The were curteous , Friendly and left no mess. The came right away and resloved the problem quickly It was a great experience.

Matthew and John had a cancellation, so they called to see if they could come early--which was great! Both men were pleasant, courteous and professional. Matt explained the pricing ahead of time, so there were no surprises. They left the area as clean as they found it. I was extremely happy with the service and will definitely call them again.

When I called for service got immediate date for repairs. Matthew and John showed up before scheduled time, and even called that they were coming. They entered our home, very friendly, and immediately went to work. They were clean, professional and well qualified technacians. Completed the task in a timely manner. They picked up and cleaned up after themselves. I am impresssed with the entire project from start to finish. I will called Legacy Plumbing again when in need. I recommend this company to all.

I had small water stain on my ceiling. A bathroom room was above the stain. Legacy came. They identified the probable cause as the overflow drain in the tub. Mark opened it up and found a seal was not seated properly. He then went on to cut dry wall behind the tub, made sure the pipe was secure, fixed the seal and then tested it to make sure there was no possible leak. He then checked the toilet, just to be sure. He took the time to not make a mess and the job area was clean when they left. Probably not the cheapest fix, but I would recommend if you want something fixed right.

We are very satisfied with Legacy Plumbing's work. The phone call to set up the service date was very informative, as it included discussion and recommendations about the new toilet we (the consumer) were about to purchase -- specifications, measurements, flush ratings, etc. Legacy's job was just to remove the old toilet and install the new one, and the price quoted was $162.00. They arrived at the scheduled time, performed the work in a professional and efficient manner, and charged exactly $162.00. An A+ rating!

We called Legacy Plumbing after the kitchen of our condo was flooded by a leak from the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. Legacy removed the old toilet and explained it hadn't been properly installed. They said we needed sub flooring repair and recommended we get new tile flooring. After another contractor put in the new floor, Legacy promptly installed a new one-piece toilet. Excellent work! They provided an estimate beforehand and did not collect payment until the entire job was finished.

I phoned to schedule an appointment on a Friday and I was able to get a service call for Monday. I was quoted the price and the final cost was what I was quoted. Not only did the technician complete the replacement of the faucet, but he put insulation around the pipes and re-cemented the brick that was removed to get to the pipes. I was very pleased with the completed work! Being an Angie's list customer, the service call fee was waived. I highly recommend this company!

Very excellent service from the time I spoke to Theron to the time they finished the job. Everyone was very courteous, professional and prompt. They show respect and manners by calling me "Sir" and answering my questions with absolutely no arrogance or better-than-you attitude. Matt did everything I asked and nothing more. Once onsite he gave me the exact price which was very reasonable and the job was done right.

Spoke with owner, Theron , to set appointment. Mathew and John showed up in 45 min of the call. They were both so personable and friendly. They went right to work.

Mother in law had a leak at the valve box (the box in the front yard to turn off the water supply to the house). I called and left a message Sunday night and first thing Monday morning rec'd a call from Theron. By noon Matt and John arrived on site. Notified both me and my mother in law of the problem and got to work right away. They removed the old valves and replaced it with a new one. An hour or so later they were done. Matt and John were very polite and professional. My mother in law was very pleased with them. Thank you for treating her with respect!!!

Excellent experience. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, fair price. Superior value. I grew up around construction and have performed several remodels myself. These guys were great. From the initial phone call to the end of the installation, they did everything as it should be done. I can't say enough good about this experience. I will definitely use them again and recommend them over and over.

I used them before and I used them again. It went really well. I called them right away and they turned my water off right away. They turned off the water outside and said that they would turn up at noon. They showed up on time and they had what they needed on the truck. They put the hot water tank in and left the documents for the inspector and of course it all passed. I don't have anyone to compare the price with. I might be able to get somebody to put in a water tank for less but I don't care because they got to get it right and got it through the inspection.

I was super pleased with them. They did a superb work. They brought everything up to the code. They did a fantastic job. They worked on time and during the bad weather also. I had a very good experience. I will use them all the time in the year.

Wayne did a quick professional job. He cut out a small area of brick, removed the old (1986) faucet, installed the new faucet and replaced the brick area. It didn't take over 30 minutes! Legacy Plumbing is now "My" plumbers. Use them and you will not be disappointed!

They were great and everything went wonderful. When they pulled everything apart, they found that my garbage disposal was rusted. I bought a new one and they didn’t charge me anything extra, even though he waited for me to go buy a new one. He even told me which one to get and where to get for the best price. They were very nice and they got me in fast. I called them on Wednesday and they did the work the following Monday. We had a problem with another piece of equipment. He let my husband borrow the tools to fix it.

