We have a narrow driveway that sits next to our neighbors' extremely narrow driveway (with a narrow patch of grass in between). Abe and his team designed matching gates for each of us using the same anchor pole. It looks great and works fabulously. He met with us a couple of different occasions and was extremely nice. I highly recommend!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with home improvement companies. Abe was a pleasure to work with and the construction crew was excellent. Started one morning and finished the next in spite of hitting rock while digging the majority of the post holes. The attention to detail was something not seen with construction today-from the way they conformed the fence boards to match an existing fence to how well they cleaned up the yard. They even came back and added an extra fence post to better support the neighbors fence where it met ours. Could have been stabilized by adding a few 2x4's, but the right way to do it was to add the post. Well done, Abe!

They never showed up. The owner rescheduled 3 times and just never showed up. They were really busy for the next two weeks and could not get to the appointment.

Very pleased with the work that Abe & his crew provided from the beginning of the project through its completion. We had been researching for the last year or so to find someone that could complete a fencing project that my wife & I had already started. We had all of our previous wooden poles replaced with metal poles. The plan was to then complete the project as time & funds became more available. Admittedly after having several other companies come out to give estimates, the project was starting to spiral into a bigger financial commitment than we have originally planned. The issue seemed to be with the metal poles we had installed & how they would be integrated with a new fence. But after calling Abe & having him come out to view our existing situation, he made it very clear that he & his crew would be able to use the metal poles we had not already invested in. Which was a huge relief as we dreaded having to start over from scratch. Once we sat down & thoroughly walked through our options on material, wood, style, etc, it was an easy choice to go with Top Quality Fencing. The estimate & plan was approved on a Wednesday & by Saturday the guys were at our house ready to work. The crew showed up promptly at around 8am and jump right into it. Made it even easier as the wood & materials had been delivered to our home the day before. So everything was already in place. Before the end of the day I had returned home around 5:30 & the fence was completed. Clean up was great as it looked as if they were never there so I really appreciate that. No leftover material, trash or nails. They even ran a weed eater along the new fence to get rid of our pesky weeds. :) Needless to say we are more than satisfied with the effort that was given to our project. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy in Abe and the workmanship is reflective of his attitude & pride in his work. I would highly recommend Top Quality Fencing to anyone looking for a fair, competitive price & exceptional work to back it up. Thanks again Abe.

Abe provided a firm price, which was reasonable, explained the work and materials and accommodated our schedule. The crew arrived promptly in the morning, worked throughout the day and finished the job of replacing our fence in one day! Other than the new fence, you can't tell anyone was here working at our house; they left the job site spotless. Highest marks all the way around for Abe and his team.

From call to confirmation, the work was well-done. I appreciated that they allowed me to pay by Credit Card (for miles), although they had to do this through a third-party. They allowed me to pay after examining the work rather than the usual half/half. He was courteous and informative. I would definitely recommend him to others and will likely use him again for other properties that I own.

The crew was quick and effective. The part that went above what was expected was a recommendation to extend the fence into a new area. He also gave great recommendations to make the new part look good. The fence looks great.

Abe met with me to look at our existing fence and add to it to enclose the rest of the yard. He explained everything, was very thorough and answered all my questions even when I had additional ones later. Abe gave above and beyond customer service. The workers were on time, friendly, clean, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Top Quality Fence to everyone!

I needed a new, regular gate into my backyard, but I wanted something STRONG and reinforced. It is VERY strong now. They built a new gate, replaced a board or two that was bad, stained what they replaced or put in, nailed down boards that were lifting and replaced anything rotten. The fence is very strurdy and very strong and exactly what I needed to feel more secure. Abe is very friendly and responsive and his team is very nice and easy to work with. I would readily use them again.

Abe and the crew respected the fact that I am very particular about my landscaping. Before I knew it, the old fence was down and loaded to be taken away. Not a shrub or plant was trampled in the process. Our beautiful fence went up quickly; the fence ties that were of a better quality than those being made today were reused, thus saving us some money. Abe offered to strengthen a pergola and stabilize railroad ties around a bed across the alley; these were favors that weren't in our contract. I know that we won't be needing a new fence, but you can be certain that it will be installed by Top Quality Fence.

