Description of Work: My kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. Tried drano etc. to clear it but nothing would work. Called Legacy Plumbing and they came the next day. Jonathan was great - very friendly and he definitely knew what he was doing. He cleared my kitchen sink and also my bathroom sink in about 30 minutes. They were very reasonable in cost. I'm so happy I found them - they are now our new plumber that I will use in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet

Description of Work: We called them out, we've used them before, to fix a leak that we thought was the water heater. We had the water heater replaced the day before, by an unnamed company with horrible service which didn't even check for a leak, and the leak was still there. Legacy Plumbing had to pull the new water heater out and cut a whole in the wall. It was one of the pipes behind the wall leaking. They had to fix it and put the water heater back in. Our water heater was no up to code via the unnamed water heater company. So legacy had to bring the water heater up to code. Lee, our plumber, was literally at our house all day fixing this mess. We love legacy plumbing and will never mess with any other plumping companies. Lesson learned! | |I gave a C for price because they aren't the cheapest company but have excellent customer service and definitely know what they're doing. It's better to pay their price then try and go with the cheap company and get bad work done.

Description of Work: They had to replace the hot water heater and some valves leading into it.

Description of Work: The shower in my master bath was not giving hot water. Lee rebuilt the faucet replacing the cartridge and cleaning out the debris. He also replaced the shower head with one that is much improved with better water flow. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. I have used Legacy Plumbing several times before and I will use them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: Everything went very smoothly. The company that they used to do the actual digging and filling in did an amazing job of clean up after they filled in the "tunnel".

Description of Work: Turns out I had a piece of pipe stuck in my sewer line about 107 ft. away from the house. Legacy did a great job of locating and digging it out, while keeping as much as possible intact. Yep. I paid a lot, but it took a lot of hard work. I think it was a fair price, but having not been in that situation before, how would I know? I will say they were the utmost of professional and friendly and, yes, trustworthy.
