They were awesome. I had an oddball sized garage door and they were able to locate and install a new one, add a lift motor, replace all of the channeling and add an outside entry keypad. Now I'm able to park the cars inside once again.

They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part. We have always been happy with their work. I think it is a fairly small company so sometimes they can't get out same day but they have kept us informed of their status. We would definitely use them again!

Premier Entry Systems was quick to respond to my request for an initial quote for the work. I was impressed by their reviews on Angie's List and they exceeded my expectations. The gentlemen who installed the garage openers and gate opener were professional and helped us to understand how to operate both. When the solar panel failed to generate enough power to operate the gate and the clickers failed (yes we tried to reset), they were quick to fix the situation. I was truly impressed with their level of professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to use them in future and would highly recommend them.

They were very professional and quick. Very patient making sure that they programmed my car and remote key pad to work with new opener. The installer even said to call his cell phone and he'd walk me through programming my wife's car if I had any issues.

They arrived on time and the 2-man team completed all the work in about an hour and a half. All work was done neatly and Rick explained all of the operational details to me. Quality equipment and a quality installation by skilled workers. I would definitely use them again.

The service provider was very courteous and professional; he performed the service efficiently while also paying attention to detail. I would definitely use this provider again.

Serviceman adjusted the system motor and lubricated the door rollers. System now operates normally. He was prompt, professional and completed the work satisfactorily.

Not only did they do a professional job at a reasonable price - they took care of a few wiring issues that I wasn't aware of and didn't charge me even though it took them extra time to fix the issue. I wish they were in Florida because I moved and need a new garage door and opener in my new house!

I contacted the business by going by their office and warehouse and met with Les who told me he would go by my home and check the old door. He was informative and gave me a quote at the office which never changed. He told me that he would have a crew by home the next Thursday morning and they showed up promptly and completed the work with an hour or so. The door looks great, works perfectly and they cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them and will be glad to give them a reference anytime.

We've had two other companies look at our wrought iron entry gate and had been told that it was our battery. We replaced the battery, but continued to have problems with the gate opening. I call Premier Entry Systems and spoke with Les and explained that it might be our solar panel. He asked several questions and thought that could be the problem. I asked or an approximate cost and he told me he would check and call me back. He was quick to return the call with the cost and said he could have someone come to our house the next day. He was informative, courteous and very helpful. The next morning Kevin came at the time he told us he would and check the panel and indeed it was not holding a charge. He also checked our battery and said it was okay. He installed the new solar panel in a very short amount of time. Again, he was informative and courteous. We could not have been happier with their services and will definitely use them in the future. Our neighbors are having a similar problem and we will share our experience with them and hopefully they will use this good company as well. Thank you - great job!!

They did an awesome job getting my garage door functional again. It was quick and professional. They appeared same day and I was very pleased with their work. I asked how much they charge for two springs, additional tension wheel, plus labor - they said $300 dollars. Family Christian Doors charged me $500 for the same work. Be ware of Family Christian Doors inflated pricing. I will always use Premier Entry Systems because of their fair price and professional work.

They were excellent. We liked the visual esthetic and the quality of the door. They had a very quality product. We had some issue with our garage door opener after they were installed and they came out immediately. They were very responsive.

Never in my life have I dealt with any provider like this. And I mean that is the most positive way possible. One afternoon at work, I received a call from my mother telling me that she had just ran through my garage door. Once I got over the shock and I admit, anger - I had to get into action since the house was not secure - yes she did an excellent job and there wasn't much left. So it was Angie's List to the rescue. I sent my mother a couple of choices and Premier was one of the contractor's she called. She was immediately told that someone would be out within the hour - and it was late in the day and we live about 30 minutes from their location. They kept each and every part of their word. Although they could not replace the door that day, they came out, secured my home, evaluated the situation and provide a quote - that was far more reasonable than I could have ever imaged. Even with the extra issue that I have a three car garage and I was told that the door I had was no longer made, I was provided with a door so similar you can't tell the difference and the finish they chose to match was spot on. When they arrived to install the new door they were in and out quickly and both gentlemen they sent were so professional and polite I was just blown away. The new door is also such an upgrade and operates so quietly that I'm considering replaced my single door later this year. You just cannot go wrong selecting this company.

They came and designed 2 custom cedar garage doors and installed them with state of the art equipment. They did an outstanding job. The doors look great and fit like a glove. I would highly recommend them. We are having them redo our front gate next.

I was able to design the doors myself and they turned out beautiful. I had received one other quote for the exact same doors but saved about $1800 dollars with Premier Entry Systems. The doors were finished within about one week from placing the order. I had been given a 2 week timeframe but was pleasantly surprised when they were finished early. The install was completed with perfection and everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend Premier Entry Systems and will use them again myself if the need arises.

Very fast. The tech started working and I went into the house for 10 or 15 minutes and when I came back out he was done and testing the door. It works better now than it ever did. Very satisfied. I recommend these guys to everyone.

