Matt, Wayne and Theron were great. Found and fixed the problem with punctuality, quality, and integrity.

Very professional. Wayne was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He recommended replacing the water heaters instead of switching to a tankless unit. I was worried about water damage from leakage since my water heaters are in the attic and water would leak through the upstairs bedrooms then into the downstairs. He suggested the emergency shut-off valves which would prevent a major flooding problem. Doing this instead of the tankless saved about $1000. Their estimate on the tankless unit was $2000 less than another company I got an estimate from. They completed the work quickly with no mess. I would definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Our outdoor faucet had been leaking for about a week before we called for a plumber. We though we would be able to repair it ourselves, but thought better of it once we saw it was soddered onto the pipe leading into the wall of the house. Legacy Plumbing had really good reviews on Angie's List so we gave them a call and had to leave a message for a return call. Ten minutes later we received a call back and set up an appointment two days out. I told them the problem we were having and asked what I might be looking at repair and price wise. They were very nice on the phone and gave me a rough estimate based on my explanation of the problem. Two days later Matt called me as I was told he would and let me know he was about 30 minutes out from the house. He showed up when he said he would and explained to me what he would be doing and how he would go about repairing the problem. Luckily it was an easy repair and he didn't have to replace any major component. He was quick, informative and above all honest. He even waived the service call fee! I was very happy with Legacy Plumbing and will definitely call them with any plumbing issue I have in the future.

I enjoyed working with this company very much. Matthew was great when installing the disposal and the tub spout and shower head. His advice was greatly appreciated on the disposal - even though he was able to get the old one working again, his advice to go ahead and replace it with one we had already purchased was a good decision. Then, after we moved, we had trouble hooking up our dryer and my husband did not feel comfortable trying to figure out the gas hook-up so we called Legacy back. Theron was able to work us in that day and, please forgive me but I can't remember who it was that came out, we got the dryer hooked back up with no problem. After he hooked up the dryer, he even looked at our tankless water heating system to make sure that it was hooked up properly (it was) and even turned up the water temp a couple of degrees. I was so appreciative about being able to be worked in the day I called. My husband was able to have clean clothes the next day. I will use them again if and when the need arises. Great job, guys!

Dwayne is a true craftsman and loves what he does, which shows in how he does it. He cleaned up a big mess and left everything in tip-top shape.

Quoted a price iover the phone. Arrived and did the work in a professional, friendly manner, and did not charge me a service call fee. Will use them again.

called Legacy plumbing and they suggested using an allen wrench to see if that would make my old disposal work. it did not. i called them back and they make an appt and came out either the next day or a day later. he showed up on time, was friendly and did a fast and excellent job.

Serviceman explained what happened, fixed toilet and cleaned up some of the water.

They were professional and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

The service call was to replace an external faucet. He did it so fast that I asked him to look at a shower head which was leaking too. He replaced the old faucet with one that screws in so if it ever needs doing again I can do it myself. He fixed both problems for less than his estimate for the outside faucet alone despite the fact that he had to drive to the supplier to get another shower head. He removed the service call charge and just charge the rate for the job.

I was very happy with the service provided by Legacy Plumbing. The technician that came to our house (Matt) arrived right on time and was super nice. He was able to unstop our toilet quickly and gave us some great advice on how to keep it from clogging in the future (i.e., don't flush those "flushable" toddler wipes). I will definitely contact Legacy Plumbing the next time we need a plumber.

Repairs were great. Very quick service. They were on time and fixed all issues with no mess watsoever. Very fair on the price too.

Tech came in looked at the faucets in the Master bath, explained what I thought I knew needed to be repaired. He also looked at the other faucets in my house, since it's over 40 years old. The shower was the only faucet that needed repairing. Very good job.

He gave me a quote and two-hour window and set up an appointment. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and talked to me about it before he made the repair. After he was finished he showed me the old parts, gave me instructions on using the handles correctly. He was courteous, gave me the details I needed, and left everything clean.

Legacy Plumbing was able to replace my hot water heater on the same day that I called them. Theron was nice enough to suggest over the phone that I purchase the replacement bathtub drain myself at a home improvement store, since it would save me money if they only had to install it. The plumber arrived promptly at the beginning of the 2-hour window that was promised. The work was completed at the same cost that was quoted to me over the phone. Wayne, Matt, and Theron were very professional, careful to not track any mud in my house (it was raining hard that day), and very helpful in answering my questions. After being overcharged by another plumber the previous week for a simple leaky faucet repair, I searched on Angie's List to find another alternative. I was extremely pleased with Legacy Plumbing and would use them again.

Awoke to the hot water heater dumping water out the garage at 9am. Called Legacy around 10am and they were able to come out by 1pm the same day. Matt replaced both heaters with like in kind of what I had before. Plumbed the system so that in the future if I lose one water heater I can bypass each unit for no extra charge. Were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done in about 2.5 hours for both heaters. I am happy with their work and the cost was significantly less than other quotes I received. I will use them again in the future.

My kitchen sink wasn't draining. Legacy was able to get me in the next day for a fair price. They arrived on time. Promptly resolved my problem and didn't try to get me to pay for more than was needed.

Theron was polite, professional and on-time. He took the time to answer my questions and did not attempt to "pad" the bill by recommending extra services or work (in fact, the final cost was under his original estimate). The work is of excellent quality. You get what you pay for and these guys are worth it.

I called and set appointment about 4 days prior to actual appointment. He arrived 10 minutes early and resolved the issue. I am very pleased with his service. I was confident that he would resolve the issue. He knew exactly why the pressure on the home was weak and he resolved the issue (before he even arrived). He also provided a one year warranty for his work. He is a hard worker and I do appreciate his labor and service. He was very, very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. I have met a lot of plumbers and he left a positive impression.

At our new rental home, the new tenant complained of no hot water coming from the shower in two bathrooms. I called several plumbers, including my regular one. The soonest one to come out was two days later. Called Theron at the Legacy Plumbing and left a message. He called me back very promptly, and came out two hours later. He did a diagnosis, found out the valves in the wall behind the showers were gone. (It was a foreclosed house.) He said that we were lucky that the house did not flood. Theron had to make a trip to get the parts. But he came back quickly and fixed the problem. Theron was very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He handled the service call, met with my tenant there, completed the work, and took my payment on the phone, ---all in less than 4 hours. My tenants were very happy. Theron waived me the service call fee because I got his name off Angie's List. Very pleasant experience. I will definitely switch my plumbing job to Legacy Plumbing.

Lost the water heater. Noticed the leakage at 3:30p. Our requirement was urgent, as we had out of town guests arriving in a matter of hours. Called Theron at Legacy plumbing (from Angies list) and he had someone here in about 15 minutes. They changed out the tank, all related valves and lines and were out of here by 5:30p. Many thanks, job well done.

Through Angie's List I finally found a plumber. After years of feeling I had been 'hosed' by plumbers I have had in my home Legacy does business my way. I called and asked for a general estimate over the phone. Theron, owner, gave my a range, plus advised me of the service call charge in addition. Matt came with a million dollar smile, exuding trust. While working I asked questions and he answered them clearly. When he finished, the bill was in the low range of the quote, work has a year warranty, and I used the Angie's 10% discount. I don't have a dog, but I am sure Joe in the commercial, but I might get one knowing Matt would take care of him..

We were able to schedule them with a couple days notice. Matt called about an hour in advance of the appointment to confirm time. He kept things orderly and cleaned up well. Shoe covers were used on multiple trips in and out of the house. Processes were explained in advance and Matt checked to be sure all worked properly and that we were satisfied. Warranties were explained and listed for each item on the invoice
