Description of Work: They came out treated my lawn. He was pleasant, efficient, and appears to have done a great job. The rains came shortly afterwards and it takes 10 - 14 days to see results since it is organic. I like the fact they will come regularly and take care of my lawn.

Description of Work: Natural Lawns has been providing fertilizer and pest control services since this spring. They helped my yard make a full recovery from the hot summer last year. I have added the brown spot control for the fall and believe they will keep it under control

Description of Work: Bruce inspected my yard, conveyed his findings and treatment required. He then took the time to ask open ended questions designed to allow me to speak about how I had been watering, fertilizing etc. He than shared his opinion of what I could be doing to facilitate healthier grass. He then described their business plan and offering to their customers. There was no pressure to purchased. Frankly, using their service was a no-brainier when I considered how much I spend every year on chemicals and pesticides. I accepted their offer and Bruce scheduled their service technician who called ahead showed up early. So far, so good!

Description of Work: Very professional and informative. They came out when they said they would, provided a very reasonable estimate for their services and have delivered as promised. It was helpful to get a soil analysis and to see what our lawn needs specifically. They customize the treatments to the specific needs of the lawn, so we're looking forward to seeing continued improvement over the course of the yearly service plan.
