawn aeration early in the summer/ late spring. He was very professional and offered advice on watering schedules. They came out and performed all the aeration work on time and came back to fertilize on three other occasions. They called the day before they came every time. Everything was done professionally. I just wasn't happy with the results. Maybe it was the heat of the summer or my watering schedule, but the yard never seemed to look any better after fertilization, so I had to cancel.

Bought the Big Deal and the next day they called me and set an appointment. Showed up right on time. Left me literature that explained everything, and their guys were extremely polite. My lawn is larger than the coupon covered, but the added cost to take care of everything was very reasonable. They aerated and put organic fertilizer. It greened my lawn up nicely. Not sure I want them to come every few weeks due to the expense, but would definitely use them again.

As part of selling our house we wanted to ensure the yard would be in good shape throughout the months so we asked NaturaLawn to provide their maintenance package. They were very professional and explained all the work before starting. After the process they gave us some more info on watering and said they'd be back in six weeks for another treatment (that would be less work so a smaller fee). The lawn reacted very well and we actually sold the house in under four days so we never got the second treatment (we passed along the info to the new owners). Great service, would use them again.

Natural Lawn of America has done an excellant job restoring my tired, drab lawn. They worked their magic with Core Aeration and soil analysis and the proper soil additives. Even with all the dryness my lawn has never looked better. I have many compliments. They do what they say they will do..Great job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I am very pleased. So far they have been very dependable and reliable.

Service was coordinated over the phone and performed during the week we had discussed. Service was easy and done without requiring me to be home since all work was done outside the home. The aeration was completed along with a first fertilizer treatment. I had an issue with a dead area in the yard and they came by and looked at it and gave me their recommendation. Overall very happy with service and have already hired them again for additional lawn services.

It turned out OK. I do like the owner, but one thing that upset me was that they were supposed to blow off the scatter that spread and they didn't blew off my sidewalk afterwards. They were supposed to do that and that kind of upset me about those guys. But the aeration was done fine. No problems with that.

Outstanding customer service. Raoul the technician was on time and very professional. He explained a better watering cycle, did educating on proper grass length and and answered many questions we had about our lawn. He not only knew what he was doing but was friendly and professional in explaining why the chinch bugs reappear most summers no mater what we do to keep them away. He also reviewed the current state of our lawn which is fairly poor as it was left that way by other Houston firms that gave it quick sprays with damaging chemicals and then walked away. Super professional, at the price quoted, at the time quoted. Great experience!

Their service is pretty good. Their price is fair. They are very responsive; when we contact them we get a response immediately and we get a fair quote fairly quick. And we got our first service scheduled within a couple of days. So, overall they are very efficient and they seem to know what they are talking about.

It went well and the service was performed when I wasn't home. A lot of the cores they took from the lawn were left on the sidewalk, driveway, and patio. I picked those up when I got home. The yard looks better - even my husband has noticed. This was an Angie's List Big Deal. When you set up the initial service, they inform you that it is an ongoing service where they fertilize 6-7 times a year, then bill you. I am okay with that, but I wasn't informed about it until after I had paid for the Big Deal. It can be cancelled at any time.

Communication was excellent. Work was explained and carried out as planned. Reminder of services was done to make sure prep work was done if needed.

We noticed immediate results after a good rain. We have scheduled for regular fertlizer applications. They have great customer service.

Conditions were pretty well optimal for the job - we'd had a soaking rain just 2-3 days before and the ground was moist. I'm not sure the aerator did as good a job as I was expecting - I did not see as many plugs extracted as I had hoped. However, the lawn greened up nicely and grew quickly, becoming pretty lush in no time, especially in the back. I really appreciated the contact by phone before and after the job to inform me of the status of the job (and reason for delays) and to check on the quality of the work. NaturaLawn provides excellent customer service and the service they provided was good value for the money. I would definitely recommend them to others in need of a lawn fertilizer service and plan on using them again in the future.

After reading reviews on AL, I called and the owner picked up the phone. We visited about my weed concerns regarding my new home's sodded bermuda lawn. There were issues with several weed varieties and he met me at my home within a few days to take a look and measure the size of the lawn. He explained clearly what they do and the issues with my new sod and all of the weeds. He took a measurement to give me a price for their service. I immediately accepted and they came out the following week to start treatment. They provided written feedback of exactly what they did and left very helpful info on watering, mowing height, mulching etc for our bermuda grass. They do multiple treatments a year at a very reasonable price. It was exactly what we needed for two busy working parents with a young child and the overall use of a safer product. Within a few days and after some watering and rain, the weeds are dying and the grass has greened up considerably. We are looking forward to further treatments for the remainder of the year and having a very nice green and weed free yard. This is exactly why we joined AL and highly recommend this company.

The two man crew showed up on time. They aerated the lawn with a large machine and applied their fertilizer blend. Our lawn is much greener and healthier looking than it used to be.
