Called Po Star and got a basic estimate for a lot of garage door work. 2 new sandwich doors, high lift track, and jackshaft openers. It was more than some others, but i decided to use them. Made an appointment for "first thing" in the morning to measure so they could order all the doors and track. It doesn't take long to measure and I have to get to work which I mentioned. I waited the day of and no one showed up in the morning. I called and was told that they give 'windows" not make appointments. So first thing at say 9am means 9 to 12. I did not know that. They asked if I need to reschedule. NO, you need to reschedule since you didn't show up at the time I scheduled you for. I am the client and you are the service provider, you work for me and should show up when you say you will and call if your late. Obviously, I did not reschedule and moved on after missing work. I did not leave them a review for their inability to show up because I'm a nice guy. But now Pro Star has Angie's list continuing to emailing me and asking me for my review. AWESOME!! My garage door had fallen in and he came over fixed that so at least it wasn't laying on the garage floor, ordered me a new one and 2 days later I had a brand new garage door installed!!! He was quick, honest and I would recommend him to anyone that needed that service!!

Pro Star Garage went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! I definitely recommend using them.

It went great -- from the moment I scheduled the appointment to the tech coming out to evaluate my garage door and opener. The tech was honest and did not try to upsell me. I had a couple other companies come out and tried to upcharge me by tens or even hundreds of dollars. All appointments were for the same thing; a evaluation and to also change out for quiet rollers. I obviously told those other companies where to go. One even charged me a "trip fee" for what was supposed to be a free evaluation. I reviewed that company already so you can take a look at that. Anyway, I would definitely work with Pro Star Garage Doors again and will in fact have them come out for annual maintenance in a few months!

Highly recommend this company! They have installed new motors & key pads for us (even in the middle of freezing cold/rain storm) and Brandon came out quickly (even though it was the holidays) to help with a broken garage door and had it back to working order in no time. They exceeded our expectations for work to be done and are an honest and trustworthy company.

Working with ProStar was absolutely outstanding. In the process of selling our house, our garage door opener got whacked by a ladder and ruined, meaning we had to replace it ASAP.
