This group is the BEST. They responded quickly to my inquiry, understood my situation, appreciated my urgency, and responded appropriately. They were accurate and professional. While they were here working on my dishwasher I asked if they repaired under counter icemakers. They responded no and explained why. I so appreciate the honesty and sincerity they demonstrate. They found the problem and fixed it right then.

There were 2 workers who came to my house to perform a dryer vent cleaning. The lead man told me he was training the other person, which was disappointing as that person did not know what he was doing. He blew the dust and dryer debri inside the laundry room, I observed them trying to clean the top of the vent which was on the roof (one story home) they took a very long time and I was concerned they were going to fall off the roof and one of the men didn't have appropriate shoes on to be going onto a roof. The end of the service my dryer did not work the same and never has!!! The worst service ever!

On time, quick service, very professional. They were willing to install the part I bought on my own which was great and a money saver for me.

Was able to replace icemaker with one in stock in the truck.

Everything is fine. They were nice.

He said the water drain was clogged with loose change and other items and once removed sounded better.

They did great. They did my refrigerator and did a great job. There was no additional charge.

The repair and service went very well.

Called Fleming for refrigerator repair, not cooling, I've had them out twice in the past for what appears to be the same problem and was satisfied with the service. This time, they did not return my voice mail and when I called again the next morning they said that they did not do this time of repair. Reporting this because their add is very misleading. They feature large appliances, washers, ovens and refrigerators. They do not mention that they can only perform certain types of repair. At least they told me this over the phone and didn't charge me for a visit in order to tell they can't repair refrigerators.

They said that it was the casing around the filter in my refrigerator in the bottom of my unit. They went to turn the water off on the valve, and it could not be manually done. So he used pliers and did this, this was on a Friday. When turning off things, that night before bed, I found water on my floor and called them to let them know. I mopped it up and let them know about this, and that it was an emergency. When I woke the next morning, there was more water everywhere. Their message on their machine was that they were closed due it being a weekend, and would reopen on Monday. I called again thinking that they must have some sort of emergency line, or that their messages would be checked. I was not gotten back to until Monday. When they replied to me finally, they informed me that it was a plumbing issue and that I needed to contact that kind of provider. In the meantime due to a friend's direction, I had already called a plumber. Consequently I found a plumbing provider to come out and do this service in a much more timely fashion. As a result of this, I now have to replace my kitchen, dining room, and laundry room floor. I have to also replace my cabinet, and the floor in my living room and hallway, as well as the walls which had been wet could have to be repaired as well. All of this could have been prevented had there just been an emergency line or way of response, or at least the damage would've been significantly less.

We had a burner that would only light with the use of a barbecue lighter and were selling our house. Fleming's came out and was able to fix the problem on the spot in less than an hour, after attempting a couple of things to make sure they got to the root of the problem. Great friendly service tech came over, showed up on time, got it fixed, couldn't ask for anything more! Will definitely use them again in the future!

The refrigerator has a capacitor that had burned. They charged $20 for the part which I think is reasonable and had the part. Fixing the refrigerator cost $89.00 and the refrigerator is working better than before the repair. having the range hood inspected cost another $40 but found the issue was actually the type of light bulb I was using in the light. It was not getting a good contact and bulbs were shorting out. Two bulbs at the hardware store cost about as much as the inspection. Using a slightly longer bulb will keep the bulbs from burning out and I am happy with what I learned. I am super happy with their work and have recommended them already and will in the future.

He re-calibrated Double oven & verified that the correct temperature was set. Fast and professional.

I called Fleming Appliance Repair before purchasing the Big Deal to see how soon they would be able to come out. I was initially advised they could come out the next day around noon. I requested an earlier appointment and was told they could come at 8a by putting me with another technician. My request for an earlier appointment seems to be where this service call went bad. I purchased the Big Deal and the appointment was set. The technician arrived on time after some help finding my home. Unfortunately, I don't know his name. I explained what the washer was and wasn't doing. He removed the front panel and looked around for awhile. Then he placed a call to someone. The person on the other end proceeded to give him instruction on things to try and things to look for. At one point, he was asked to send a picture of a group of wires. Which he did. I could hear the person he was speaking with and could tell that person knew GE appliances very well. It was ultimately decided that the motor had gone out. Unfortunately for me, this experience did not build my confidence in the technician that inspected my washer. As a matter of fact, I had to tell him the front panel was upside down when he was having a problem replacing it. I assume had I not requested an earlier time slot, my washer might have been inspected by the person who was giving direction over the phone. I'll always wonder if the results would have been different.

Technician was timely and quick in making repairs however don't think he did enough to accurately determine root cause of issue the first time. Since I generally do and have done minor repairs to washer before I generally research symptoms and possible causes before hand. I did state that I did not believe it was the timer (i think that is what was replaced the first time) but technician assured it was. Ran a load of clothes immediately after he left and exact same thing was happening. I called the company and they did have him come back out within a day or so. Customer service was great. They quickly refunded cost of part replaced and ordered new part needed (which was less than half of original part replaced) and was quick to get technician back out when new part arrived. I have not had an issue since. I would use them again due to the customer service experience.

They seemed genuinely surprised to be asked to do this. Maybe I should have called someone else? But he seemed perfectly capable and got the work done in less than thirty minutes.

The technicians were very polite and were able to identify the issue rather quickly. Once they knew the issue they were able to order the right parts and were out shortly afterward to replace them. We were kept up to date as to where things stood during the whole process. I will definitely use them again in the future!

The dryer stopped working one day. I looked up the provider and called them. They asked me to buy the coupon from Angies list and setup the appointment the next day. Their staff was courteous and responsive. The tech arrived the next day at the appointed time, he verified that the dryer was working fine and that the knob needed to be replaced. He ordered the knob, it arrived in 2 days and I was able to replace it and get the dryer working again.

Darryl Fleming came out to analyze the problem with our older Maytag washer. He got right to the problem and ordered a timer to be replaced. Within a few minutes after coming back out, the washer was back in business. We have not had any problems since the repairs were made. Would highly recommend Fleming Appliance for any appliance repairs you might need.

very good, They were very profesionals on time and very fast.

Went well. They have determined that the tenant was using dish soap rather than dish washer detergent, which created suds, and caused leakage from the door. They educated the tenant and advised on how to remove any further suds. Honest and efficient. Will utilize again.

It went awesome. They didn't get it fixed the on first and the second time they came out, but they did eventually get it fixed. They did not charge me for every time they came out. They did charge for the pieces, but after my own research saw that the prices were fair.
