Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen and 2 bathrooms, vacummed and mopped all tile floors and vacummed one bedroom. 2 people did all of the above in 1 1/2 hours. I was pleased with the work. I was disappointed in the fact that although they spoke and understood some English, I was not confident that they understood a lot of what I said. Although I said I would use this provider in the future, they would not be my first choice.

Description of Work: I ordered it they were supposed to contact me. I messaged them and they have yet to get back. There are better options, plus it is unprofessional for them to ignore me. I would have needed a message last week to make sure the day I asked them to come was clear. I can't use them because I will not have a clear schedule. They screwed up and apparently don't answer questions for their customers.

Description of Work: Clean the house I was moving out very well. Took extra steps to make the appointment. The person that booked the appointment from Angie's list told them the wrong day-- August 12. In addition, they gave the Tissie (the service provider) the wrong address-- my current home, instead of the home that I was moving from. Tissie adjusted her schedule to make up for Angie's List mistakes. She is very professional and did an excellent job cleaning the house.

Description of Work: Purchased voucher on 6/5/2015, contacted Tania on 6/6/2015 telling her I would contact her when I returned to town and set up an appointment. I received this message back: Hi Patsy, Thank u for contacting us! Please send me your phone number or call me to schedule appointment. Thank you, Tania Paez (832)264-4126 Thanks, Tania's Cleaning" I tried to contact her on 6/22/2015, left message, and did not hear from her. I called again 6/25/2015. She was to call me in 30 minutes; did not hear from her. I called again on 6/26/2015; talked about an appointment; she said she couldn't clean my house in 3 hrs, and could not travel to my house. She was not cooperative, rather rude, and said she could not honor my voucher. She also said she would notify her Angie's List contact and get back with me. As of 6/28/2015 I have not her from her. I would like my Visa card credited with $75.00

Description of Work: The lacdys came earlier than agreed, but it worked out fine. I appreciated that they picmed up the trash left by a former upstairs neighbor on my patio!! The two woman were good organizers with my paper clutter stacking it where ie was with a professional look. The only problem is I am still looking for one of my shoes in my small closet. I have a small apartment closet. What I worry about the most with anyone I do not know is thievery,But nothing was stolen nor did they have time to do more than work their hearts outs!!!! | | | | |

Description of Work: Tania initially quoted me a price but then after the initial consultation added another 20.00 to the total. In addition to this, her cleaning staff broke a vanity stool that I had. She continually asked me if it was broken already because her cleaning lady that stood on it was "a very small women." The stool was not broken and I mentioned to her that it was not designed to stand on it and clean. She still accused and insisted it was broken to begin with. When I asked her to just give me the cost of the stool she insisted that she replace it herself. I looked up the value in front of her and she responded, "no way, I can get that for 20.00 it is just a cheap piece of furniture." After arguing with her I finally gave in. She was very quick in searching for a replacement but would continually send me pictures of things that did not even remotely match. After she began getting frustrated with me I again asked for the money back, she declined. I was so frustrated I just gave in and accepted whatever she bought. I wanted to be done with it. She dropped the vanity stool off and after I began putting it together I realized that it was a foot stool. They are completely different. The foot stool was way too short and too wide for my vanity. It is useless. Tania got frustrated with me but did try to replace it. I was tired of the whole deal and again just asked her for my money back. She refused and said she would get another stool. I did not have the time to deal with her unprofessionalism and took the stool and told her that I was not interested in her services again. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Description of Work: They were supposed to do a through cleaning and at first glance everything looked good, but later in the day and then the next day when we really looked at it, it was just a poor effort. Multiple things were missed and the cost was more than originally quoted.

Description of Work: I usually rate people on Ebay or Amazon but I have to admit this will be my first time with Angie's list but well worth the write up. To describe the service manager I have to say she was super nice and attractive with an outlook in life very positive which made you feel she really cared in how to clean up your house. The work is in very much detail and I was astonished how hard these women worked and so fast. Not to mention that they've cleaned my house on New Year's Eve!! They cleaned my entire house. They even mentioned if they want to do my laundry but I did not need that service yet but its a plus for a single guy like me. In their business card they even say they also organize closets.
