Top Quality Fence & Arbor LLC

Our dogs were climbing over a low cyclone fence at back of yard and at front gate. Company owner Abe walked through and measured and we were able to see other issues that I thought needed correcting. He was able to give me estimates on options on site and agreed to tear out an additional stretch of fence that was no longer needed as the neighbor had put up a more recent one. They were able to schedule the work soon and everything was completed quickly and to my satisfaction.

I was so impressed with Abe and his crew. They got the job done in two days. I had some issues with the city I wasn't expecting and Abe's crew came right back out to handle the adjustments - they even worked in the pouring rain on Christmas Eve to finish the job. These men were professional, polite, and respectful of my property. I love my new fence and it looks great. I would definitly use them again!

No one ever responded. The work has since been completed.

Workers showed up on time and spent about 3-4 hours replacing the posts. They left their work area clean and the fence looks great.

Everything was excellent, from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for better service. I put out several bids for fence work to install a new wrought iron fence and Top Quality did the best job of educating me about what the options were, what the costs were, and in general what I was getting into. Unlike another vendor, they included haul-off of the old fence in their bid. Generally, the quality of work and timeliness were fantastic. But there were a few rough spots: - I asked them not to come during a particular time when I had to be on a conference call. They came at that time anyway. - No one on the crew spoke any English. - The crew left the yard a mess. I found drill bits, pieces of wire (presumably involved in the welding?), and a large round washer lying around, and to level the ground near the fence, they dug a huge chunk of soil from the center of the yard, leaving an unattractive, rocky, muddy pile. They also took soil from the downhill side of an incline toward a creek, leaving an exposed layer of dirt in a low-lying area on the back slant of a hill, presenting a serious erosion risk. They also damaged existing landscaping. I had to fill both holes with topsoil / fill dirt myself and mulch over them in hopes of preventing further erosion. Like I said, they did a great job installing the fence, and it is beautiful and well-made. But next time I'd appreciate it if they didn't trash the yard, and maybe send an English-speaking crew chief or something. At least that way someone could have told me where and why they needed to dig up the yard, and I could have told them to avoid destroying landscaping.

Top Quality was two days late starting the job due do being behind schedule on other jobs. That didn't really bother me. They worked one day and then the second day they were rained out by a torrential storm during the middle of the day. The crew was very friendly and polite and the clean up was exceptional.

Abe was on time with his estimate and completed the work on schedule. He wasn't the cheapest bid but was very competitive for the quality of materials used. His work is very high quality and he uses the best materials. He built two steel frame and cedar gates for my driveway that are very sturdy. I had a couple of small changes needed after completion; he did thim quickly at no additional charge. I would use him again.

Overall, it was one of the easiest remodeling projects we had contracted. It was the hassle-free workmanship that most impressed us with a beautiful finished product (the fence) a very close second.

Top Quality removed and hauled away the old fencing then installed the most gorgeous fence on the block. I have had so many compliments on the fence! The installation of the fence went so smoothly. Abe was in constant contact with us letting us know about the progress and resolving any issues that came up. Top Quality's installers were prompt, professional and cleaned up after the installation. Top Quality went above and beyond a standard installation. We added extras to the fence and they look beautiful.

It came down to Top quality and one other highly rated Angie's list company. In the end it was a toss up but I feel I would have been good either way.

I have the most beautiful fence on the block! Abe came out for the estimate a few days after I called him. We discussed my needs in detail, and he had some good ideas, especially about how to build a better patio cover. His crew started the fence on a Wednesday and were finished with the fence and patio cover on Saturday. He was very professional and kept me up to date on the progress.

Abe was very responsible and returned my calls shortly after I left a message. He didn't give me an estimate on the spot, but said he wanted to make sure of the available materials and costs first. He was a day or two later in getting me the estimate, but that was not a problem and his estimate was in line with some other estimates and lower than most of them. He let me samples of the nails he would use and they are the type that won't back out. His crew arrived promptly every day and did not stop my job to finish someone elses. Overall, I am happy with the fence and with the quality of the work. It was a relatively painless experience.

We spoke with several companies by phone and received a consultation/estimate from Top Quality and 1 other. We immediately decided to go with Top Quality after receiving the consult from Abe. The crew was fantastic and quick, completing all work within one day. They hauled off the old fence and cleaned up very well after themselves. After the fence was up Abe walked us around the fence to look for anything that needed to be fixed before the crew left. Abe was fantastic to work with and seemed genuinely happy to help us and answer any questions we had. We plan to get a smaller "dog" fence put in the backyard to separate the dogs area from the pool area. We will definitely be calling Top Quality again for this. Highly recommended!

