Elite did my home inspection and they were not able to check the roof. Make sure you ask beforehand if they will be able to access your roof. Mine was not inspected because it is a three story property and they did not have a ladder to reach. Other than that everything seemed fine.

They were wonderful and did a great job. Tim Nicholes inspected for about 4 hours and gave very helpful feedback. He was thorough and sent a report with everything documented including pictures. I would definitely use them again.

Steve was very knowledgable and was very helpful in walking us through his report. He was even available after the inspection for additional questions/concerns via email. We were very happy with the overall process and outcome. They offer three options for inspections: A) General Inspection B) Additional Foundation Measuring C) Termite Inspection. We did A & B.

Mark Sexton did the inspection. He missed the flaw with air condition system and the heather. The system was completely out of refregrant and there is a big leak in its pipes and has to be replaced. This costs me $7000 out of pocket to replace after calling the home warranty that was purchase by the seller. The water heather also is not producing hot water and needs to be changed.

I brought up several concerns to the inspector, such as the foundation as well as what was in my opinion an out of date electronically box, I was assured that there was no issue. This was my first home and as such was completely inexperienced with home inspections. Within the first few months of living in the house i noticed foundation issues and upon hiring someone to check out the foundation was informed that there had been issues with the foundation for years.I also found out that the inspector does not check out the plumbing. And indeed yes there are plumbing issues where all the plumbing needs to be replaced. Needless to say, I am not happy and would not hire this company again.

Above and beyond what I expected. A+ service starting with the phone consult, to the actual inspection, all the way through the thorough and easy to understand summary report. I actually hired them twice as I decided to not purchase the first home. I would, and have since, recommended Elite Inspection Group to any new home buyer or any existing home owner looking to get fast, accurate and reliable information. These guys were great !

Positive - Inspection included measuring the floors for slopes to see if they were in tolerance. A drawing of the slopes would have been extra $50. The electric panel box was not opened because of the safety issues concerning the old Federal Pacific boxes some of which were recalled. This necessitated another buyer expense to schedule an electrical contractor to come out and check the box. Not sure if another inspector would have opened the box or not.

Very good. They were excellent and what I would recommend is that after I got the report I had a question I texted the inspector and he called me back and explained it in detail.

They did a good job. He didn't follow up, he was supposed to follow up and get me an exterminator and he never did. He told me he was going to call somebody and have them contact me to exterminate the ants and he never did. I don't know if he did, but they never called me. Either he didn't tell them or they just didn't follow up. So, I don't know who didn't follow up, I don't know if it was the inspector or the exterminator.

Horrible. After a good inspection from Elite, I moved in to find 2 water leaks, no phone lines are working and no TV OUTLETS will work. Two plumbing leaks were completly missed.

The inspection went well. The inspector gave us a thorough report and answered all our questions, several times. It's been a few months and I don't remember the exact cost, but it was somewhere between $400-$480 with the pool and termite inspection. I felt it was a good price.

We are in the process of buying a house, and I am glad that our realtor recommended EIG. Our offer was accepted Monday, we scheduled the inspection for Tuesday, and we had the full inspection report on Wednesday. Fantastic! Our inspector Steve was very knowledgeable and thorough and did a great job walking us through his findings. I found their price to be very competitive as well. As mentioned in other reviews, they do share your contact information with some third-party vendors. The customer should have the option to opt out of this info sharing.

I was pleased with the report. I felt that all the systems were checked adequately. The exterior inspection was very detailed. I appreciated how the things that were not up to code were addressed. My buyers were not alarmed. Great job.

The inspection was timely and Mike went through the complete report with me. The report arrived as promised and on time. The only thing I did not get that I prefer on the report is a summary page at the end of the report with bullet point deficiencies.
