They were great. We had no complaints with them at all. They were under half of what I got a quote for from another company.

The service turned out fine. We were happy with their service. They were very helpful and explained what they were doing. They sent a crew of three and they did a very good job with the work and they cleaned up after themselves.

They were quick and efficient. They took a lot of care when doing the work to protect our home. The price was good for work that they did. They did a really good job of cleaning the area before they left.

The estimator showed up as scheduled and we agreed to price and day for work to be done. The two-man crew showed up on schedule and did an excellent job pruning these two large, overgrown trees. They cleaned up after themselves even more than I would have expected them to. The trees look great and the price was fair. Highly recommended.

Had just purchased home in Dallas area which needed removal and trimming of medium sized and very large trees. Contracted with Eagle Tree Experts for the work. Overall, Eagle Tree Experts did a great job on a large, difficult job at a great price. Worked directly with Ben Esely during the entire process. He was very responsive from start to finish. The crew were very professional, friendly and did excellent work. Estimate was provided promptly by Ben Esely. Estimate was by far the best price quoted for the work. Ben Esely and the crew reported to work promptly despite heavy fog conditions on the first day of the job. The work took almost two days to complete. Ben Esely was on the job for most of the work. Work went very smoothly. Made some minor additions to the tree work on the second day of the job. Ben provided an on the spot reasonable price for the additional work which was done. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Eagle Tree Experts for an tree trimming and removal work including large tree removal.

I left a message for Eagle Tree Experts one evening. Ben returned my call the next morning, scheduled a meeting in my yard to see the trees later that morning. He showed up at the agreed upon time and estimated $300 to do substantial work on two trees and cut off a medium sized limb on a third tree, He scheduled his crew to do the work the next day. The crew showed up, with Ben, the next day on time, did the work just the way we wanted, they had some good suggestions, and the charge was the $300 that was quoted even though they did some extra things. They took all the branches away and the trees look great. I couldn't be happier with the end result, with how easy Ben was to work with, and with the fabulous price.

My experience with Eagle Tree Experts was easy & convenient. They came by, looked at the tree and gave me an estimate via e-mail and also a phone call. They arrived at the scheduled appointment time and immediately started work. The workers were very courteous and obviously knew the proper technique for trimming a tree. After the work was finished, I paid for the services via PayPal. Overall, the price was as estimated and they did a great job!!!!.

What a pleasurable experience! We contacted Ben Esely regarding an Oak in our front yard that needed to be trimmed. We wanted to have this work done in January for best results. We also had two trees in the back yard that needed to be removed. Ben answered my phone call and we scheduled an appointment to discuss the work to be done and associated cost estimate. He arrived right on time and we walked around the yard discussing our needs. Ben is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain his recommendations along with the associated costs involved. We were delighted that he could come and do the work the following week. On Tuesday he arrived and began working. Some of the work was delayed until the following day. They did an outstanding job trimming the limbs on the Oak tree and they checked in with us through out the process to make sure that we were satisfied. We appreciate how nice our Oak looks now and are delighted with the removal of the trees from the backyard as well. We highly recommend Eagle Tree Experts for your tree maintenance needs!

These people are hands down the best "bang" for the buck. Many vendors I use I must qualify my review of. The Eagle Tree Experts people don't fall into that category. These are professional, good-natured, knowledgeable people. They are very, very reasonable. I asked for a written quote by email - and voila it was there in seconds. I assumed they wouldn't haul away the tree for so little money - but they did. Their crew is absolutely pro. They leave ZERO mess. They do an absolutely outstanding job of scoping out the project and making sure you know just what you're getting in for. No surprises with these guys. And their communication skills - truly wonderful. Sometimes vendors aren't very polite - these guys are. And the prices are truly stupendous. I paid about 1/3 of what their competitors charge for work I think that would be on par but certainly not better. These guys are very busy and may bite off a bit more than they can chew but you know what - that's why the customer service is so wonderful. They care about their customers and boy does it show. They complete a job so fast it will make your head spin. They are my priority vendor for this work. Be patient, they will call if they can't be there and they show up when they say they will. They rescheduled my project - big deal. I was just glad to get on their schedule.