Abe is so good at picturing what needs to be done by phone desciption, that in our case he was able to give us a tentative price over the phone on Monday, he came and saw our yard on Tues, and they started and finished the job on Friday. The price didn't change from the phone estimate, once Abe saw it. We were getting a new dog on the following monday, so needed the job finished by the weekend, and needed to have the back fence (alley fence) up by Friday night for security reasons. They finished the whole job in one day. I checked with the work crew (3 people) about every hour (which didn't seem to be needed), and they understood the issues and plans, and did everything perfectly. It looks to me like it could withstand a Texas tornado. You'll like working with Abe, and he'll spent as much time as necessary in defining the work to be done so it will come to your satisfaction.

Abe Esquenazi of Top Quality Fence was very easy to work with, and answered our question completely. The workman showed up on time and did a great job of extending our right side fence and moving up the gate. They tore down the alley fence and side fence and hauled all the debris away. The work was done very smoothly, with minimal disturbance, and on schedule. We actually changed the height of the back and left side fence in mid-job, and TQ was very flexible and accomodated our changes. Everything was cleaned up and the fence looks great, so we are very satisfied.

Number one, Abe's personal customer service totally sold me on his company. He had incredible attention to detail on the phone, talking through several possible scenarios and the pros and cons of each. We discussed security, durability, types of materials, functions and forms of each. We arrived at a materials decision, and he was on the job within 2 days. (He would have been out sooner if I had made a decision faster!) His crew came in, did the job and got out in less than 2 days. My new fence and gate look simply spectacular and are exactly what I wanted.

Company was prompt and did a great job. The owner was very professional and explained to me how I could do this myself (I tried, and failed miserably...) and gave me a good price for the labor compared to the other companies from whom I received quotes. I provided the materials- 2 posts and some quickset. They came out the same week and were done in a couple of hours. I will use Topquality Fence when we replace our fence in a few years.

They did an excellent job. From the first visit of their salesman Tim, they were both substantially more professional and cheaper than other contractors. Tim was the most thorough and responsive salesman of the various contractors I talked to. He gave me a small ziplock bag with samples of each of the nails they use in their construction and also was the only contractor to raise my awareness about possible property line issues (we flipped the fence from rails outside to rails inside). They also beat the estimates I received from the other contractors I talked to. There were just three minor issues: 1) We were scheduled for a Friday and I had asked Tim to warn me if the schedule changed as I was arranging to be at home from work that day. The day came and they didn't show and I didn't hear from Tim until I attempted to contact him that afternoon. 2) They forgot a handle for the interior of one of the gates. It was corrected quickly. 3) Due to flipping the fence, they had to remove a gutter downspout. They were not prepared to do anything to fix this (not even recommend another contractor) so the issue fell directly in my lap. All three of these issues ultimately were minor and of no real concern. Overall, we are very happy with the workmanship. They offered and we chose prestained wood and they constructed the gates by building the fence in that spot and then cutting the gate from it for a nice finished look.

Everything was terrific. I had a very tight budget left from a home remodel, and he worked with me very well to get the fence I wanted within the budget I had available. I was very happy with their work.

From the time of our original estimate, for various reasons the job was postponed until winter. In the meantime we had changed our minds about several details, so we got a new estimate. Abe honored the original prices of materials which was nice. The start of the job was delayed somewhat due to weather and another fence job that took longer than estimated. When the crew began work, they continued straight through until the job was completed - in less than 5 working days. The fence looks great and the crew did a great job cleaning up. Let me add that I am very particular about the plants in my yard and they were careful not to walk where bulbs were coming up, etc. Upon reporting two very minor problems afterward, they corrected them within a day.

Wind blew down fence. Called and they came out that day. Gave me an estimate and completely explained all my options and benefits of each. Gave the breakdown and cost of each option. Crew showed up two days later. Built an incredible fence, and finished in three days. Since I have large dogs, time was of the greatest importance and they really took that into consideration in their speed. I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone.

I waited for 2 more estimates and ended up going with another company that gave me #1 cedar, board on board, top board, bottom treated board, heavy gage posts and haul away for less than Top Quality's base price.

They were very good. They were very punctual. We have decided to go with someone else, but it is no reflection on him.
