Description of Work: He extended my gas line on dryer so I could move washer and dryer for convenience. Also, had him check my gas line under stove top and he reported all was good there. He had plenty of time allotted so he gave me a bid to change out 2 toilet water lines and did the work right then. He wore his booties to keep my floors clean, was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. Will definitely use services in the future.

After he was finished, he explained to me what he fixed and the costs were exactly what he originally quoted. He offered up some additional information for future service if needed. I will definitely use Legacy Plumbing again and I will request Sam. Excellent customer service!

Description of Work: We needed someone quickly for a massive water heater leak; we wanted to replace both of them since they had been installed at the same time and the one had already failed. Legacy Plumbing recognized it was an emergency and contacted us quickly, scheduling an appointment as soon as possible Monday morning. They were efficient, fast, and friendly. We also had a problem with hot water circulation in the house, as it sometimes took a full five minutes to get water warm enough for washing dishes or showering. This is a complete waste of water, so we asked about an inexpensive way to solve the problem. They set us up with a water recirculater, and we now get warm water in a much more reasonable timeframe.

Description of Work: They were fantastic at detecting my slab leak, isolating the exact location, finding a way to cut off from the leak and reroute the plumbing through the walls of my laundry room without digging a single hole in my floor. Fantastic and for the exact price that was explained. I realize that all slab leaks will not have the same results, but I totally trust these guys. This is the second time I have used them with the same extremely satisfied results.

I'd previously had the work scheduled with another plumbing service and when they were so late that I couldn't have the work done on the appointed day, I decided to switch plumbers. I called Legacy Plumbing instead. Not only did they arrive on time and do a great job, but it ended up costing me a few hundred dollars less than the price quoted by the other plumber.
