Abe was great -- I had talked with at least 8 other fence companies before deciding on Top Quality Fence -- They did a great job and the price was right -- I am glad that I choose them they didn't waste time getting the job done not only in a timely manner but with great quality resorts -- I was very please with the finish of the fence -- Abe was always a phone call away if you had any questions or needed anything -- They added 2 gates and a slide gate for the driveway -- Thank you Top Quality Fence for a job well done

Initially everything was great. They responded right away and came to our home to look at the project. An estimate was promised to be sent later in the week. After 2 weeks we called and received an apology for not sending the estimate and were again promised to have it shortly. Another week has passed and still no response. I guess they aren’t interested in doing the work.

Top Quality did a great job replacing our backyard fence. Bobby was very responsive in setting up the job, and in working with us to build the particular fence we wanted. The crew doing the job was very professional, and communicated with us on a minor complication during the job. A minor followup was needed in our case, and Top Quality responded quickly and effectively. The job was well done, and we now have a beautiful fence.

Abe was very personable and provided a timely and thorough quote. I was very impressed with another fence he built in my neighborhood, but in the end I went with another company due to complexity of the retaining wall removal and replacement.

The final product is absolutely beautiful.

Bobby Hicks came out 3 weeks ago to give an estimate to build a fence on the side of our house and to power wash and stain our existing fence. He spent about 20 or 30 minutes and was clear on the type of fence I wanted. He told me it would be about a 1/2 day job. I called him a couple of days later and he said he was out in the field but would get me an estimate and pictures of the type of fence and gate they would build. A week or so later, I called the office and left a voice mail saying I had not received an estimate. A week after that, I called the office and spoke with Matthew and told him I was still waiting for an estimate. This week, I spoke with Matthew again and asked that he have Abe, the owner, call me. Abe never called me, and I never received an estimate. Very poor customer service. Find another fence company to do business with.

They arrived as planned and installed everything in a few hours. It looks great too.

Fence was done exceptionally well, including the tear down and removal of multiple old stone posts. Could not be happier with the product and definitely gave our house a face-lift. Total work included a full perimeter 7' horizontal fence plus a 6' enclosing for pool equipment. Extras included: removal of brick columns, post boxes, top cap and a manual swing gate.

I hired Top Quality Fence to put in a fence in the backyard. After months of me putting it off I had it installed in March. Bobby was very professional and his team did a great job. I had a fence and electric gate put in.

Bobby came out to meet with me. He was extremely professional and thorough in following up with the quote. It is very rare to see such responsive and patient contractors these days. He replied to all my questions promptly and listened to my concerns. I will definitely call them when I am ready and recommend everyone to give them a call.

Bobby called to schedule an appointment. I asked if he could submit a quote based on the dimensions I provided. That was over a week ago. Still no quote. Called back once. No response. I'll find someone else.

Abe was very helpful in the initial consultation and throughout the work. He helped get the new iron gates made just as I wanted them, and even connected me to the craftsman who was making them. Everything was done quickly and professionally.

They did a very good job. It is an extremely good looking fence. They used top quality wood and it was a good installation. We were very pleased with it. A lot of the neighbors have commented on how good it looks. We have a corner lot so we have a lot of fencing. We got several bids and they were all about the same. It was a personalized job. I can only compare it against 2 other bids and it was in the range. We were kind of shocked at the price but it was pleased with it comparing to what other pricing was. Quality is very good. It is really good wood that they used and it is a board on board 6 inch. One thing I liked about it was the fact that, most fences are 8 feet, but they built the fence so it was parallel to the house line. Most fences that are along the street they follow the slope of the street but our fence is level with the roof line of the house. So it is like 7 1 /2 feet at the front of the fence and it was almost 8 and 1/2 by the time they got to the back. Taking in context that we had a lot of spotty rains so it was probably 8 to 10 days maybe late. They kept saying they would come such and such a day but then they would have to push it back. They were kind of handicapped by the weather. They didn't keep us informed enough. We were kind of told it would be next Friday and then it would come Friday and they would telephone they had to do so and so. They just didn't keep us informed as to when the project would start. It was finished on time for the amount of time allowed for the project but the lack of communication was why I would give responsiveness a C. They came early in the morning like they said they would and worked late once they got started. This fence will outlive me. They did a very very good job and very professional. I think they had as many as 5 people. When they did get to the job finally it was very professionally done and they communicated with us on like do you want the fence to parallel the house or sloped like the street like the rest of the fences in the area. I said I want it to be level. They asked that question. They left it very clean.There were very few nails down in the dirt. There was no scrap wood left. They did a good job of cleaning up. We didn't have any scraps that we had to clean up ourselves. One of the reasons we went with them was when the owner came out and went over the bid with us. He talked about what type of wood we wanted and how long it would be dried before they put it up. He wanted to know if we wanted it stained now or wait and have it stained later. We said to have it stained later and he said that is the best way to do it. He recommended another company to stain it. He used top quality stuff.

Abe's crew came out and took down the old fence and replaced it with a beautiful new one in just two (very long) days. The quality of their work surpassed my expectations. They did a GREAT job!

Very responsive and professional. Mr. Abe E. was very kind and still responded to my questions I have even I did not selected his company for the job. Wish I have gone with Top Quality Fence instead of went with the other fence company due to the 5% winter discount promotion and immediate availability of construction start date. What a mistake I made because I end up have to seek for legal advise and filed BBB complaint due to inferior picket material was used by them.

I had to reschedule the work once to get some paperwork completed and Abe accommodated it without fuss. The crew came on time and got the work going first taking out the existing fence. It is wonderful to see the experience of the crew as they quickly stood up the new fence. There were few questions in the design of the fence, and they were prompt to get my input on them. They were done with the work by afternoon. The quality of the fence was excellent and I called Abe for couple of pickets (cosmetic issues) and he has been very prompt in responding and sending the crew immediately on the same day. I am glad about the fence project and appreciate the work the guys did.
