I contacted them after learning from a friend that they performed excellent service when they had a large tree removed from their back yard. Friend said they were prompt with an estimate and with the service once contracted. So I called them and found the exact same professionalism called one day they visited the next I contracted a few days later and they showed up the following day and trimmed both trees the home is 30 years old and I have been here 12 and neither had been trimmed. Work was quick and they cleaned up the yard and street after the trimming was completed and hauled off all the limbs. .

They did a great job trimming several different trees in our yard. They were on time and got the job done quickly and cleaned everything up when they were done.

Experience was good. They were pretty good.

Their quote was in some cases 1/2 of some of the other quotes. Some people wanted extra because the tree we removed was so close to a large 2 level deck. They had it down and done in one day. They left us mulch for the yard from the stump. Great Job!

Excellent work! Vickie quoted the job on the same day I called. The specialists came out the next day early in the day as promised. The foreman consulted with me before his crew began to be sure we were in agreement with the written quote. They were prompt, but careful to clean up as they went along. Great job! We were even able to use an Angie's list coupon.

The price is a major concern, it's probably not as good as the one I choose.

That was my first time. It was back in April and they did a pretty good job.

Their price was good. Their skill was very good. They did a poor job of removing the tree and the stump. They did not follow up on the job. We would not recommend them to anyone. We would not use them again.

Excellent service and responsiveness. Vickie and team visited the property and provided an estimate promptly. They were able to complete the work the next day. My follow-up questions were also handled promptly. I was particularly impressed with the clean-up -- you would never even have known they were there. Since I was particularly concerned about any fallout onto the lawn of two different impacted neighbors, this was especially important to me. Nicely done!

I was able to promptly schedule a meeting for a quote, and while rain caused the meeting to be rescheduled, Vicki came out the next following day and was on-time. Vicki was very thorough and informative regarding my options, and the pricing was very reasonable. I agreed to the work and the crew arrived on-time to perform the tree/bush trimming service. The crew was quick yet efficient, very un-obtrusive, and the work was exactly as agreed and of a very high quality. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Eagle Tree trimmed two trees lifting the canopy as well as to clean out the trees where limbs and small branches had started growing. They do an excellent job with the trees as well as clean up and haul away what they have cut. They are quick to respond to messages. They come out to your site to see what needs to be done and discuss this with you what you want. The quote is sent to you via email so you know right way what your cost will be. There are not surprises. I spoke with them on Friday and by Monday, they were scheduled for the job. As I said, they did an excellent job on everything. Highly recommend.

They came out despite having rained inches the night before. They were very polite and kind. Asked exactly what I wanted done and then did the additional work to make the tree look great. They used a harness when climbing and tied off on branches... made me feel much better about their safety. They cut more than I ever imagined the tree needed but it looks great and it has to be better for the dying grass underneath. They were done in a very timely manner. And cleaned everything up including the branches that dropped into my neighbors fenced back yard. They had moved the décor that might have been crushed and offered to cover my plants before hand. Very good service will totally be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

I called Vickie on Monday. She came by the same day and gave me a quote. Hers was the lower of my two quotes by a bit and I have used them before. I had a "drive up" salesman from another company stop by as he saw my tree had fallen. I expected him to undercut the price but he wouldn't. I appreciate Eagle giving me the best price the first time. I called back on Tuesday and they were able to remove the tree on Thursday. Upon inspection, I let Vickie know that I thought the stump was had not been ground low enough. She came to look at it and agreed with me. She had the crew come back right away and complete the job to my satisfaction. They were easy to work with and I would use them again.

Eagle did a truly A-1 job. they understood what needed to be done and they did it: efficiently and quickly but without sacrificing quality. They had us inspect their work to ensure it was what we wanted and then completely cleaned-up after the job was completed. The price for the work was excellent. We would highly recommend Eagle Tree Experts without hesitation! Job well done!
