Both times they were very helpful on the phone and tried to make sure that I had done everything that I could do before they came out. Also, they asked questions and told me how to make my service cheaper. They were on time and good at the job.

Description of Work: Called them for a leak. They found the leak and repaired. Also put new gasket on a toilet. They did a real professional job. Very friendly plumber. Just a real good experience.

Description of Work: Repaired a leaky toilet, We thought we were going to need a new toilet in an upstairs bathroom. As it turned out it only needed a new seal between the tank and bowl. The tech was quick, courteous, and he cleaned up after himself. Excellent job!

I appreciated the honesty as Wayne explained various options for my situation. I will definitely use Legacy Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The repair Specialist Matt Lawrence was very responsive. He came on time, identified the problem quickly and fixed it well. There was a minor leak |identified after the initial fix. I called Legacy Plumbing for a follow-up appointment. Matt came again and fixed this issue at no charge. Legacy Plumbing's service has been outstanding - they may be more expensive than the run-of-the-mill handyman but based on my experience, often times you get what you pay for. Overall I am very happy and will definitely use Legacy Plumbing's services again without any hesitation.

Description of Work: I purchased a $25 deal for $100 of Plumbing Services. The service went well. The staff did a great job. I paid an additional $200 to have a faucet replaced outside.

Description of Work: They dig the soil around the water meter and sprinkler kit to check what's wrong about leaking along the sidewalk.And found the broken water meter caused the problem. So we are told to call Frisco City to solve the problem. and also give us a free estimate check about the heating water system and give us some suggestion.

Description of Work: I purchased a $25 deal for $100 of Plumbing Services. The service went terribly. I thought the deal was overpriced. The service was not what I had anticipated. I have found it better to use local companies. They worked on the toilet. One technician for the job.
