I called Virginia Lopez Monday morning and asked if she could send a cleaning crew out on Tuesday. She did and they did a remarkable job. We had had some construction work done and the contractor did not put down any drop cloths to protect the furniture. There was dust everywhere. I have been on bed rest for 3 weeks and was not able to clean to my satisfaction. The 4 person crew came in with their own supplies and tackled the upstairs first and then moved downstairs. They moved furniture away from the walls, cleaned the blinds, dusted etc. and when they left approximately 2 hours later the house shone. I plan on having them come on a regular basis because my house never looked so good. My husband has been doing most of the heavy cleaning and he was thrilled with the results. The staff is lovely, professional and a pleasure to deal with. This company is first rate!

Have had three sessions, 4-person team did a great job each time. Arrive on time with all needed equipment and supplies, do the compete job in just over an hour. Highly recommend.

Team of 4 arrived on time. They did a fabulous job of cleaning the areas I wanted done and avoiding those I did not. Finished in about an hour and a half. House smelled wonderful and we were happy. Saved us a lot of time and work getting ready for a birthday party the following day.

I use them every two weeks. They are very good and do a really good job. They always come out on time. They come in, do their business, and they leave. They are professional. I really like the lady that comes in. The owner is a really nice person. Their price is really good even though I cannot compare it with a lot of others. If I call and if she cannot answer the phone she would call me back really quickly. I have no problems with them whatsoever. They are a very nice company. They will come again next week for cleaning.

They are thorough and it is a pretty good value to get the entire house done for $95. We are pleased for the most part. I never actually see them.

The team was on time and made all the introductions, even while they were cleaning. They were chatty amongst themselves, but that didn't delay their work. They have great attention to detail and have reasonable prices. I would recommend them.

The team came in to clean my house after I moved. You know what a mess can be left behind when you move out of a house. They came in and cleaned top to bottom. The place was spotless. Window sills, baseboards and blinds all cleaned. Even the empty garage was swept and smelled fresh. They even took the time to get some of the furniture indentations out of the carpet where possible. Worth every penny. The new owners of the house should be very pleased when they walk in. I've moved into newly built homes and not had it so clean. Thanks Virginia and your team!

Virginia means well, but her help does not perform at the level she does. Basically, they just move dirt. On several occasions, I had to call to complain that the cleaning was not done adequately--dust left on shelfs, baseboards and shutters dusty, the hardwood floor still dirty and spotted, sheets and pillow cases not put on correctly (stand cases on king pillows, fitted sheet put on sideways, etc), streaky floors, that when I remopped, resulted in a black cloth from all of the dirt left behind, animal fur left on the carpet after sweeping, cobwebs still in corners...etc, etc. The work was done quickly and sloppily. I stuck with the company because of Virginia's sincerity in wanting her company to succeed, but in the end fired (2 years) them after having to call attention to the poor cleaning too many times and re-cleaning after they had gone. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy

My home is 3100 sq. ft., single story. Felt the price was reasonable for what they did. A team of three showed up (about 15 min. late, but also the first time to my home...from my experience getting my house cleaned, 15 minutes late isn't bad). One gal spoke English fluently and helped the other two who did not. All seemed conscientious and were pleasant. Total time was approx. 3 hours (didn't note the exact time they left). I just wish they were available on Saturdays.

Virginia Lopez to see if she would send cleaners to my house as I had just had surgery and was not allowed to sweep, vacuum or lift anything for 4 weeks. The crew of 3 arrived on time with all their own equipment and got to work. They cleaned bathrooms, fans, kitchen, floors and dusted everything. My house sparkled. My husband was so impressed that he asked me to get them back on a monthly basis. The monthly cleaning charge is lower than a one time cleaning fee. I look forward to the crew arriving and then touring my lovely clean house. The will use whatever products you prefer or if you have any special cleaning product you like (granite cleaner, engineered floor cleaner, etc.) I am way more than satisfied. I recommended them to a friend who did the same thing -- a one time cleaning that has turned into a monthly visit.

The price quoted for this level of service is amazing -- $140. However, the service should be more accurately described as a "surface cleaning" and not a "deep cleaning". Examples of areas I was less than enthralled with include: book shelves -- books were not moved, they just dusted in front of each book; utility area had a material amount of lint left between the dryer and the wall; soap scum on the shower was left. I did have them clean the shower twice, but they said they couldn't get the residue off -- I've been in the house 10 years and I've gotten the shower clean, it just takes some work.

Four women showed up (two were late so all four started late) but they immediately got to work. I was unclear about who to talk to as the team leader, who to question, pay, etc. They started right in and the two I saw working the most (kitchen & living/den) were go getters. The one who cleaned the bathrooms also did a thorough job. The bedrooms were cleaned, but not as good as the other areas. I had just had the bathroom wallpaper stripped, the walls textured and painted, so there was lots of dust to deal with in the bathrooms. Good job done there for sure. As for vacuuming....I would have liked the areas close to the baseboards done a little better. I think because they were late, they rushed a tad on that job. Basically, they were efficient and I would use them again. The price was $120.00 plus I gave a $20.00 tip.

During the first time the owner was present and I was very pleased with the results. I decided to utilize their service on a regular basis. They are very detailed and the best service available, as far as I am aware.

Luckily, there was an opening that same Friday. The week before Thanksgiving! I couldn't believe it. The 4 ladies arrived and even though they were a little tardy of our 10:30 appt. I can only assume it was because they were finishing a thorough job at the previous house. They brought their own supplies and equipment and only requested a trash bag from me. I was impressed by the number of towels they had, knowing that meant they wouldn't use the same ones over and over. They got to work and did a fantastic job. Two hours later they were finished. I did a quick run through to see if there was anything else I saw. Only one spot on the hardwood and it was easily taken care of. Once they were out the door I took a deep breath and smiled. My house looked and smelled so clean. Money well spent!

Detailed Home Cleaning did an amazing job on our house cleaning!Their prices are very reasonable and the owner, Virginia, is very helpful and professional. The cleaning ladies went above and beyond what I would have expected from a cleaning service including wiping down the front doors, cleaning the microwave, and scrubbing the range pans. Our house looked beautiful when we got home! We are so pleased with their service that we have decided to have them come monthly to clean our house.

When I answered the door it was nice to see that the crew used matching uniforms. They all knew exactly what to do and what areas to go to. I believe that they were well trained. I noticed they used different colors of rags which I later found out that they use orange for bathrooms, blue for dusting and green for kitchen which all get washed independently...that was good to know. They took about 2 hours and a half to clean my 3,000 sq. ft home. When they finished the Supervisor asked me if I was satisfied with the cleaning before they loaded their equipment into their company vehicle. This was the first time that I have ever had a housecleaning service and since I still need help with the detail cleaning I have them come out to my house every other week on the same day and the same hour. I highly recommend this company.
