Description of Work: I came back to a green pool after being gone a week. I called them and they tried to help out over the phone to resolve my problem but when that did not work, they were out the next day (Saturday). I am soooo impressed with how much they believe in customer service. They have a customer for life.

Description of Work: Issue with debris from roof repair and dirt settling / embedded in liner, on step,s and other areas as a result of previous service not maintaining well enough. Also having problems with cleaner. Call returned quickly, Todd listened, empathized, and an appointment was made. Although the original isses will take time to correct, I am happy with the level of service they came prepared to provide and have retained on an ongoing basis. Friendly, courteous, and above all have been regular in providing service and recommendations. Highly recommend; just great service all around!

 + -1 moreOur pool has not been this enjoyable in years. We have already had several pool parties. We've enjoyed it on these hot summer evenings. The filter is now more efficient, too. We are so glad we have someone reliable to call so our pool never gets out of control again. Todd also gave us lots of advice while he works. He's very enthusiastic. He loves pools, and we can tell!
Description of Work: We needed a "neglected pool" clean-up. We thought this would be a long process lasting a month or two. Todd (Gustafson) made an amazing difference on his very first visit. He came out a few times over the course of 2 or 3 weeks. He killed and removed algae and cleared up the water amazingly fast. This part of the job was $378. Then we wanted him to clean our filter and replace the grids and well as the manifold. This was the second charge of $422, for parts and labor.

 + -1 moreUsing Angie's list, I called a number of pool cleaning companies to quote on a big job on cleaning a pool with water in very bad shape due to neglect and equipment failure. After leaving a voicemail, Todd Gustafson at Cool Pool People returned my call within an hour or so. Todd was the only one of the providers that I called that was able to come to see my pool within a day or two. After looking at my pool, he offered an option and price that he felt would meet my needs. After communicating my concerns around some details with the option offered, Todd quickly offered an alternate option and price that addressed my concerns. I was happy with the plan and Todd started working on my pool immediately. Over the next several days, Todd made three visits and returned my pool to a sparkling condition. At the end of the pool cleaning effort Todd also performed a DE filter cleaning service. I couldn't be happier with Todd's flexibility and performance of the services he offered. There were no surprises, his quotes were spot-on and his flexibility and professionalism shined throughout the performance of his services. Additionally, he went above and beyond my expectations and performed little extras that provided great value without increasing the price he quoted me. Finding someone with these qualities is rare toda. I will be definitely contacting Todd at Cool Pool People for any future pool work that I require. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking his services.

Description of Work: The president of Cool Pool People is the same individual who designed and oversaw construction of my beautiful pool/spa 3 years ago. The company has now been engaged to service the pool on a regular basis (chemicals, sweeping, backwash, etc.). They also repaired a Polaris cleaner that was not working efficiently by taking it, getting the necessary replacement parts, repairing and then returning to my pool within a few days.
