They were extremely professional and cleaned up very well. The owner of the company takes a lot of time following up before and after. He goes out of his way.

The teams were prompt and professional. The work was top quality. The gate functions well. Adjustments were made a few weeks after installation at my request so gate would not hit the steel post upon closing. Would use Abe and his team again.

Abe showed up on time, spent time with us to go over the design details, and made sure we understood his process. He took measurements and provided a detailed quote on the spot. He was very professional and communicative. The price was a little out of our budget, so we decided not to use him.

I was getting bids for a new fence. Of course used Angie's list to start the search. Narrowed it down to Top Quality and another company. From the get go, Abe (owner, sales person extraordinare) was professional, timely and LISTENED to all of my concerns and needed items. While I went with another company (it was merely due to colors available), if I ever need other work done Abe is on my go to list. His pricing is spot on and his consideration to his "potential" customers is amazing.

I had Top Quality tear down my existing fence, install ~150 linear feet of 8 ft board-on-board cedar fence, with one gate. They also installed approximately 10 linear feet of 6 foot iron fence. | |I am thrilled with the results. The team was timely, respectful, tidy, and most importantly, the fence looks great!

I put in a query to Angies List back in October: Abe (the owner of Top Quality Fence ...) responded immediately and an appointment was setup for 5:30 one evening. I took that day off from work and had 4 other appointments for bids setup before seeing him at about 5:30 that evening. He kept his word and showed up on time. He was the ONLY ONE who took the time to explain things including the differences between "builder grade" fencing and his fencing -- especially the 2-hinge builder grade and his 3-hinge grade (more support). Although I did not have the other bids "in hand" at the time, he instilled confidence in this consumer and homeowner: I felt confident of making a good choice. All of the appointments selected were made from Angies List and I also checked BBB (Better Business Bureau) for an "A" RATING": his is "A+". He mentioned during the appointment that he might be slightly higer in price but honestly, his pricing was the same as the other companies I got bids from. Some of their bids were "#2 cedar" and/or did not include a "rot board" or top board trim. In fact, he was the only one that even suggested re-using the wrought iron mainstay posts for the wooden fencing. The others were ready to drill new holes, etc. (costing me more money). As a homeowner member of an HOA, I had to get approval from the Association fro the project. After I put a request in (early November), it took about 3 weeks to get final approval. I was worried that he might get upset with me and not want to do the work, but instead, he waited patiently and -- when the time came -- was eager and ready to do the work. He kept his word ... when he said his crew would arrive between 7:30am and 8am they arrived at 7:45am. I am so used to waiting and wondering when workmen are going to show up that I was very pleased. Most of the work was done in one day and then completed the following day. The stain matches our garage doors and back patio cedar color. Everything was done to perfection. I could not find a single flaw. I know that seems hard to believe in this age of "don't worries", "it'll be okay", and broken promises, but it is true: the job was done to perfection. I would not hesitate to use Top Quality again. And oh -- by the way -- he actually followed up afterwards to mention that if I did find anything to let him know. His A+ rating in BBB is well-desreved. If Angies had an A+ he would get one from me !! By the way, his workmanship is warranteed for 5 years ... some of the others only had a 2-year warranty !! Top Quality Fence and Arbor deserves your business and will earn your trust too !!!

Abe the owner was in complete communication with me and let me know when they would be coming and going. He gave a pretty accurate time line for when the work would be completed. They finished the fence in three days and did a great job.

