I called to place a call about 8:15 and was given a couple of choices for time on the same day. He replaced an outside faucet, removed and reinstalled bricks. Theron did a fantastic job. Most plumbers would remove the bricks and make me reinstall, but he did this. I have used a couple of other plumbers in the past, but no one did as good a job. He gave me several options but wanted to do a good job. I plan on using this company for any plumbing work. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, and did all of this at a fantastic price.

I was very happy with the job they did. I was happy in all respects including the job and the price.

It went well. Theron was prompt and proficient. He gave me a verbal estimate over the phone when I requested service. However, after completing the job, the amount was reduced. Yeah! :) I would definitely recommend friends and family to his company.

$50 service call + $135 for repair. Repair successful but noticed when showering the next day that the water pressure was greatly reduced. He had noticed the flow restrictor was out of place and had fixed that also. Called them that morning and Matt came back right away - less than 45 minutes - and took care of the flow restrictor to make the water pressure like we wanted, and did not charge us for having to come back. The only reason I'm giving a "B" for professionalism is that they do not give written estimates. However, they did do exactly what they said for the price they had quoted. We are going to call them back to do some more work they had given us prices for. Have already recommended to another friend, as well.

Theron took my call and explained the possible options for repair with the cost estimate for each situation. To my surprise he sent someone out right away to fix our problem. Matt Lawrence called me to let me know that he would arrive to our home in 30 minutes. He arrived right on time. What a delightful man! He is experienced and very professional. He listened to my concerns and explained his approach to solving the problem. He quickly went to work and before I knew it the job was done and done extremely well. He explained to me what he had done and how we should take care of the faucet in the future. While we were settling the bill I asked Matt about another problem I had in our guest bathroom. The bathtub drain had corroded and needed to be replaced. Matt said that he could handle this also. I had the replacement parts on hand so he covered the workspace and removed the old drain and installed the new one. This problem had been bothering me for some time and I was so relieved to have it finally taken care of. Matt went above and beyond what was expected and he is such a nice guy. I asked him about some other changes we need to make and he kindly shared his experience and suggestions. We will definately call Legacy Plumbing for all our future needs. They took care of our needs in a timely, professional and cost effective manner. We highly recommend them for your plumbing concerns.

They came out to get the work done. It didn't take a long time to get the work done, as it was a job that could be done in a day itself. The price that they charged was reasonable and I had a good experience with them. They also did what we asked them to do. They were able to take care of the problem in a timely manner. They were able to unclog the drain and they did a good job. I found out that the other plumbing company was very expensive compared to Legacy Plumbing. I would use their services in the future too. In fact, I have asked them about some work, wherein I want to have some faucets replaced. So, the plumber told me about the cost for the service and also how long it would take to get the work done.

Matt arrived on time and quickly went to work. He was eficient, neat, clean, and very friendly (as well as knowledgeable).

we have guest coming in the same week that the guest bathtub faucet quit working. Called legacy in the morning, they sent out a plumber the next day. The individual was very professional even took off his shoe before entering the house without me having to ask. Got the job done in less than 30 mins. Needless to say now our guest will have their own bathroom that work thanks to Legacy.

They were great. They were very fast and cheap. They were good people. They came at the drop of the hat. We had used them for the hot water heater earlier. They came right away and did a great job with that. They gave us a $100 discount for a new customer the first time we used them. They have a good reputation on Angie?s list.

Theron arrived on time and immediately turned off the water main. He demonstrated how to turn off the main if I encountered a situation that required me to do it. He then examined the problem and explained what had to be done. He very carefully cut the drywall as to minimize the amount of repair that would need to be made to the wall after the plumbing repair. He replaced the valve and tested. He then checked a leaking faucet and noted that it was under warranty and I should be able to get the parts from the manufacturer at no cost. He would come back at a reduced trip fee to fix once the parts are received.

The day Legacy came out to fix my leaky shower head I was on a conference call when the representative was leaving. I took his word that the leak was fixed. The next morning when I got ready to take a shower, I still had a leak, no hot water and part of the shower knob fell off. I called Legacy back out. It seems there was a problem with a washer inside the shower knob that had been replaced the day before. Legacy fixed the washer and made an adjustment so that I would have hot water. The piece that fell off my shower knob could not be fixed. I needed a new one. The Legacy Representative phoned the manufacturer from my home and ordered me a new one. (The knob was still under warranty.) He told me to give Legacy a call when the new knob arrived and someone would come out and install it at no charge. When I received the knob, I called Legacy and someone came out that day to install it. And, even though I had a problem initially, I would use them again because they went out of their way to do the right thing.

Work was done well and promptly and the two men who came were pleasant to have in the house-very professional and courteous. Only downside, price seemed a bit high, and I didn't get enough detail on the bill to see what was my price per faucet, or what was the total for the kitchen sink, so I could not compare cost at that level.

It was miraculous. Their work was very neat compared to what it could have been. They kept the dust down to a minimum. They worked really hard to get the job done. The young man is very presentable and clean and I trust him. I trust him enough in my home that I feel I could run an errand while he was there and everything would be fine.

They were very professional, we really had no problem. They were thorough, very good job, and cleaned up well afterward.