Abe came out and spent about half and hour with use reviewing the space we had for a side gate and showing us example pictures. We selected a more contemporary cedar board on board side gate 5 feet tall. Abe then gave us a quote in about 20 minutes. The next day Abe contacted us and said they could do the job the following day (GREAT). Abes' team of three arrived bright and early at 7:15am and worked until 6:00pm to complete the date. Abe is wonderful to work with. He is professional, patient and thoroughly explains everything that does OR does not need to be done and he is prompt and reliable as is his crew. Abe seems to be very honest and thorough which I like not to mention efficient!! I have had a difficult time getting someone to come repair my iron fence. I finally found 2 people last week on the same day that came by to give estimates. Abe was $100 less expensive and I liked him more....just had a better feeling about him not to mention I could understand what he was saying much easier. He normally doesn't do a lot of repairs from what I understand but he did mine without any issues at all!! His crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves very well. They truly did an excellent job!!!! I also asked Abe to give me an estimate on replacing my wooden fence on both sides of the house. He could have taken advantage of me but he was honest and told me that the fence on the West side of the house was perfectly fine and didn't need replacing and saved me about $4-5K. The East side of the house where the pool is apparently was done by a different contractor and the posts were too shallow and not enough concrete was around posts which is why it was leaning and the fence is in bad shape. (We bought the house a year ago so have no idea who did the fences in the past). He is going to make both sides look the same as far as style and keep my fence on the West side. He will also clean and stain the old fence to match the new fence. Abe is definitely on the ball and honest. I will definitely use him in the future!!

They gave us an estimate, explaining everything in detail. Was supposed to get back to us to schedule, but our order got lost. The owner apologized profusely and bent over backwards to get our fence done as quickly as possible. He called us all along the way, letting us know what was going on. The workers came and replaced our fence. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves.

I had nothing to worry about the project was planned, executed, and closed flawlessly.

This company certainly lives up to its name. The experience with "TOP QUALITY FENCE AND ARBOR LLC" was just that - Top Quality. I contacted them, as I did with other vendors, via phone. Even though I was unable to be at home when they were supposed to arrive, they came and prepared an estimate of the damaged fence. Abe listened to all my requirements for the design of the fence and accommodated all my requests. He gave his suggestions at points where I might have been making mistakes. His quote was quite very competitive, and even though was not the cheapest, was well worth the work done. The entire fence was replaced in a single day - remember this was peak summer too !!! When it was done, I inspected the work the next day, and found that there was a few things left over, like a bit of stone debris left from the concrete footing for the posts, etc, and the gates were vibrating a bit too much when shut. I contacted Abe, and he sent someone over within a couple of days - after confirming with me that a couple of days delay would be alright due to scheduling conflicts - to clear up the debris. I had no issues there. The clean up was done to my satisfaction. I made half the payment then. Abe himself came over a few days later - he was already out of town on another appointment - and fixed the gates himself. He refused to accept any further payment until I was completely satisfied. Once I was completely satisfied, that's when he accepted the full payment. The fence looks absolutely fantastic, and the cleanup, the permits - all of the work - was taken care of by Abe and his crew in an extremely professional manner. I would definitely recommend and use this company again - hopefully soon, as I am considering a deck !!!

Abe and his crew were prompt and helpful. The job was done on time and the quality of the work was very good. They were helpful in determining how to best handle the height variation on the lot. This is the second time I have used Top Quality Fence and I would use them again.

