I was very happy with Elite. They were fast, responsive and made sure they had all the details. They answered all my questions and the time was set up for the inspection. When I arrived, the inspector was already there. He had called me to tell me as much. He was very focused on the inspection and made sure I stayed out of his way and answered some questions while the inspection went on. Once he finished the inspection he went through in detail with his findings and suggested necessary repairs, optional stuff and good to have. he DID clearly mention whenever he gave his opinion and advice. The report came in quickly overnight. The report was detailed with enough information and detail for me to understand. One pet peeve I have is that they shared my contact information with some external vendors, so I ended up getting a couple of calls. I wish this would not be done anymore.

The inspection was very detailed and thorough. I was impressed by the promptness in scheduling an inspection, the professionalism of the inspector, and the detailed inspection. The inspector completed the report onsite and went over the inspection report with me upon completion. I received an email with the completed inspection on the same day of the inspection. A very professional experience. I would use Elite Inspection Group again and would highly recommend them for a home inspection.

Inspection was completed by the time we arrived. The inspector reviewed his draft report with us and took us around the house showing us items he noted. The inspector did call out some splicing in the circuit breaker box, but then called the owner to verify whether or not they were acceptable or not. The owner explained they caps used on the slices were code. I appreciated the detail of the report.

Elite was very responsive to my buyer client. They returned calls promptly, were punctual, and did a fantastic job of explaining all the findings in the report. I will definitely recommend them again.

Steve Woodward was the inspector who came out. He was easy to talk to and he was professional. I've had bad experiences in the past with inspectors, completely unrelated to Elite Inspection, and so I was initially somewhat cautious. Steve relieved me by taking his job seriously and helping me understand the good and the bad qualities of my potential realty investment. He helped me understand a little about retaining walls. Also, he also explained some quirky design features of the new place.

My wife and i were buying a home so I contacted Elite Inspection Group. I contacted three places. Elite was the friendliest and made scheduling a breeze. They were able to come out on a Sunday morning to perform my inspection. This helped me as I worked Monday through Friday. Johnathon arrived a few minutes earlier and explained what services he would perform. Our home inspection was scheduled for four hours, but my wife and I had several questions that he took time to answer. Our inspection went over about 15 minutes. The customer service was top notch. Initially, the report I was given in the pre-drywall inspection of our new-build we were contracted on left a lot to be desired. There wasn't much detail in the report and just included images with not a ton of information documenting what the impact of the issues were if they weren't fixed. The build process on our new-build went poorly and we opted to get out and into an existing home that was a better build. As part of the initial deal paid for, there was one-half of the service not rendered. I spoke with the scheduler at Elite Inspection and they offered to do an existing home inspection for a discounted cost. The inspector who came out was quick and efficient and he provided a very detailed report with the necessary detail needed to go to the seller with proposed fixes(which there weren't many, thank god). All and all, I was impressed enough with the second go-around of service to offer my full recommendation of this company. They were on-time, professional, and thorough.

Went great. On sight appraiser took longer to go over with us than anticipated. Too much time on normal details. Was expecting 30 minutes, took 1 hour but most items weren't that important for puproar of whether to exercise our option to terminate contract. But very knowledgeable and very thorough and answered all my questions.

Drew inspected the outside of the house from top to bottom as well as the inside. He checked the a/c efficiency (heat is heat pump and due to hot outside temperature was not able to be checked), roof, plumbing, electricity, sprinklers, drainage, foundation, windows, and doors, appliances, the attic and more. For a very reasonable extra fee Garret inspected for pest damage: past and potential future and they both also did a foundation check. Both gentlemen gave helpful recommendations and tips on how to protect the house from all kinds of damage. We received a wonderfully written, thorough and easy to understand report via email the same day. They were both super nice, professional and I would recommend them again and again.

Only complaint is the inspector didn't know I or the buyer wouldn't be there like I had already told Garrett when I called to schedule. Also, I never got an email or notification that yall changed the date of inspection with my buyer. I would have like to have been told.

Mike did a very comprehensive inspection. He provided us with a report that included photographs of pertinent areas. He then went over the report with us, answering our questions and explaining his results in a very clear manner. We were very happy with the service he provided. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and did a very good job of answering all our questions. His findings were also validated by a further inspection done on the HVAC system. The situation was made more difficult because we are located elsewhere at this time, so all communications were done remotely. We were very pleased with the ease of working with him.

The 'pre-list' inspection is for the major systems of a property, such as, HVAC, roof, water heater, etc. The inspection was thorough, and presented in a professional manner. This type of inspection allows a seller to know of any problems before marketing the property, and gives the opportunity to correct anything that may affect the sale. We really appreciated the explanation of each item listed.

Mike did a phenomenal job inspecting the property and provided the most thorough inspection report I've seen. Mike did great. He was very professional and provided us with a detailed home inspection that allowed us to make an informed decision on whether to buy a particular home.
