Drew came promptly to evaluate and give a fair quote. We got back to him same night and asked to go forward. He got us on same week. I wasn't there but my husband was. He said they were very mindful of the pool area and had the limbs down fast and currently taking down trunk. Stump grinder comes later. If I need to edit review I will, but I don't foresee any problem. I will certainly be using him again and highly recommend .

I got a fair quote for the price that they gladly negotiated, meaning they quoted a price for specific services and when I asked for some services to be left off they obliged without argument. They showed up on the day that they said they would and they were done so quickly I barely knew that they were there. I gave them an A for punctuality, but they explained that while they will schedule a specific date, they don't schedule specific times because the crew just works the list that they are given and they show up when they show up. The tree looks beautiful so you can tell that they know what they are doing.

Paula and her crew extremely fast and friendly. Paula came out the very next day to evaluate the work needed for a quote which was in my hands before the end of the day. The work was scheduled for just a few days later and the crew was there early. The price seemed to be fair based on comps.

I had called another tree service in Lewisville. They didn't show up at the agreed upon time, didn't initiate a call to let me know they would be late so I cancelled with them and it turned out to be a blessing. I then called Eagle Tree based on the reviews I read here. Bailey was responsive, showed up when she said she would, made an assessment and contacted me with the price and time they could do the work, which happened to be the next day. I had explained to her the problem I was having with my St. Augustine grass and not getting sun due to the large oak trees I had. She knew exactly what I was talking about when she made her assessment. When they showed up to do the job, the guys knew exactly where and how to trim the trees and I couldn't be happier. I am so relieved because they are huge trees and there was no way for me to do this and now I know my grass will grow again in those spots where it was dying. They cleaned up and hauled away the branches without leaving a mess. They are professionals. Thank you Eagle Tree and thank you Bailey! Superb job!

Eagle Tree answered the phone when I first contacted them and setup a time to come out for a quote the next day. I received quote from 4 other Angie's List companies and they were most competitively priced for the same work. They came out very quickly and performed the work that we agreed to and cleaned up well after themselves. There were a couple of additional spots I wanted trimmed and they completed them quickly with no issue. Overall great job and would use them again in the future.

If I were doing it, I would have been a little more thorough on chasing down all the radiating roots, but that's just me. Can't say if their attention to detail was any better or worse than another company. On the appointed day, they were on time and did a good job removing the tree and performing the grinding duties. They did leave a large 10-12" high mound of mulch over the stump and tried to convince me that I needed to water the pile for several weeks to allow it to settle. I think the truth of the matter was that their debris trailer was full to the brim. In any case, I contacted Drew via email and he had them out there early the next morning to finish the job. I have seen other comments about this service and others that heap high praise on the cleanliness of the job site upon completion. I didn't think our crew made an extraordinary effort to clean up after themselves. Would I use them again? That's the bottom line. The answer is "yes."

I thought the crew of three was very professional (laid out cones on the road for safety; raked and cleaned up the areas around the trees). They were diligent and didn't just go through the motions. However, I thought they could have trimmed more than they did. Drew, the owner, actually came out to have a look (second opinion) and thought they were trimmed properly. He gave me the chance to trim them more but I then declined. They're definitely a well-run organization - responsive to e-mails and scheduled the work quickly - with an owner that cares.

They did an all around excellent job, in a timely manner and all with a very good customer service attitude.

All work and cleanup was done very well. The only issue was that they did not let me know in advance when they were going to show up. This occurred twice. The first time we needed to reschedule because when they showed up it was threatening rain so they left and they were not sure when they could return. When they returned and completed the work they also did not notify me in advance. Otherwise they did an excellent job.

Eagle Tree Experts were one of four tree trimming services I contacted for my trees around my house. Not only did they reply right away but they came in with an estimate well over $100 less than the other two that replied. I decided to use them and we set up a date for the work to be done. When I came home the day his crew did the work, I noticed twigs on the driveway and around the house. I also noted that some of the higher branches, while not touching the house, were still over the roof. I mentioned these things to Drew and his crew came out on the 25th and cleaned up the yard and driveway and also trimmed more branches to my satisfaction. Drew was very professional and polite when he showed up to provide an estimate. The estimate provided was fair and work was setup for later in the week. The result of the trimming was great on all the trees and the front and back yards look so much better now. Everything went super smooth with a good price and great result. I will be using them again in the future for any trimming work I need done.

I contacted Drew via email and received a prompt response. He called but didn't reach me the first time, so called until he did, which I appreciate. The work was done on the scheduled date. I will keep his contact information and call him again, if needed.

I sent an email to them for an estimate about 10pm on Monday night to remove a tree that had been damaged by wind. By about 8:30 the next morning I received a call from Drew and he came by for an estimate before noon that day. His price was better than the 2 other estimates I received so I decided to use them. Tree was gone by 2pm on Wednesday. He was very courteous and professional. He thanked me several times for the opportunity. Very easy to work with. I would use them again without hesitation.

They showed up on time. They trimmed 17 trees for us and removed a small one. They also made sure they grinded the stump. I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away.

Left email late one night on their website and they responded first thing the next morning. Before I could call them back, they had been by my house to check out the scope of the work. When I called, they gave me a quote for the work and fit me in the next day. The crew arrived on time and were very courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with their work and level of service.

Received quote quickly by phone after they examined our tree to be removed. Removal was scheduled for next day. Rain delayed their work by two days. After rains, they arrived on time and completed their work quickly. They checked in with me before beginning their work and left no mess after they left.

We called a few companies to get quotes. We loved the responsiveness and ease of work with Eagle. They were pleasant to work with, double-checked everything before started working and were done in very reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up very well behind too. We ended up wondering why we did not do this before? :)

An associate first gave me an estimate at $800 for the tree removal and erroneously forgot to apply the 10% on my first two invoices. All I had to do was email and got an immediate response from the owner, Drew Budz. Drew is just fantastic. He was prompt, courteous, and very customer service oriented. He even trimmed my monster of a crepe for free just to earn my business. I couldn't be happier with the work done by Eagle and would definately use their services again. Highly recommended!