Abe and his crew are amazing! Abe was prompt to respond, polite, interested, sympathetic and professional. I have a lot of plants and trees in my backyard, including up against the fenceine, especially vines, that i did not want to have to completely destroy to build a new fence. I was also hoping to find someone who would be sensitive to my aesthetics - i am very particular - as well as care about craftsmanship, strength and structure. Abe and his crew were all of this and more. After coming by to measure and assess the situation, Abe was absolutely wiling to work with me on all fronts in terms of scheduling, the design, and being mindful and respectful of my verdant, Vermont-like backyard. The work started and once the guys tore down the old fence, i realized what a great breeze flowed through the yard without a fence to hinder it! So I decided to modify the design to allow for air flow through the fence. I brought this up with Abe, as it would mean some fiddling around and testing out, and he was very patient and understanding of my ideas. So while the guys worked on the sold back fence, i worked on drawings for the revised design to put gaps in the fence to allow the air - and thinking on where to put them, spacing, and also how to step the fence down to take into account the decline of the yard towards the house, and the fact that the back fence would be 2' taller. After making some drawings, and Abe explaining how the process went in terms of leveling from the top and working down, we tried a couple different ways to do it and settled on one. This did involve re-doing a part of a couple sections, and Ismail, Martin and Javier were always polite, professional and willing. THey wanted to make it work also. I wanted to leave gaps the size of the slats in case i changed my mind later, or got a crappy neighbor, so i'd be able to close them up again. We settled on how it should all go, and they proceeded with the rest of the fence. whenever there was a question re the gaps or stepping down, the guys would ask first. These guys have been working with Abe for 8 years, are true craftsmen and proud of their work. Everything went smoothly, the guys took their time enough to do the work right, but didn't dawdle. Abe would check in periodically to make sure all was going to plan. which it was. The gaps in the fence work brilliantly - my backyard now has a lot more breeze than it used to. I spend a lot of my time out there so it matters to have a nice breeze and airflow. Also the lines of the gaps make a great design element in the fence. So it has turned out much better than my original expectations. THey also did a great job of the stepping down, keeping everything symmetrical and level. its a hip, mod looking fence and I am absolutely thrilled with it, and the new space that it has created of my backyard. One more thing, Martin custom welded a rectangular metal frame for the gate support. This makes for a really sturdy gate that won't sag over time. This was not a cheap project - but it was well worth it to do such a high quality job. I feel confident that this fence will last for years, and has certainly added to the value of my house. if you want quality you need to pay for it, which i am wiling to do because it'll end up better in the end in all regards. It was therefore important to find the right contractor who would do a quality job but with an eye for design and also be very amenable to the customer's ideas & input. THank you thank you thank you Abe!

It was a pleasant, professional experience from start to finish. Abe was responsive, prompt and courteous. I can't comment on his crew as they had completed the work before I got home that afternoon, plus the additional work he did for free, and did an excellent job of cleaning up and smoothing the ground surface where they worked. All in all things went very well and I will use Top Quality fence again if needed.

The day after I called him, Abe came to our house for an estimate. He was very personable and professional, and he spent a lot of time explaining our options for all aspects of the job. Top Quality is a small business and only builds fences, but Abe works closely with an excellent company that specializes in driveway gates. Abe was completely knowledgeable about the driveway gate installation, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. We already had another estimate from another company, but I was pleasantly surprised by Abe's less costly and equally effective solution to the repair on our side fence. The other company was very quick to suggest replacing the whole thing, but Abe found a way to fix the fence by replacing the old posts with deeper ones, which worked beautifully and did little damage to the landscaping. The overall estimate was much more affordable than the other one, and we felt we had chosen someone we could trust. We were not to be disappointed. As soon as we accepted the proposal, a date was set for work to begin the following week. Day 1: the driveway gate crew arrived to measure and set the posts for our gate. They then returned to their shop to begin welding it. Day 2: Abe's crew of 3 men tore down our back fence and repaired the side fence. Sometime that afternoon, the gate rail and frame were installed. On Day 3, they built the new fence as well as putting the wood on the gate frame, closing up the yard again. The whole process was like a well-choreographed dance, with Abe directing and occasionally calling me to consult on small details along the way. We said goodbye to Abe's crew at the end of Day 3. Day 4: Joe from the gate company arrived bright and early to dig the tunnel for the wiring, install the motor, and connect the gate so that we could use it by remote control as well as a number pad on the outside. The whole job took 4 days, from start to finish. This did not include stain, but Abe recommended a good stain company for us to follow up with. We really felt good about choosing a small business which specializes in fence building, rather than the larger one that was all-inclusive. With Top Quality, the whole project came off without a hitch, and we couldn't be happier with the fence and gate!

We had four companies come out to give us quotes on our fence. All of the quotes were in the same range (within $500 of each other), and Top Quality's was the highest. However, we decided to go with them because of the great customer service we got from Abe and the positive reviews on Angie's List. Abe took more time than any other estimator with answering our questions, ensuring he understood what we wanted, suggesting options and describing in detail the work his crew would be doing and the materials they would be using. We felt confident that the work would be done well, and we weren't disappointed. The new fence is fantastic, we love it. The crew was professional and efficient, they did a great job. Started on a Thursday morning and finished by Friday early afternoon. We did notice a couple of very minor problems (a cracked board and one off kilter) the day after the fence was finished, and Abe promptly sent someone out to fix it. Overall we are extremely pleased with the quality of the materials, the work, and the service - highly recommend Top Quality!

Abe Esquenazi was a total pro from the time he showed up for the estimate to the completion of the job. During the bidding process, our HOA had a lot of questions that I sent Mr. Esquenazi via email. He always promptly replied. This continued through scheduling the work and afterwards.
