I have just found the plumbing service that I have been looking for so many years. Special thanks to Wayne Pierce and his assistant Besim who did such an outstanding job in quickly locating a water leak and repairing it. I have already hired this company to do additional work. I had replaced these type of shower cartridges in the past. This time I broked the stem while attempting to remove it. At that point I decided to call the pros. After finding Legacy Plumbing at Angie's list, I contacted them. The communication was very courteous and I was placed for an appointment the next day first time in the morning. Enoch, the assigned Legacy Plumbing technician, called 20 minutes prior to arrive to my place on time. He made a quick assessment of the problem, explained what he needed to do as well as the potential risks of attempting to fix what I had messed up. He performed the procedure with a high degree of skill which allowed him to get everything fixed without any further damage. When the job was done he proceeded to thoroughly clean the work area. Charges were clearly explained beforehand and Enoch stuck to those. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing need.

Woke up this morning and discovered that I had an outdoor faucet leaking on the backside of my house. Apparently it had been leaking for a few days because water was everywhere. I had previously read good things online about Legacy Plumbing, so I immediately called them hoping for an appointment. From the time that I called them, I knew I had called the right place. The person who took my call was courteous, kind, and professional, and she was able to get me on the schedule an hour later! I cannot even say how appreciative I am of this. An hour later, Enoch H. arrived, looked at the problem with me, and gave me an honest and knowledgeable assessment of the situation. The faucet needed to be fully replaced, and he explained everything to me in a very professional way. After discussing what needed to be done, Enoch went right to work and he got the leaky faucet replaced in just a few minutes. I cannot say enough about how personable, knowledgeable, and professional Enoch was. He knew what needed to be done, explained everything, and did the work to the highest degree of professionalism. Enoch and the people of Legacy Plumbing care about people and they do work of the highest quality. So impressed with this company. Very professional. Easy to book, call the day before, call and text when technician was on his way. Sam arrived in our agreed upon window, was courteous, explained what needed to be done, work cleanly, stuck to his estimate. He even cleaned the sink! The problem is fixed and I couldn't be more pleased. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Would give them an A+ if it was available!

Drain stoppage was found and cleared. Hot water distribution in master bedroom bath was increased. The plumber was on time, courteous and well trained. He was capable and professional. Legacy Plumbing has earned a new customer should there be plumbing needs in the future. I will ask for Enoch, who was the plumber Legacy sent, because he was a real professional. However, should he not be available I am confident that Legacy does a good job of training all of it's plumbers on staff.

Mathew and Luis did a great job assessing and repairing our slab leak. They were very professional and answered all of our questions, and they kept the carpet very clean by wearing booties. They were able to complete the entire job in less than four hours, and my wife and I are very happy with the result.

I used Legacy's online form to request service. I submitted on Sunday afternoon, and they called me before 9AM on Monday. I had indicated that it wasn't an emergency, and they said they could get to me on Tuesday. Within an hour, they called back to let me know they had a cancellation and could get to me same day between noon and two. They called 20 minutes in advance of arriving and were on time. Matthew was very professional, and as soon as I explained the situation and he was able to look it over, he said he could fix it fairly quickly. Once he was finished, he showed me the result and it was great. The base service call was $50, and the total bill was very reasonable. Office staff (Megan and Shawn) and technician (Matthew) were all very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service! A little pricey for the fill valve and flapper kit install, but more than made up for it with the great job done on the toilet reset. Also gave very helpful advice and tips to clear out a clogged drain. Also checked the water pressure for good measure. Very thourough, terrific tech! Would definately hire again.

Called on Monday morning, but first available appointment was at 10 am Tuesday. Kris noted that i would be added to the cancellation list for openings - which thankfully i received a call about 30 minutes later that they were available in 20 minutes. Taylor showed up - listened to issues needing addressing, communicated what order he would pursue and currently everything is operating (currently still same day as visit) as explained and at the price discussed.
