Description of Work: They came promptly to clean out my dryers internal lint system. Went well, although technician left a few deep scratches on front of machine, not that important since the dryer is five years old. Tech was very professional and personable. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They came and used a device to analyze what was wrong with the appliance and said their office would get back with me and give me a quote to fix the faulty part. They did, within the timeline alloted. We opted not to fix the appliance based on the amount of the part, but the company did a good job and was reliable and did everything they advertised.

Description of Work: They fixed a squeaking noise coming from the dryer. Took the access panel off, identified the probable issue and ordered the appropriate part (pulley wheel). Once it came in, the next week they installed it.

Description of Work: Excellent services, started off with a hiccup, but recovered and "touchdown"! Repairman was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! I would definitely recommend to my friends. One small thing-if they diagnose over the phone- which they do very well, be prepared to pay in advance for parts they need to order.

Description of Work: Washer had died and was leaking. Came out to diagnose and determine plan. We're honest that boards were probably damaged and in addition to the valves (causing the leak) they'd need replacing. Also said saw water so may be more damage. Told me might not be worth repairing. Thought the $110 service fee was high. Appreciate their honesty though. Purchased new washer.

Darryl came out and fixed my dishwasher under a Sears home warranty, so the repair cost me nothing. Other than an initial miscommunication between Sears and Darryl on the time of the repair, everything went perfectly. I would recommend them without hesitation.
