I think they are a bit more expensive than other quotes I had, but I really felt they knew what they were doing and could explain it to me in layman's terms. Description of Work: Legacy fixed a leak between our water meter and irrigation box. When they found the leak they also identified a pipe that was substandard quality. They explained both issues and gave us pricing options based on the scope of work we wanted them to tackle. They repaired as we desired and the pricing is what we expected based on their quote.