The rep arrived the same day that I called and was on time. He quickly identified and fixed both problems. He kept everything clean and did a good job of explaining what needed to be fixed.

We had problems with a couple of our toilets and shower after moving into our home. We called and left a message on Saturday. The call was promptly returned on the next business day. The plumber came out to diagnose the problem that day and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He told us which toilets and parts for the shower to buy and was very informative. They also price by a list and not by the hour which I liked. He was willing to talk with me about my preferences and offered more suggestions to me. There was not a charge for this visit. We scheduled a visit for the next day after we bought the items. The plumbers arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner with the newly installed toilets working great. They also took away the old ones. The problem that he diagnosed the shower with ended up not being what was wrong. He replaced the part I bought so I could take it back for a refund. He then worked on the shower and fixed the problem without charging me. I would definitely use this company again.

The plumber that arrived was Wayne and he started to work immediately. He looked at the outside faucets that I had asked to be repaired and informed me that it was not going to be as hard as I had led them to believe so his price for the repair was over $200 less than the initial quote. The bathroom faucet installation was quick and clean and he left his work area immaculate. I will use Legacy Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Total bill at the end was $147 for each outside faucet installation and $185 for the bathroom faucet installation.

I initially had one plumber out from my home warranty to clear out the clogs. However, they only did about one-third of the job. They also stated they would have to go on my roof to clean out the remainder but they did not do that type of work. Needless to say I was very upset since my home warranty doesn't cover someone going on the roof to clear a clog. I then turned to Angie's List to find someone who could come out quickly. I started calling at about 4:30pm on a Friday trying to find someone. I called Legacy Plumbing because of the great reviews and they stated they could come out on early Tuesday afternoon. That was a couple of days sooner than anyone else so I agreed. They stated they'd arrive between 12-2pm on Tuesday, and they arrived at 1pm which was great. I explained the problems to him and showed him where the bathrooms and laundry room where located as well as the 2 cleanouts. He told me he didn't have to go on the roof but could use the same cleanout that my previous plumbing company stated couldn't be used to clear the clog. Sure enough, after about 30-40 minutes he had cleared the clog. He tested the system for about 15 minutes to ensure that everything drained freely which it did. He also explained how my plumbing system was most likely laid out which helped me a lot and will help me in the future. It's only been 3 days but everything is running fine now after having no plumbing for 4.5 days. As a bonus he gave me a recommendation on new toilets that would be better that what I have and would help not clog my plumbing. He also gave me an estimate to install them. Overall, Legacy did the work that the previous plumber couldn't or wouldn't do. He tested the system completely to ensure that everything worked and could work together, e.g. laundry machine and showers at the same time. He explained everything he did plus described my plumbing layout. I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and his great attitude and friendliness.

Matt called before arriving. He drove up smiling and started work immediately. The original quote was for water shutoff valve replacement, but Matt found the source to be a broken pvc pipe, which reduced my costs substantially. Matt is so kind and personable and seemed to enjoy telling me the final costs were much less than anticipated! He also provided suggestions that can help save money and enhance my landscaping. He is the best. Thank you, Matt!

Wayne arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing the water heater and garbage disposal. He is very thorough and explained everything to us including why a Bradford White water heater is the best. City of Frisco plumbing permit was delivered during installation and day for city inspection was set for the next day. We are very impressed with Legacy Plumbing and will always call them for any future plumbing needs. UPDATE: 9/27/2011 We have been very satisfied with Legacy Plumbing every time that we have any plumbing work done. We always ask for Wayne to do the work because he does an excellent job and he is very helpful and answers any questions we have. We get a fair price on any job that is done and they gave us credit for a competitor?s coupon that we had today. The owner, Theron is a really nice guy and even gave me advice on how to fix a plumbing issue to save us from having to pay them to fix the problem. Legacy Plumbing probably gets a lot of repeat customers like us because they do quality work. We never consider calling any other company for our plumbing needs.

Matt is our serviceman and is very knowledgeable, polite, and clean with his work. He was here at the time he said he would be here. He will go the extra mile to find a way to do a repair.

From the calling to completion of the service, I can not ask more for the experience. Owner Theron answered phone and did the service very professional and responsive. Explained me on how to make it better by cutting the extra cabinet to fit the range in. Instructed me to take the call for me from the gas company if necessary. He also offered me the discount since I am a angieslist member. will definitely use him again and recommend Mr. Yong to my friends.

Wayne arrived within an hour after we called and fixed the problem where it was leaking under the kitchen sink. He gave us a first time coupon so we didn't have to pay a service charge. He also gave us a quote for what a water heater would cost installed with city permit. We are very impressed with the service we received and will be having a new water heater installed by Wayne soon.