It went very well, and I will call them again if I ever need fence work done. I called to set up an appointment, and Abe came out a few days later. He evaluated my fence which needed a number of repairs and explained a number of options for solving my issue along with the pros and cons for each option. He then provided me with a quote that itemized the options we had discussed. I was impressed with Abe's knowledge of his trade and his easy-going sensibility. While Abe up-sold me here or there, he definitely did not pressure me. Shortly after getting the quote from Abe I uncovered a 2nd need. The posts on my arbor were rotting around the bottom due to water damage. The arbor is over 800 sq foot and attached to the house. The posts had to be replaced as we are also replacing the concrete underneath. I called the concrete company to ask if they could do the work and they didn't want to mess with it. I then called Abe who quoted me a price over the phone. I was thankful for his willingness to take on the work. We agreed to include that portion of the work in the price and I advised Abe of some time constraints I had due to other work occurring in our back yard (replacing deck and replastering pool). He agreed to meet those time lines and we set up a time for his crew to come out. I asked Abe if he could also wash and re-stain the fence, but that isn't something they do. He did recommend a company which I chose to use. I had hoped that since Abe worked closely with this company and recommended them, that his relationship would prove beneficial during the execution of the work. Unfortunately, we experienced several days of bad weather while his crew worked on the fence/arbor which slowed their progress, but Abe did a great job of staying in contact with me through it all, advising me of their status and setting expectations around when the crew could do the work. We had a couple of small timing-related hiccups between the stain company that Abe recommended and Abe's crew. I had hoped to avoid those as it added time to the overall project. None-the-less, the impact was minimal. In all, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. Abe's crew was prompt and courteous and did a nice job cleaning up after they left. Abe was also great to work with, a true professional and genuine, friendly guy. I will call him for my next fence project.

Abe was professional and provided a good quality fence at a fair price. If we ever had an issue with the gate, Abe was able to help us or contact with a person that was able to help us. We have only had two issues with the gate since we put it in and both issues we caused.

I had Abe come out for a quote and to install a Cedar fence. He was very polite and explained everything really well. The company seemed to do quality work. I chose them to do my fence even though prices were 4-500 higher than other quotes I had. I would rather pay a little bit extra for hassle free quality work. They had to reschedule once due to a scheduling conflict, but I was informed and apologized to, so I had no problem with that. The work they did was top notch and they cleaned everything up neatly. I like the fact that they did the staining off site instead of at the house. I would definitely recommend them if you want quality work. Expect to pay for the work though.

A neighbor and I worked together on this, since we share one wall. We each had different needs and requirements, and they were more than willing to accommodate us. The neighbor wanted an 8-foot fence, but I only wanted a 6-foot fence, though we made it 8-feet in front so that the look was uniform. The neighbor wanted a top piece installed along her fence and I did not, but the crew misunderstood and put it on my fence as well. We were not charged for the additional work.

Abe was prompt, professional and the work quality was very good. Abe and the team turned up on time and the job site was very clean when they left. No complaints and I'd use them again

We received three quotes and presentations. His price was a little higher, but I had a better feeling about it. Everything we fine and the fence looks great. The next yard I needed fenced, I went with the lower quote... sorry I did. I should have stuck with Top Quality.

We had a carport installed over the drive and needed the fence moved a couple of feet after the install. The job took approx 6 hours. We had to recall due to instability of the fence segment near the gate. The crew promptly returned and corrected the problem. They replaced several damaged boards in other parts in our fence. What a nice surprise!

I left a message requesting an estimate; the call was returned promptly and an appointment scheduled. Abe arrived on time, was professional and very informative. My husband was out of town so getting estimates to replace our fence was my job. Unlike some other company reps, Abe did not talk down to me - a definite plus. The installation crew arrived on schedule and left the work area clean. My husband had a question about the gate and the crew leader explained the options. We are very happy with our new fence and have received many compliments from friends and family.

Abe and his crew listened to what I wanted and built exactly to my ideas and request. LOTS of input and conversation went into the process. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up everything during and after the job. I will be hiring Abe to do our upcoming fence project. I highly recommend them. (Theirs was the best of three bids for the fence project.)

Abe was always on time. All of his team were polite and professional. When a problem came up, Abe presented Plan A and Plan B options to deal with it. The results were great and we love our sturdy new fence. We later had him replace our original builder basic fiberglass shutters with beautiful new wood ones that match the fence. I would recommend Abe and his crew to anyone who wants quality, beautiful work done as promised, when promised, with professionalism and care.

