During his visit to the house, Joe was forthright and thorough about each option. He took the time to answer all of our questions without going outside to make (secretive) phone calls out of our presence. The service tech took a few minutes to explain his progress in the installation when I went to check on him about every 20 minutes. When he was finished, he provided us a brief explanation on the gateway, the internal switch, the keypad, the personal remotes, and the monitor. We tested the door's operation with all of the access devices. We selected Premier Entry Systems based on the high marks and positive reviews from Angie's List. But, we chose Premier Entry Systems over other companies because several reviewers commented how honest and professional Joe was. Like these others, we found him to be honest and professional, and personable. He explained his previous work history in this industry and what his role was in Premier Entry Systems. He stressed that our satisfaction was paramount. He wasn't trying to sell us something that we wouldn't be happy with, and if we were dissatisfied with any work performed, he would resolve any problems. The service tech was knowledgable and professional. He didn't leave until we were completely satisfied with the door and its operation. We are very satisfied customers in the service and the product. We have no regrets or reservations about having chosen Premier Entry Systems and highly recommend them.

Sat night our torsion spring broke as soon as we pulled into the garage. I started calling companies Sunday morning and Premier Entrys (Joey) was able to come fix it right away even though he was supposed to be heading to another job site. (We were not even able to get our car out using the emergency release.) Joey came, looked at our problem and estimated a price. We thought it was slightly high compared to what we researched, but with it being Sunday, no other companies available and us needing to get our car out, we did not find it outrageous, especially considering other companies may have charged an 'on call/after hours' fee. Joey was very quick, efficient and professional. Our garage door is now fixed properly and is even QUIET! We are very pleased and will use them again if we have any further issues. Highly recommend!

Garage door opener suddenly would not pull garage door up. It made a horrible grinding sound when turned on. Described situation to Joe (technician) over the phone and he came by the house later that afternoon as scheduled. He determined the gears were ground down to powder almost. This was most likely the original opener when the house was built 20 yrs. ago. So I needed a new opener. Joe removed the old one, replaced the rollers and tightened the springs. We scheduled to have a new opener installed the following day.The next day he called and sent another technician to install the new opener. He called to ask if he could come earlier since he had a cancellation, which was fine with me. Once the technicians arrived they installed the new opener within about 30 min. Works great! Guys were very professional!

The Tech was knowledgeable about his product and services. He was courteous and professional at all times. Cleaned up the garage and took the old opener with him to dispose of it for me. We had a slight problem with the safety light sensors, and when I called, the came right out. It took several visits to resolve the issue, but each time they responded quickly. All the Tech's were courteous and professional each time. They are great !

Matt is a professional through and through; he showed up on time, listened to what we had to say, and proceeded to do the work. We could tell he knew what he was talking about and had the lengthy experience in this field. We called him a couple of weeks later and asked him to come back to show us again how this system worked (my wife was not there when he'd come the first time). He did so, showed up on time, and was very patient in his role as a teacher.

The work went really well, and I was very impressed with them. They were patient and did a good job of explaining everything. They stuck to their deadlines. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We've used Premier Overhead Doors in the past and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Called Matt and discussed what we wanted. He gave me a date he would have the opener and what time & date he would be there. He was there a day early, installation was perfect and we all had a smile when the job was done. We got what we wanted and he got paid! Matt has also installed 11 overhead doors where I work and installed the bosses opener at his home. Matt is a man of credibility!

They were here within a half hour of speaking with them on the phone and fixed it withing a few minutes.

Everything was fine. They got the door fixed. I didn?t have any complaints. I was happy with them. I spent about $200 on the work. They had to replace the motor on the overhead door. They came out promptly and did the work in a day. I will use them again in the future.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Matt was polite, professional, on-time, reasonably priced and soft-spoken. It was a pleasure to have him do the work. I would recommend him to anyone needing service on their garage door opener.

Called several garage door installers and Matt returned our call promptly. Went out to our house for measurements and called back with an accurate estimate. We hired Matt after talking with with him and he was on time to perform his services. Really a courteous young man.
