Excellent service. I have used this service for about 15 months. The quality is superb, reliability and attention to detail is outstanding. vacuuming of floors and cleaning wood around stair case is done well each time. They always walk back through to be certain that things are done to standard. They are always on time and have not missed an appointment.

All went well . Did ask provider to tell cleaners to vacuum the sliding glass door tracks & clean the narrow window by the front door.

3 people showed up that could not communicate and did just the stove and master bedroom and bathroom (plus some other minor stuff). The 3-person team was at the house for less than 50 minutes. Never again.

House looked great! Bathtub and shower looked brand new after cleaning.

The cleaning was pretty good. They were partly on time. The ladies were very good. They were polite and nice and I had no problems with the them. I'm not very impressed with the owner though. She sent the ladies in earlier for the appointment when I was with my two-year old. Nobody knocked the door or rang the bell so I did not know that they were waiting. The owner got pretty upset about it. I don't know if I want to continue business with them or recommend them. They gave me an estimate before the service and said that they wouldn't be able to finish cleaning in the stipulated amount of time so they charged me extra. They did a pretty decent job. Later on, I did find a cheaper price for deep cleaning.

They are really hard working women...I will definitely use them again and refer them to all my friends and family!!!

they came out on time (actually they were a little early) and worked diligently for the time promised. One thing I noticed is they did not wipe off the vent hood for the store. It had dust on it and the coffee table base wasn't dusted. Other than that they did agreat job, and I was well satisfied with their work

The ladies do a great job, but It would be nice to be able to communicate with them directly in English rather than having to go through Tania. I am never sure they understand when I speak to them. The only reason I rated a "B" Overall was the lack of communication ability of the ladies. The price seems to be on the high end, but they do quality work, which I don't mind paying for.

As was described above we have a fairly large house that we needed to hire a cleaning service to help us take care of the cleaning. When we first hired Tania's Cleaning Service in 2010 one of the main reason's was that I was having numerous health problems and was unable to take care of such a large house for my husband and I, here I want to mention that along with us in this house were 2 small dogs (not always the best behaved) and 2 very large Umbrella Cockatoo's (Very Dusty's Birds) and 1 Cockatiel. From the very first time Tania's Service started cleaning our house we were impressed. The service has always been professional, they have been punctual, and we have used this service for 5 years now and continue to use them. We have always felt that her price has been more than fair in the Houston market. Another thing I would like to add since this is a type of service that you allow into your home and around your personal things, after 5 year I feel more than comfortable in saying that her employees or honest and take great care in caring for your personal things. Here I will mention I am a collector of Angels, Dolls and many small items and after only a few visits I felt comfortable with them dusting and cleaning around these items, and not always being there when they cleaned. One last thing that I would like to say about Tania's Service is not only do they give you a great quality of work , but, her responsiveness is without question, starting right in the beginning, because of my health, we would and could ask for something extra that we needed to be done, (I.e. refrigerator, closets, boxes, packing), and at a good rate she would get it done quickly and efficiently, so if you use her service don't be afraid to ask her to go the extra mile. The cleaning ;is ok. The girls that come do not speak english, making it very difficult to give any instructions or stop potentialproblems. They are always in a rush, too much cell phone usage, and leave behind cleaning supplies. I cannot find a shoe, they have broken a part on my gas stove, and in general, make what should feel like a luxury, feel stressful and dreaded. I will continue to look for a cleaning service that has English speaking workers. Also, Tania wants to be paid a month in advance. Don't like that at all.

The deal was for one person to clean for 3 hours. Tania showed up with her elderly mother. The mother spilled clear liquid laundry detergent all over the floor of the laundry room. She never told me about it or cleaned it. She just picked up the bottle put on the cap and left it there as is. About half a gallon spilled on the floor in total. It was a situation. I ended up going into the laundry room and slipped on the floor in the detergent that was left behind. Thankfully enough I wasn't injured and my one and a half year old child, husband, or cats didn't find it first. I called Tania after discovering this and she apologized but acted as though she knew nothing about this and that her elderly mother must have forgotten to tell her. While she did apologize she made no offer the make the situation better. I had to grab 2 rolls of heavy duty Viva paper towels and two jumbo bath towels and clean everything up myself minutes after they left my house. Needless to say I am not happy about the situation. They were there to clean 2 bathrooms and the floors of my 3 bedroom home only. They cleaned the floors in the central part of the house. the nursery and bathrooms, but I still have to vacuum the master bedroom and sweep the floors in the guest bedroom which they neglected to clean at all. My home is very clean to begin with, so I am unsure of how there was not enough time to complete the task of cleaning ONLY the floors and 2 bathrooms of my home? I am upset by the highly unprofessional way Tania delt with her mothers mess! How can a person forget they spilled half a gallon of liquid laundry detergent on the floor?

They were very effiecient and very detailed in their cleaning. I had to tell them to not be as detailed so that i could get my time in. My only suggestion would be to do the essentials first and then go back (if time allows), and then do the deep cleaning.

I received an email confirmation stating I would hear back by the end of the week, but was never contacted. I reached out myself after 7 days. Provider was able to work within my required window. After previewing my house, it was determined that all that could be done in a 4 hour window was clean the bathrooms and floors. My house is only 1800 sq ft, and was completely prepped for cleaning. (everything picked up and in its place). 2 workers were sent, which meant I would receive 2 people for two hours. This was not explained to me. Biggest complaint is that the workers chatted on the phone while they were cleaning. No dedication to the task. And no hurry to get anything done.

They charge $100 every visit. They come as a team of 3 or 4 and they do a good job. However, their punctuality varies.

The service turned out well. She has a good size crew that comes in and they do the work fast. You do have to look over things as they did miss some items but I caught that when they were there. They seem to be on tight schedule and they are in a rush. I think they need to slow down a bit.

We continue to work with Tania and her crew. They do a good job for us and thus far we have been pleased. We also have asked her to do other cleaning projects and they have done a good job.

She is fantastic. She stays on top of everything. She calls and always checks to make sure everything is ok.
