Our door came off track on a Saturday. I called two other companies. First company called me back 5 hours later and said they couldn’t come out until Monday. Second company said they could come out in the afternoon and would have a tech call to confirm. Never got a call.
I called Prostar, they answered right away and scheduled a service visit for first thing Sunday morning. Justin came out, was friendly, answered our questions and got our door back on tack in an hour. Awesome service, I will never call anyone else. Thanks Justin and Prostar!

Called the office, Cody was amazing. She called Brandon and he was at my home in less than 30 min. Garage door fixed in less than a hour and very reasonable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Incredible!!

ProStar to the rescue! They saved me from missing my cruise! A friend accidentally threw my garage door off its alignment by opening their trunk that was too tall then closing the garage door. This was just hours before I had to leave for Galveston to catch a cruise! Brandon from ProStar was able to come out and fix my garage door within the few hours I had left! They are the BEST!!! Brandon was so understanding and professional! I cannot thank both Brandon and ProStar enough!