We found them through Angie's List. We had a good experience with them. We were very pleased with them. They were very good. They came right out and basically towed it like it was, and I had asked him about putting in a new door and he said: "Basically, unless if you wanted to go on a huge upgrade to a wooden door, for just servicing it would get you the same sort of operation as a branded one would and would save a lot of money too." Their price is probably very fair.

Matt @ Premier Entry Systems installed an entry gate and opener at our home. After checking prices we called Matt and discussed what we were looking for. He had several designs on his website where we could pick one we wanted. We discussed what we needed and he gave us a price that beat everyone! We actually picked an overhead door design for our entry gate! Installed posts, gate and opener on the day we discussed. Opener and gate work perfectly! We have had Premier Entry install 1 overhead door and opener at the house & 1 opener at my personal shop, recommended to my Dad where Matt installed 3 openers. My boss had 2 openers installed at his house and installed 11 commercial overhead doors at the business. (See Premier Entry's website under commercial.) And we recommend Premier Entry to everyone we know! Always punctual & courteous. We highly recommend Matt and Premier Entry for overhead doors, openers and entry gates. AAAAA+!!!

I removed my original review after being contacted by this company. I will simply say that I decided not to go forward and do business with this company due to the lack of followup from them. I was ready to proceed with the work but never heard back from them. I waited for two months to receive a written quote and followip and never received it. The owner sounds like an honest guy and they just dropped the ball on my project. Things happen and I understand that.

I contacted Premier Entry Systems due to a coupon for $325 for a Liftmaster garage door opener. Matt informed me the coupon was not correct on the website and he would correct it, but would honor the coupon. I did notice today that it appears the coupon had been removed from the site. When talking to Matt, I inquired about an upgraded unit from what was listed on the coupon. I was informed that the upgraded unit was not really necessary (1/2 HP versus 3/4 HP opener). However, the 3/4 HP came with a battery backup and I used the thought that if 1/3 HP will do the job and 1/2 HP is good, then 3/4 HP must be really good. :-) The upgraded unit was $50 more than the coupon but based on prices I had seen on openers the $50 seemed reasonable. I scheduled the work for the next day at 10:00am. I did mention that I would be home all day so anytime was good. However, it was almost 12:00 before the installer showed up. I did call Matt and left a message when they were not there by just after 11:00. Matt called me back just about the time they showed up. This was not a big issue for me because I was working at home this day anyway. However, a call saying they would be a bit later would have been nice. The guys were really quick and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. The guy even check the tension on the door and adjusted it as the door was not staying up all the way by itself (without an opener attached). The springs were a couple years old and either had not been adjusted correctly by the installer (not this company) or just lost some tension over the couple years. The Premier installer did not say either way, but just went about the job of fixing it. They finished the install, checked the door, programmed the remotes, hauled off the old opener and rail, and cleaned up the trash. I did not time the job exactly, but from arrival to departure was probably about 45 minutes. Very efficient work at what I thought was a reasonable price. Now my complaint which has NOTHING to do with Premier Entry Systems, but should be a warning to anyone buying a LiftMaster garage door opener. Liftmaster seems to be a popular brand installed by a lot of garage door companies on Angie's list. However, I could not get the Homelink and Car2U units in my car to program to open the garage door with the new LiftMaster 8550 unit. After a little Internet searching, I quickly realized this is a major problem with the newer higher end garage door openers from Liftmaster including the 8550. LiftMaster is using a new random code system they call "Security+2.0? rolling code technology ". Apparently, most car manufacturers that use Homelink or Car2U technology have not adopted the new Security+2.0. I called Homelink and my 2012 vehicle they said would work, but I was unable to get it to work even with their instructions. Homelink will send you a "repeater" that you plug into a wall outlet in the garage and makes the Homelink system work with the garage door opener. The "repeater" is FREE depending upon the make/model of your vehicle. Otherwise you have to buy the "repeater" which I think is $49. My 2008 Lexus qualified for the free repeater and so it is being sent to me as I write this review. Again...be VERY CAREFUL before puchasing a LIFTMASTER opener if you like to use the Homelink or Car2U buttons installed in a lot of cars now days. (Note: Car2U will not give you the "repeater". I think the price is still less than $50 but have not checked on it yet. Other than the Homelink / Car2U issue, I was overall pleased with the whole experience. The new opener is a lot quieter than the previous one and Premier Entry Systems seem to do quality work at what I considered a fair price. Jan 20, 2013 Update. I just wanted to provide an update on my Liftmaster complaint. As mentioned above, I had trouble with Homelink and Car2U after having a Liftmaster 8550 installed. Homelink sent a free "repeater" to solve the homelink issue. It worked the first time for my 2 homelink vehicles. Your vehicle make determines if the "repeater" is free or has to be bought. Car2U is not so generous (used in 2011 Ford). I had to pay $54 (includes tax and shipping) for their "repeater". However, it worked the first time as well. Only downside is that it takes up 2 plugs in the garage. I plugged mine into the ceiling where the garage door openers are plugged.