This was a very small job and Top Quality was the only company I found that was even willing to work on it in a timely manner. But Abe was also the nicest and most professional person that I spoke to of all the companies I called for a quote. He took the time to discuss the job with me in detail, and he followed up with me two more times before I decided to hire him. He said he really wanted my business, even though the job was very small. Most of the other companies I spoke to just told me my fence couldn?t be fixed and I?d need to replace it, but Abe never said that and he didn?t push me to spend more than I wanted to. In fact, he worked with me on his quote. His crew came and repaired my fence and gate while I was at work, and Abe came back again himself another day to adjust a couple of things. The weather screwed up his original scheduling plan, but he made sure to keep me in the loop and got me back on his schedule quickly, even though they had other large jobs to work on. I think they did a great job and I highly recommend them! Whenever I decide to actually replace this old fence, I?ll definitely be calling Abe again!

I left a message on Top Quality Fence's answering machine and promptly received a call back. Abe was on-time for the onsite visit and provided a quote at that time. I decided to go with another fence contractor primarily because of price, but also because of the 1" picket overlap(other companies provide a 1 1/4" overlap, and also because of the nails used, aluminum(other company uses stainless steel). No issues with Top Quality Fence at all and would consider them again in the future.

This will be a slightly long story, so I need to say the most important thing first... so none of my fellow Angie's List peeps miss it: ALL of my neighbors want my fence! :) (Abe, they're just saving up! You'll be hearing from them eventually!) When my photinia bushes started dying on the back alley, I knew I had to bite the bullet and build a darn privacy fence. I talked to one guy who is knowledgeable about lawns and yards and whom I met through an Angie's List deal. He's a great guy who said he could build a fence, but hemmed and hawed and said he'd come back to measure. "Depends on what kind of wood," etc etc. Here's the thing: there are lots of "jacks of all trades" out there. If you want a fence built, find someone who specializes in fencing. I called Top Quality because of the great Angie's List reviews. It took them a few days to respond, but when they did it was to set an appointment with Abe. First thing I told Abe when I met him is that I am not a fan of privacy fences. Boring and expensive. I have a little cottage home. I would want to train plants (mainly roses) up the sides of the fences. Gabe's brilliant solution: trellises on the back fence, and an open-slat design on the side fence separating me from my neighbor. Also, I'd always wanted a garden gate that would allow me to train vines or roses over it. Done! In short, I knew within 5 minutes that I was talking to someone who, first of all "got it" where my needs were concerned, and secondly absolutely knew his business and what my options were. As others have said, Abe asked a few questions, offered alternatives, measured and calculated costs on the spot (cedar, it turns out is only a little more than less pricey options). Within a few days (happened my timing was perfect), his team was here. They had the most beautiful fence (not boring!!) in place in 2 days. It's an investment for sure, but well worth it. I'm posting photos so you can see how lovely the fence and gate are. That chain link fence that we left in place, leading up to the new gate, will ultimately be covered with roses (already planted!) My yard actually looks warmer and more inviting with the fence. I highly recommend Abe and his team at Top Quality!

Abe was excellent to work with. He was patient through my comparison process as I received several estimates. He took the time to explain all about fences so I felt very comfortable with my decisions. His crew was professional and friendly. They worked very quickly and cleaned up on departure. The fence is beautiful! I'd hire Top Quality again.

I sent an email to Top Quality Fence Co asking for an estimate. Abe called, set an appointment and arrived on time. He was very thorough in his measurements and answered all our questions. We had gotten several other estimates and while Abe's was not the lowest, we felt comfortable with his presentation and understanding our needs plus he promised it would be done in ONE DAY. His crew arrived on time 3/11/13, proceeded to tear down the old fence, cut all the tree saplings down, dig the post holes, put the posts into the ground, mix and pour the cement, break for lunch, returned after one hour and continued the work until the fence was totally installed including the new gate. The crew was hard working, cleaned up after themselves and polite. We are totally pleased with the work and would recommend Abe and Top Quality Fence Co to anyone.

The job went very well. We had a glitch because they hit a telephone line which delayed the work a couple days. The phone line wasn't marked properly, so it wasn't their fault at all. The owner, Abe, stepped in made sure they got the work done. Abe is very professional and honest. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how good the fence looks.
